The services were great. The employees were nice and friendly!

The rating is for the poker room and the staff. Hard to compete with one of the largest rooms in the Midwest but they try hard. Low rakes and great comps. Beat the lines. Good action.

You sent me a packet that I received August 30th, to download the app for $15 in promo, BY AUGUST 30TH BY 9PM!!! This is why I don't go there anymore. If you wanted me to have it, you would've sent it earlier. Your marketing director should be fired.

Went to the Majestic Star for New Year's to see my favorite cover band, Soul Street Collective! Me and my friends reserved rooms, along with the band that night. We had a blast! The hotel rooms needed updating, but they were clean and met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a contentential breakfast that morning. This was a blessing following our New Year's eve partying the night before. I would definitely go back to the Majestic Star Hotel and Casino!

The casino is OK there's other boats that in my opinion are better, but if you just want to go out and just have some fun it'll do.

Had a great time..had alot of my favorite slot machines that i like to play...

We loved this place. Kind of confusing to find the slots. But the rewards center girls were nice. They gave us $30 for being new there and signing up with an email. We had a blast in the 3 hours we stayed there.

Went here for the day, had a problem with the roulette machine but the manager helped me out. Great staff the dealers are great, the buffet was great overall a great experience!

For the $$ you can't go wrong staying at the hotel....plan on coming back in the near future.

Room smelled horrible. Mold in the bathroom. Casino is old and run down.

I had a good experience once besides being followed around by a suspicious female security guard, but upon my second visit I was denied entry because of an expired ID which is ridiculous because all they have to figure out is if I'm of age. Not coming back to this place again.

Machine locked up on bonus got no help. Finally got through bonus 15 min later. Picking bonus so was rubbing whole screen til 3 picks came up... Go elsewhere save yourself the trouble

I would describe this as a casino for locals...no pizzazz. The entrance feels like you're slipping in the back door lol. It feels like a place you slip in to, do your business, and get the hell out. Back in the day it used to be a nice place to visit. They even had live entertainment on weekends back then. Now they take your money and don't entertain you. I don't come here often anymore I just check in every now n then to see if it's gotten better. After last night I just wait for somebody to tell me it's gotten better. Deuces, Majestic Star

They've really stepped up their game here. Great place to stop at of your driving through.

Its like a home game at a casino. The food is way below average. Do not eat at the buffet.

Need to open room on 1st floor needed towels wad told to come get them was told you get deposit back next day took a week not the best service for a casino hotel

We went to the casino to play the penny machines. There were plenty of choices. The bartender made us some good long island iced teas. When we got done, we went to the restaurant. I didn't like that they didn't have a lot of the menu items, and they messed up my sister's order.

Facility is dated and the gaming areas are crowded and overly smokey. The food selection is average at best. but for a cheap night of gambling and drinks it isn't horrible.

This casino takes in more money than they pay out, a ripe off. It also needs a better smoke ventilation, it smells like a smoking inferno! I feel sorry for the nonsmoking employees and nonsmoking patrons who have to inhale the second hand smoke.

Majestic Star Motel is more appropriate. There was no valet, no bellman, no convenient parking. The room furnishings and decor were comparable to a motel with outside access. When I initially tried to check in, they couldn't find my reservation, so I couldn't get a key. The next morning I went to the front desk and they fixed it, but somehow my reservation had been cancelled the night before. Also, the hotel is like a low rent apartment building because several times I was awakened and/or startled by loud noises from above and adjoining rooms. This hotel needs a major upgrade.

Very straightforward hotel with easy access to the boat with ample parking not sure of the rates on the rooms yet to the gambling was fun and very easy to get to off of Cline Ave

All you can eat crab legs were fantastic. Along with the side of cookies!
