Very nice view, but the rooms a bit old (they need a refresh).
The reception at the reception is very respectable but there is a staff that does not cooperate with the people of the movement. The bathroom is high. The possibility of a shower. Prices of food, fire, and crew.

The room is very poor for a 5 star hotel.
For example; No katle or tea bags...etc as usual in the 5 star hotels around the world.
We spent a lot of time in the reception till having the room ready during the check in.
The breakfast buffet is very normal for a 5 star hotel, and the staff was not professional enough, for example I requested black tea but no body responded, my wife asked if possible to have hot chocolate and the waiter told here in unprofessional way " what is the time now?!" as an indication that the buffet is off and it was only 10.40am.
Sorry to say that it is not equivalent to 5 stars or the money value compared to similar standards world-wide.

Firstly I would like to thank the front desk receptionist Mme Manal , and also the view was magnificent. Secondly unfortunately during our stay we were deceived by the hotel , for 5 stars hotel chain we didn t think it would be this bad . One of the main issues is the breakfast , short range no choices really poor the other issue is we had to pay for a cappuccino taken with the breakfast . Didn t expect to pay for the drink since it never happened to us before . This is my opinion , I hope that the hotel takes it into consideration and thank you

My name is Jawad and I'm a customer who was chocked today by the movenpick services (movenpick tangier - Morocco) . It's mid-night and I still waiting for the fridge, the toilet paper , safe (coffre-fort) and towels ... When I arrived the room was very dirty with cigarettes smell. I was obliged to keep that room after cleaning because my kids were very tired.
So imagine a room without that in spite of my 5th follow-up call and it 01 AM.
NB I meet others customers that had the same issues that can impact your brand .

The check in was horrible, they keep asking for more money for each suite, saying I ordered each suite for one adult only. I saw them my reservation which was made for 2 adults and a kid for each suite , I ordered 2 suites. No supervisor came to speak with us even that we asked them, they kept saying they are not available. 2 hours like that until we just pay. One room was the suite that I ordered and the other room was much smaller and dirty, the air conditioning didn t work in both rooms. we called them few times and no one came. Had the worst experience with this hotel!!!!
