i give cas cable 5 stars . i only have internet with them but its cheap and the internet works amazing fast and if i ever have any questions they are always happy to help me . thanks cas cable .

This is the best cable and internet company in the area. We re so lucky to have CAS with such a poor variety of choices in internet/cable. I ve not had any problems at all since signing up with them last year.

I cut ties with Suddenlink and was nervous about jumping ship. I m so glad I made that decision. I ve lived in a few different locations in Parkersburg and always had Suddenlink, it wasn t until my last residence in Vienna that I had issues. No call no show on tech visits. I spent 15 hours on the phone with them in 3 days. So I switched. You call Cas and you will instantly be pleasantly greeted. I had a tech out to do the install within a few days even with Covid restrictions. In the 3 months I ve had them, I moved from Vienna to Parkersburg and was not charged another install, the techs were polite, efficient, and arrived on time. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you. Travis was a fantastic tech

Internet worked great at first, speedtests are never close to what is advertised. I work in IT, and part is their equipment, and part is the service itself. Seemed to get a little better getting away from their modem/router combos, but with my own equipment I can't get support, which is fine I work in IT. Overall not worth the money for capped internet.

Signed up about a week ago. So far the internet speeds and prices are very fair. Everyone has been polite and professional. CAS is far better than that other company that has a reputation for terrible service.

I had cable services scheduled to be installed today and was not informed by the tech that a $75.00 fee was required for installation on site. I was at work and my 75 year old mother was at home, who has no checkbook, no way to pay. She tried to call me in order to pay the fee by CC over the phone. I was absolutely not informed of this or would have left the money, or paid in advance. She offered them all of her money, 65 dollars, and they refused to take it. The tenchician told the other to 'shut it all down' and told my mother 'you dont just go into a store and walk out without paying.' Then she asked if they could come back and he stated that they had other more important customers, and they couldnt come back even within a week. I called customer service to explain that I was very angry about not being informed about am installation fee. I'm not trying to scam anyone out of 75.00 and clearly could have paid onsite or paid in advance. Amanda was apologetic when I called to discuss with supervisor upon my return home. It was incredibly unprofessional, and unacceptable to speak to an elderly person that way. I requested that they return due to CAS's error in not informing me of the fee. They said I would have to be rescheduled. I told them no thanks and I will not recommend this company. It was insulting to walk out on an elderly person and speak that way to her. Absolutely wrong. My experience was terrible. I paid for as advertised "unlimited internet", and received a letter that I was using too much bandwidth. Yes, limited- unlimited internet (never heard of that? So what?). CAS closed my personal account without even an apology. I then pulled all of my business accounts after that (Over $2K a month at the time... serves them right). They state they are a Christian company and provided (read: forced) an adult content filter on the internet. Not a big deal; until you notice that they charge for adult content on their Pay per view section! So, for CAS: Free porn is bad.... paid porn that makes CAS money is perfectly okay! Seems completely Christian to me. Read their Facebook page and their reviews there. It is too funny how so many people hate them!These people disgust me to no end.

Service has been reliable. Way better than sudden...

Service has been reliable. Way better than suddenlink. Service was shut off in the morning because I managed to forget to pay my bill so I payed at noon. She said they do reconnects at the end of the day if not first thing in the morning. I called and spoke to a supervisor at 430pm and while I was on hold she was already looking on the GPS and rerouting a service person to my apartment to make sure I had internet for the kids in the morning. This kind of service is appreciated beyond words especially when my kids are dependent on virtual learning.

Price keeps going up despite telling me it wouldn t when I made the switch. Started at $94 dollars a month and now paying $148. It has been 5 or so years, but everything s the same including the equipment even after requesting new several times. They just seem to conveniently forget it every time they come for something. My box stops recording shows from time to time and I ve had to stop watching some of my favorite shows until I find a way to watch what it didn t record. However, still better than suddenlink.

Prices where the best in town and service has been second to none. Always a fast helpful customer service rep available when I've called with questions. Smart knowledgeable and professional technicians during installs but I'm happy to say they must do the job right the first time because I've never had to have them come back.

Starting yesterday my internet goes on and off, on and off, and it continued into today. The worst part is that you are closed on Sunday so I can't call and or get any assistance what soever for yet another 24 hours.

Great service, reliable internet! From the moment ...

Great service, reliable internet! From the moment I called to inquire about service, to the tech (Mike - very funny and friendly!) coming out to do the install, I've been happy with the service. So far, the internet connection has been strong. Mike mentioned that they monitor for any issues to proactively fix any problems and they have same day/next day response to customer's homes if any issues arise. This company is doing business right - putting quality and their customers first.

Terrible as a former employee, and as a customer. Most mismanaged business I have ever been a part of. Lots of powertripping going on for people that have no business making any kind of upper management decisions. Took on way too many new customers at once, but have a diminishing workforce. Makes for a very bad environment to work in, and the customers are suffering by being constantly short staffed.

For some reason they cant add the disconnect/recon...

For some reason they cant add the disconnect/reconnect fees to thier website. So here is what happens. If you are late and get disconnected when you go online to pay your bill never shows those fees. You have no way of knowing that so you pay the amount the website shows then you have to call in and pay the disconnect/reconnect fees. Why don't they add the fees to the amount due on the website is a mystery to me !!!!

I m actually pretty furious with my service. Yesterday (11/13/19) I saw the CAS tech go to my neighbors house, at the same time my internet kicked off. After waiting a while for to come in just to find that it would not, I called the office. They told me my bill was passed due which I completely understand, so immediately right there in the phone I paid the bill. The lady then informed me that it may be the next day before my service came back while I knew for a fact that there was a technician in my area. So the next day (today) I awake to fine there is still no internet, so we call CAS again and they tell me itll be on anywhere between 8am and 5pm!!! That just confirms to me that yesterday while that tech was in my area, there was no reason he couldn t take the exact same amount of time he took to turn it off, to turn it back on. Anywhere between 8 and 5? So there s no organization, nor communication regarding the customer. Very obvious to me how high of a priority they hold their customer. Unbelievable

I decided to not get their service! I called today to get a estimate to be talked down to, and feel belittled! If you have a problem by doing your job, and being rude to a potential client find a different did of work! I will not recommend this service to anyone, and will take my business to their competitors!

I have been a customer of CAS for 20 years. Very good reception hardly ever any down time for cable tv. Internet is great fast and very reasonably priced. However for the past few years they have added a sports package broadcast fee. I don't have a sports package and I hardly ever watch sports on tv. Every year that sports package fee goes up by about 3.00 plus another broadcast fee that also goes up a couple of dollars every year. I don't know why I have to pay for something I don't have. I called and there is nothing I can do to lower my bill or get this fee taken off.

Great company- they installed my service in 1 week. Mike, the installer, overcame the challenges of getting the cable into an old building. He persistently stayed focused until the job was completed !!!
