The service manager Gary took a month when I kept trying to contact them about the crack on my steering wheel that needed to be fixed. He never fixed it and he took too long to return my calls. When he said he would contact me back he never did. I had to take it to the dealership so they can fix my steering wheel. Very unprofessional that it seems that they can't keep up with their clients and kept pulling me in for a loop when he said he was going to repair my steering wheel which he never did!! The airbag was also damaged and sold me an unsafe car!! Apparently, 21st Century Auto Group is about promises that they can't keep.
