Casino security officers are not professional; Dirty and unruly outfits to customers ... I was disappointed by their behavior in front of Canadian guests who were with me ... The Caesar Hotel next door is the exact opposite ... I will lodge a complaint with from the tourist office .. We do not treat tourists high Game as well ... officials are not present; We must not leave a tel-establishment in the hands of people who are really ridiculous and do not respect the guests, especially for foreign tourists working in very renowned travel agencies who want to pay a large sum of money. Vrmt disappointed; as i mentioned before .. it will not stay there and we will do our best so that people are not treated badly .. especially by an incompetent staff

The giant bad serves special in (cabare) change day as they treat my guests who should in sweden they never come and recommend the place to the others they know ... No have to change the girls who stand there they take nothing to serve

What about a swimming pool at 350DH the entrance (...

What about a swimming pool at 350DH the entrance (without the buffet), with:
too loud music,
women dressed and made up (like stolen trucks),
dirty tiles in the pool (there was like moss all over the bottom of the pool, not to mention the black grout),
stones around the edges of the pool that are no longer sealed,
broken (free) deckchairs?
The servers are very nice (at this price, it would be a shame!)
The prices of the small cafeteria by the pool are expensive, but that's normal for a 5 *
So basically it's okay, but it's definitely not worth the price

First i did get a room next to construktion worker...

First i did get a room next to construktion workers, there was only one Wall between me and the, every time they work i hear them
I asked the reception to do something with the problem, the say "yes sir wi will fix the problem" but nothing happens
I didn t get any sleep in three days, I tried to sleep in swimming pool instead it help a little but it was not what I payed for
I don t anderstand why I didn t get a new room far from the construction workers

Love this hotel, has a few little problems BUT nothing worth mentioning . Cleanliness is top notch, so are rooms, but the staff are fantastic and worth their weight in gold. My 2 week visit was work related, and I will defineately be back for a holiday here. Brilliant hotel.

first of all I thank you all the security team in the casino because we forget :coat, and a very expensive phone !!!and they was very helpful people they've been investigating tell they find it and they call us what I say about the casino it's very secure place
and thank you again for the team of security and the director's especially Anthony Eaton & his time have a nice day

I am a platinum member of the Accor club
and overall the service is unworthy of a 5 Star from the Accor group and nothing to do with the service of other movempick in Morocco like Marrakech or Casablanca.
for a 5 Star the service is to be desired or even zero.
check in time too long, nearly twenty minutes.
Very poor breakfast service, plus you charge for the never-before-seen espresso in a 5-star Accor group where you are served on the fly.
I asked for water in the room was not executed.
I have deposited a guarantee and the fridge is empty in the room unthinkable in a 5 Star.
all these remarks will be communicated to the Accor club as I usually do.

I reserved a king bed view room (Which costs about...

I reserved a king bed view room (Which costs about 10euro more than the normal room). When I checked in the room was a twin-bed room. I requested to change the room and the reply from the front desk was (can you manage it because you're staying only one night). I requested to change the room then the room was changed to a king bed room but this time without a view.
The room was so dirty and there were stains on the floor. on the matters. The room had the smell of smoke although it was non-smoking room.
The toilet was clean, but when I took shower all the water stayed at the other end of the tub. the tub was imbalanced so the water didn't drain.

hotel well renovated. pleasant space, only problem: too much noise at the pool: in order to attract the maximum number of people from the outside and encourage them to consume one makes (the nightclub) an extremely high volume of music without worrying about the comfort of the guests of the hotel. no way to read, take a nap, or even talk on the phone. shame about a 5 star hotel.

I'm very disappointed by my stay at Movenpick:

I'm very disappointed by my stay at Movenpick:
- They advertise 5 stars hotel outside of the building while it's actually a 4 star hotel.
- The room smelled cigarette, we didn't know that that hotel had smoker rooms (they offered us to change the room, but the other option didn't have a good view).
- The direct access to the beach is closed (due to off season?)
- They provide instant coffee for the breakfast buffet! I would have expected that from a cheap hotel but not this one. When you ask for a proper coffee they charge 35 dirhams for a Nespresso capsule.
- The shower makes a lot of noise, you can even hear when your neighbor is taking a shower.
- The light in the bathroom is buzzing and AC is pretty old and makes noise
- You cannot leave your phone charge during the night and have all the lights turned off... the central light switch turns off the electricity for plugs as well (the doorway light doesn't have it own switch).
- The toilet flush don't work properly
- they provide one pair of slipper and no bathrobe nor amenities to boil water for tea.
- To access to the sauna/jacuzzi, you need to take an appointment (it's free before 4pm and with additional charge afterwards).
- They were putting AC in the main restaurant, while it was already chilly outside..

The only positive part is that the staff is friendly. The thing is that I don't want to change rooms or have a technician coming to the room they need to better address hospitality standards for a "5*"
