Mike and his partner were EXTREMELY prompt, both in communication and in coming out to repair a leak in our roof after Hurricane Florence. Most companies wouldn't even call me back to come out and quote us while Mike called me (on his day off no less) and was out within a few hours because he was fairly close to our neighborhood. The work was done properly and he was very thorough in explaining what he found and the type of repair that was done. Beyond that, he was very honest and knowledgeable. This is the type of person you want performing repairs on your home. He was able to point out some areas on our roof where the originally installers did a poor job so that we could keep our eyes on it for the future. I would absolutely invite Mike out for further repairs or if we needed our roof replaced altogether. Thank you so much man! We really appreciate you!
