A nice hotel .. The annoying thing is the satirical music that is still playing in the pool worrying people who do not swim

Definitely a very nice hotel but it is especially the spa which is impressive!
Certainly, expensive but it is worth the detour

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly, we checked in late. The concierge was very useful gave us great information.the woman at the front desk I believe her name is Hanina is so friendly and very professional.

As far as I'm concerned all my remarks concern the architecture of the hotel which gives the impression of being in an underground car park, the design of the hotel makes it not bright at all, and the color Gray adds to this dark, dark look. In addition the hotel is very poorly decorated (not a single table, furniture very ordinary quality ect ....). For the rooms, the bedding is of poor quality, the beds for one person are too narrow and the sommiers too high, if one falls one can be done very badly). The showers are very poorly done, the water accumulates at the risk of spreading in the bathroom, and nothing is planned to put the soap, shampoo and shower gel. The only good thing is the staff who are very pleasant and very responsive. For me the hotel must be declassified and deserves a 3 stars.

There is no doubt that one of the best accommodation options in Tangier, equipped with the highest standard, as well as having everything you need inside the hotel, I think it is a high-end destination for accommodation.

Hotel deserving of 5 stars:
- reception and very personalized services
- the rooms contain all the amenities
- buffet restaurant with several choices next to the swimming pool
- breathtaking architecture

Late night show was amazing...good music dancing and great service. Highly recommended. Bring cash to tip. Security is friendly and helpful. They do have food and hookah. Please like this post if you find helpful.

From the website description I expected a luxury hotel experience.
It was last minute descition to stay the night in Tanger. As a result the hotel website rate was very high (2,000 Derham) considering it was not peak season. But later upon check in was told hotel was full and they seem to struggle to find me a room. Then I thought why did the website accepted my booking ?!

Eventually I got a room that looks modern in the excutive floor but a few minutes later I found out the AC not working , the room smell of new paint , even the floor luck a good ventilation so it was stuffy. This the worse thing for anyone and specially a person with allergy. I told reception with my concern they told me open the balcony door and the room will cool down. I did for about three hours and noting has changed. This meant I wasted three or four hours seeting in the lobby instead of me going to explore the city. I was only there for one night and I told the hotel so.

A bellmen was sent with me by reception to show me another room in the same floor few doors across from my original room. The bellman open the door and even him said this room not suitable as there was loud noise from the AC and also it s was stuffy.

We went back to reception and I told them I can t possibly sleep in any of these rooms and if they sorted this earlier before 11pm I would have just got refund my money and leave to tanger back to Casablanca.

Some how the discovered a room which much better airy not stuffy no new paint smell specious. Woh a rat I paid I should have just given this room in a first place and not made to waste four to five hours of my short stay in tanger.

Considering the bad experience at least they should have offered me dinner or some kind ammenties or even refund.

Of course I end up going out very late to see the night in the city and by the time I got back to the hotel it was early hour of the morning.

Got to the room and there was a strong wind outside and a lot of draft air was going inside the room a lot of noise because of the wind wave sound.
Literally i had nightmare trying to sleep. I could not sleep.

I left the hotel without sleep.

The reception staff was friendly but not sure why they could not do better to accomdat me in the first place or if there was not suitable room they could have called other hotels in the city and transfer there as my booking was flexisble terms. Staff concierage Lotfi was professional. The gentlemen at ground floor bar was professional. Overall all the staff seem to be professional.

One issue a five star hotel did not have phone chargers.

Although it s a large hotel but reception seem to be only staffed with two only. Breakfast resturant seem to have a good number of staff.

I think the hotel no longer deserves these 5 stars. He has lost his charm. People go to this place just for its casino and nothing else. The rooms are too small compared to the competition. And the price too high.

The hotel is nice but it is spoiled by the staff that only looks if you are going to give a tip or not, very expensive for the service that gives old rooms ugly floor plus they charged me for things I did not spend I DO NOT RETURN

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The maid didn't even clean up an insect that had been dead in the bathroom since last night. Dust...
Room not very well maintained. Bread roll to be redone without 'a bathroom.

Hotel and services are perfect. Location is not the best one - not on walking distance to city center. Good and tasty breakfast, clean big room, nice view from balcony to sunset.

Nice hotel with a warm welcome. Unfortunately with a check in without extra bed for my child of 3 is rather frowned upon for a 5 *. We take our pain patiently hoping it will be resolved before dark!

Rooms are spacy. The view is generally nice (ocean view). There are two very good restaurants and a romantic piano bar (plus those in the Casino). There's a nice big pool not far from the ocean. Service is excellent. Mainly a very good experience.

Very disappointed ... Thanks anyway to the director of the hotel for proposing me a suclassement (but too late!), 2 days after the end of my stay..one time to leave the hotel ... My requests have been taken into account much too late! :-(

For a wedding anniversary: Have separate beds: I find it very average./ My expectations were disappointing and that of my wife still + :-( // Malgres my various reminders and requests made at the reception. What promises but nothing happened .... (other problems on my arrival: credit card blocked, I was not informed about the bank and the withdrawal of my card by the bank), at the reception : malgres big sourrire, there is a lack of reactivity Avery we were made to wait all morning before having a room at 12h / what I can understand but an IC! (no coffee, no drink or drink) water was proposed in the meantime ... we had to pay an espresso coffee at 200DH, it did not ruin us certainly, but sad that there were no gestures of welcome ... I find this is very average for a hotel of high standing such as the Movempick, (I still had good experiences of this hotel chain iere: especially in Dubai ... but we are very far unfortunately in Morocco!

It seems incredible that a 5 star hotel does not have a decent charger for an electric car. The only one that has is a Schuko that is tremendously slow. Also to get the place to put the car have to come 3 men. Bad organization.

Horrible. Service does not exist. Deco rooms dated 80s. Mediocre restoration. Insufficient parking spaces. To flee !

Mol be but they bother you to pay every day, sounded the tlf abitacion to go down to pay, old gym, steam sauna does not work

now the hotel is being renovated it will be the most beautiful Tangier Hotel

The A/C didn't work in the room and they refused to change the room.

Location of the hotel with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Tangier coast, pleasant room (super soft bed), little extra: the attentive staff (special mention to Manal at the reception who was ADORABLE).

The hotel has a gambling game but it is sophisticated and luxurious

Spacious room, comfortable bed.
Luggage and valet service is poor (unhelpful and makes no effort to help guests).
The receptionists are professional and very kind.
Breakfast varied and well organized.

Very nice suite on the 5th floor, 505, sea view, clean linen top-notch reception staff helpful and smiling, add to that a buffet level.

Clean hotel but do not expect having an expresso before 9h3am even though your brain cannot connect without. I recommend asking the G4Ssecurity guy nearby the ATM to get it (he was the one calling the barman). Women toilet cleanness to be judged as average. Seems to be a smoking room for some person. Hotel deco well designed but no spirit. GM putting a lot of effort in communicating with guest which I give a positive note.

Excellent Resort. Fine Moroccan cuisine. Spacious rooms with sea view and terrace. Casino and conference facilities. Garden for Events and facilities for challenged persons.

Nice place, but rooms could do with new carpets, and fresh paint.

The decor of the rooms is not worthy of a 5 star, so there is a maintenance and parking lot. Not to mention the restaurant I have a half board price but I find myself forced to eat outside because it is mediocre what this hotel and a staff that tells you (I can not do anything for you) also the restaurant is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. Really it is disappointing for a sign such movenpick.

The hotel benefits from one of the best geographical locations in Tangiers combining both a sea view, revealing Spain on the horizon and a beautiful view of the bay of the city.
The rooms are furnished in the style of a luxurious beach house: rattan furniture, decorative objects, paintings ... But also has all the relative comfort of the 5-star classification.
The breakfast buffet is included, very diverse and rich. Everyone will find his account even the most demanding mouths.
The service is ok and the staff smiling.
The hotel has a casino for the lucky ones, but where one can also sit for a dinner at the show of the birth of a new millionaire.

We had different problems manager and managers are aware!
-in the bar we are charged 2 bottles instead of one
we go to bed the heater does not work
Frankly it's unacceptable for a 5 star!
