Okay parking lot is to far away needs some updating

Payback on slots seems much better. Also this place is cleaner than before.

A solid casino for those who like to gamble. Good video poker and a wide variety of slot machines. I would like them to offer a few craft beers though.

Customer service is horrible, can't get a beverage, or assistance from security with escorting me to and from valet to go lose my money.

The view is nice and the staff is friendly, but the food is not the best

Went to the buffet. Sat by the lakeside view.you cant see much at night but still beautiful.....i havent been in many years. The crab leg dinner buffet is 32.95. A little cheaper than Ameristar which is 35.99. But it doesnt have as much of a selection as Ameristar does. The food wasnt consistent. I had a dish called the shrimp john or something like that and the first time around it was delicious. The second time around it was soupy and didnt taste quite as good. The crab legs are 3 of 5 because good crab legs when broken will come out the shell whole, which means it has been cooked just right. You wont even need butter. These were ok. The stuffed crab and brown sugar carrots were delicious. The dessert options were many. They were average tasting from the cheesecake to tge caramel rice pudding that i tried. My friend said the apple cobbler was delicious. Service was beyond excellent. The server kept our dishes cleared and kept our drinks full. They should invest in buckets to put the crab shells in. Leaving the casino was a little confusing because the street lines were very faded, but you can follow the exit signs.

That place is nasty! This was my first time there and I will not return! The carpet that covers every floor looked disgusting like it's cleaned once a year. The atmosphere is depressing it's casino boat and it should be lively to get people to play and spent money. I did not have a good time and it was not inviting to me. The restaurant was pricey for the small amount served. The evening price is based on the crab legs all you can eat. There were never enough to get all you can eat. Sorry not a good place to gamble or eat.

It's okay. I have my selective few on the slots. I have hit a couple $1200 jackpots. I never use my card but my husband does. He receives comps on a regular and free gifts but he never hit that jackpot though

I used to come to Majestic for many many years if you can lookup a number you will check it and see the problem I had is I understand people play machines and they stay there because they're winning there's no problem with that but what bothers me is when they're playing two machines and you can't get one but otherwise it's fantastic

Majestic is a great place if youre in the area for drinks and some gambling. I go there all the time. Love it

The customer service has dropped off over the years, the employees are very unprofessional from the top down, the managers and put bosses need more training on etiquette and professionalism.

Dirty low pay slots but better tables then their neighbors

Enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfy, room was decent. The shuttle to the casino was great and convenient. Very friendly staff. A little dated hotel and casino. Could use a little upgrade (lights outside promoting hotel, some not working) u can tell the age of the place. But overall it was great and would stay again if in the neighborhood.

One of the older casinos and a bit run-down but ample choices of games and relatively inexpensive bar.

Starting to show its age. Common area is pretty dingy. Hotel kinda reminds me of a cheap motel. Last time was there shower didn't work right. They did allow me to switch rooms. Good buffet though with a nice view of the steal mills and the Ameristar casino. Steel City Grill has some good burgers as well. Comps from their rewards program are also better than most.

Outstanding crab legs, all you can eat and free to anyone that comes in!

The food wasnt anything worth writing home about but we went right around sunset and got the most beautiful show from mother nature!

This is a hotel strictly for truckers to rest overnight. No frills and not worth the price.

They rarely let you win any money. They rarely if ever call your name for their current promotions. You get$1 free play for every Hundred that you spend. I loose money every time that I go. Their cashier's cage is very poorly staffed...

Too full, loud machines, very few bonuses, long lines no room to walk past had to go around, most machines were taken. Lost all my $. No wins.

It Air Conditioner that is too cold. Write over the machine wbere octo blast sit. It is making people sick. Need to be cut down some.

I always play the same machine a it disapire, I was told they put it in the warehouse. That machin was 90% of my visits to your casino... I very disappointed.

My family and I visited on 7/16/16; the Harbor Buffet and Casino.

Food:
The Harbor Buffet was horrible... You pay $13 for a very small buffet of unappealing food selections... No pancakes, waffles, nor french toast.. Hardly no choices for vegetarians except for the Spanish rice (somewhat tasty), Guacamole ( nasty), squash and zucchini (tasty), roasted potatoes ( hard and flavorless), mash potatoes with gravy(tasty), salad ( useless salad bar with nasty ranch dressing), and the chicken and wild rice soup was warm and tasteless... The Wild Rice needed to be cooked longer.... The desserts were horrible...

I see why the restaurant was empty.... There were probably 10 customers in the entire restaurant...

Service:

Our waiter was nice and attentive, but the manager was very rude and lacked proper customer service skills... I had asked our waiter if we could take our drinks up to the casino... He had advised yes... As we were proceeding to exit the buffet, this short, African American, middle aged, bald male, with an oversized tan suit had stopped me and said very rudely, " you can't take your drinks out." I had advised that our waiter had confirmed that we could and his reply was, very sternly, " I said, you can't take your drinks out." Our waiter rushed over and apologized for the misunderstanding. However, the so called, " robocop attitude from this manager was unacceptable... He needs to be retrained with proper customer service skills...

Casino:

The Casino has a very stale old funk and cigarette odor... I believe it's due to poor ventilation and old carpeting... The carpeting needs to be removed to assist with eliminating some of those odors...

The refreshments stands needs better housekeeping...

There were alot of staff just standing around having useless discussions such as, partying last night and getting wasted drunk with Co workers without servicing the patrons nor keeping the playing stations cleaned...

The bathrooms; for some, has been upgraded, but the entire casino needs to be renovated all at once, especially starting with removing the carpet...

Been going to Majestic for years. Name called me two or three times out of it almost 15 years I've been gone. Machines on the right side of the boat very tight. Not enough machines to choose from. Boat on the left side is where I win most of the time when I do win.

Machines are very tight , gonna start going to the Horse Shoe.

It was the first time that I went there and I didn't like it..There wasn't alot of machines to play and the casino bathroom was dirty. Stuff all on the floor and no toilet paper or paper towels. The escalators was broke down too.

Most of the food on the buffet looked and tasted old.
