Like it but it stinks like old grease... lol alot of broken machines

This casino has major perks; great customer service, safe and energetic environment & plenty of machines. There are two of my favorites ( fiery wheel - hot stuff and pink seven) It is quite a distance from Chicago however, my wife and I have been very lucky with our winning streaks there. We have yet to try the restaurant cuisine that they offer. Nonetheless we will be lifetime patrons

The casino is pretty old and outdated. Needs more life and energy.

Even though the room was non smoking it smelled like smoke. The windows so dirty you couldn't see out.

Appears to be a very nice casino, but I'm not a gambler anymore. I just go for the buffet they have on the lower level. Decent food selections (chicken, pork, seafood, beef) and lots of sides. Lots of desserts too, so wear comfortable clothes.

Buffet not so great missing foods and deserts that should be available

If going to the buffet, make sure you're hungry. Friday crab legs.

I come to this casino two or more times a week but I'm only offered five dollars in slot play or earn 25 points and get five dollars slot play. I don't think it's fair.

Its a decent casino.. Wasnt that crowded... Not very active tables... But overall pretty good...

love those ribs to staff members are helpful and polite in casino also there are a few table dealers with fabulous jokes

I love Majestic Star Casino. Just hate I dont ever get Comps for rooms.

Hated it! Machines tight, casino dirty. The elevator never works, and they turned the escalator going up off. I have a heart condition, and my mom is 80. We had to climb the stairs to get to the 3rd floor. I won't be going back.

Been coming for years even if I dont win your still my favorite.

Smells, bad ventilation, half the staff was super friendly, other half looked like they hated their jobs, slots tight.

I send xxxii amount of money and their machine was not giving out bonus,,, and when it did it was so tight that it wasn't paying anything.... I haven't been there in such a long time,,, once or twice I hit something something... But now SMDH

Horrible place, came from Green Bay and it was a bad experience all around. Left my players card on the table and left...and I almost got into a fight with an old lady over 12 cents she left in a machine.i was forced to give a very undeserved star

If there was an option for 0, that is what it would be. This place is nasty!

We always have a lot of fun whether we are playing in the casino or staying in a hotel. Everything is very clean the staff is always very pleasant and helpful with everything. The food is always great And always plenty of parking.

I enjoy working here I get to meet alot if wonderful people

The majestic Star casino was very beautiful inside I love carpet when you first walk into the door once you come from the parking garage and into the casino and when door to the stairs to check in with I. d before you can going to the casino slots machines to playing games on the machine so that you when some point and to winning money to so will return the tickets to get your money for whatever game I was playing on the slot machine and after I finished sometimes we would going to the casino buffet for lunch and or dinner.

Smells and never clean probably doesn't give money to the school system

Great place to meet people and relax and enjoy your self. And I won too.

I have never stayed at the hotel, but have visited the casino portion. Not super crowded usually and it also has a decent cafe. Coming over from IL and being a nonsmoker, the smell of the smoke usually gives me a headache by the time I leave.

Very clean but needs some updating nice and friendly environment(employee's and patrons)we ate dinner at the buffet clean restaurant good service and the food was very good with decent selections. We will go back again

It's okay it's a little dated on the furniture and chairs.

The service was great. Employees working the table games were very friendly. I went to a game I had never played before (at an empty table) and the dealer explained in simple terms how to play. The pit bosses were very nice and helpful as well. Overall, I would say it was a fun experience.

Sort of rundown, needs improvement to compete with the Horseshoe.

Majestic is the most nasty ass casino you can go to

Machines and decor are pretty old. I like the pop machine and the newer games

The machines are too tight. I can not win anything, but loose every time I visit. In the future, I plan to stop playing at Majestic Star Casino. Because I can do other constructive things with my money rather than loosing it.

Apparently There'sonly cameras there to see if you're winning because if something happens or drop something out of your pocket or get pick pocketed they're not gonna see it

The casino is a little smaller, with low ceilings that make it feel kind of cramped. They have a decent amount of different games, though.

Go to the buffet and the non smoking gambling, most of the place is smoking, and I don't smoke

The casino ws nice but a little to smokey for my wife and myself.

It smells so bad in there. And there customer service is a hit or miss.

First time visiting and had a WONDERFUL TIME!! The seafood buffet was great. The food was really good. Will be returning there..

I took my wife to the buffet on crab leg night. That was on 9-9-17. The crab legs were salty as hell. We didn't enjoy them at all. We notified the manager and she stated that the crab legs come that way. I will say that the fried chicken & fried catfish were good and mashed potatoes.

Food was ok, for being on the high price side.
The buffet changed us extra since we had 8 people that wanted to sit together...Even though we didnt sit together. (4 got a booth by the window and 4 got a table by the buffet)

Sorry but felt like at assistant living. All were using wheel chairs or their own. Waiting around for promo cash. So sad
