I cut ties with Suddenlink and was nervous about jumping ship. I m so glad I made that decision. I ve lived in a few different locations in Parkersburg and always had Suddenlink, it wasn t until my last residence in Vienna that I had issues. No call no show on tech visits. I spent 15 hours on the phone with them in 3 days. So I switched. You call Cas and you will instantly be pleasantly greeted. I had a tech out to do the install within a few days even with Covid restrictions. In the 3 months I ve had them, I moved from Vienna to Parkersburg and was not charged another install, the techs were polite, efficient, and arrived on time. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.
