I highly recommend Carolina Roof Consultants for any roof repair or replacement work you may be considering. After recent heavy rains, we noticed water spots on ceilings in three rooms a sure sign our roof was leaking, and not a huge surprise considering our home is 20 years old. Fortunately, I had a mailbox flyer from Carolina Roof Consultants that listed as references, addresses of 12 homes in The Peninsula. We are Peninsula residents and one referenced home was right the corner.

We called Carolina Roof Consultants and they were out the next day to review the damage. They guided us through the insurance process, and arranged to return when our insurance adjuster came for an estimating inspection. They agreed to replace the roof and paint the ceilings for what the insurance company was willing to pay.

The roof replacement was done in a day but what I was just as impressed about was the care the crew took to ensure no shrubs were damaged, and their after-work cleanup. The paint crew was equally amazing, painting all three ceilings in less than two hours. And like the roofing crew, they were clean and efficient, taking care to ensure there was no paint on the floor, counters or other areas.
