Email responses to my inquiries were always prompt. I had no trouble getting to see all the models I was interested in. When I was ready to buy my used Honda Accord 2015, even though the car I wanted had just been sold, they came up with another one right away. A special feature I wanted added on was taken care of immediately at the service shop, and I drove the car home the same day.
