I m actually pretty furious with my service. Yesterday (11/13/19) I saw the CAS tech go to my neighbors house, at the same time my internet kicked off. After waiting a while for to come in just to find that it would not, I called the office. They told me my bill was passed due which I completely understand, so immediately right there in the phone I paid the bill. The lady then informed me that it may be the next day before my service came back while I knew for a fact that there was a technician in my area. So the next day (today) I awake to fine there is still no internet, so we call CAS again and they tell me itll be on anywhere between 8am and 5pm!!! That just confirms to me that yesterday while that tech was in my area, there was no reason he couldn t take the exact same amount of time he took to turn it off, to turn it back on. Anywhere between 8 and 5? So there s no organization, nor communication regarding the customer. Very obvious to me how high of a priority they hold their customer. Unbelievable
