The hotel is not worth 4 and certainly not 5 stars, the bathroom we had was moldy and the rooms were not well insulated so that the noise from the neighbors and outside was clearly audible, there was a lot of noise in the hotel from the so-called shisha or bar visitors right over and over. The only thing I liked was the fitness and swimming pool ... Certainly not worth repeating.

A welcome, a service, a unique kindness! Recommend totally for any Tangier getaway! A breathtaking view of the bay! Beautiful rooms and an exceptional property!

The staff are friendly and the site is beautiful. On the other hand, there are several big concerns: the presence of the casino and the attendance, the level of service, the obsolescence of certain equipment.

The overall level of service and response speed is only one star very bad, room service and breakfast are also bad.

The service is deteriorating more and more, I wanted to book a renovated room with sea view, I was confirmed that it was not possible to respond to my request and that we had to be on site to see availability! Only one bathrobe and 3 towels for a double room ... The sound is catastrophic for renovated rooms.

Well, this is not a criticism but remarks followed by suggestions. Being myself a former hospitality worker, I make it my duty to draw your attention to some small important point. It is imperative to provide a hairdryer in the bathroom, especially for a hotel of this standing with a swimming pool. As well as 2 bathrobes for 2 people (not one for 2) or not at all then, it will avoid the frustration and disappointment of the 2nd customer. A little background of soft and calm music in the gardens and swimming pool of the complex would give more life and joy. At the end of the day, why do you close the doors that give access to the pool terrace and the lower bar, (fitness level) and you force your customers to stop at level 1 with elevator and go all around walk down and down the long staircase above the pool to access the lower level pool bar? There are elderly people or others with wheelchairs or baby strollers and others with difficulties to face, this magnificent staircase, but difficult for certain categories of people! Access must remain available with elevator up to this bar and this pool terrace in the evening!
Last little thing, to enjoy this superb view over the bay of Tangier, which the balconies of your complex offer, I have a little suggestion for you: line the roof of the building with a dome that connects the hotel to the casino (room Bar and restaurant) with a false green grass carpet instead of the current gray concrete, it will embellish the view and give more character to the perspective, is inexpensive and does not require maintenance! >> from the balcony we will see the greenery of the grass (instead of this large gray concrete roof surface), the blue of the swimming pool, the greenery of the vegetation of the complex, the blue of the ocean and the magnificent bay of tangier.
For the rest: the rooms are top notch, the breakfast is very generous: a real delight. The pool very clean and well maintained. The very professional staff, smiling and very attentive to the slightest desire of the customer. The casino is a killer in every way. ..hhh. I'll be back.

What a shame !! How is this hotel a 5 star? During all the sejous there is work until 2am and when we call the reception they tell us that they do not know ... I had to film in secret to show that they are lying! A shame a shame! I do not even talk about the rooms ... in short to avoid and it must be closed! Definitely!
