We are Vegas locals and this has to be the only strip restaurant that we continue to come back too. David is always amazing and exceeds all exceptions. Good food love the atmosphere.

Hidden gem, this place has gotten lost among all of the other Vegas restaurants on the strip. Also compared to all of the other restaurants on the strip, it's reasonably priced.

Came here for lunch and had the spicy chicken sandwich. I highly recommend it! It was very flavorful and got you full.

It's a pretty casual environment, so I wouldn't recommend coming here for a dressed up dinner.

We dined at Carmine s on 7/23/18. Bill was our waiter and he was exceptional. He suggested a show. We went to the show on 7/25/18 and he was absolutely on the money with his recommendation. The food and service were tops. We have dined at Carmine s in NYC and Washington DC. I appreciate a waiter with his local knowledge and attention to detail with his service. Bill made our 25th anniversary in Las Vegas the best!

Horrible experience, we did not see our waiter after food came out. The bus boy took care of us. Was not offered any water or refills after food came out. We were a big table. Been here before me and my wife come every time we come to Vegas, Horrible Horrible Horrible time service was not good at all. Food always great just service was bad

The first bad meal I have ever had in Vegas. Honestly. I don't want to be "that" negative guy, but this place was simply not a quality establishment.

I was in a group of 30+ people, and the vast majority did not get through half of their meals. Everything was basic, bland, and mini-mall-esque. Someone even remarked, "How do you screw up tomatoes".

There was one waiter for all of us, which, try as he might was way to much for him to handle. Bless him, but the result was his attitude being on par with Frankenstein. A series of angry grunts and aggressive gestures. Not really his fault, in his situation I wouldn't have been very happy either.

There are countless of fantastic places to eat in Vegas, especially Italian restaurants, this is not one of them. Don't waste one of your dinners here, go somewhere else.

Great family style restaurant. Service was fantastic, great pasta and fish. Dishes are huge and great for sharing. Fantastic job at making customers feel like family.

Wow, that's some impressive record! Came here with our friends who made the reservation for our party of 5. Earliest time we could book was at 3:45p... um, late lunch, early dinner? It would be a first time for all of us to dine here so yeah! book it at whatever time we can get. The place was poppin' when we arrived... yes! it was happening! At 3:45p the restaurant was packed and the hostess led us in the back area, past the lounge, past the bar, and right there by the kitchen where we got an eye full of what everybody ordered... this section was, imho, the best part of the restaurant. We enjoyed sitting by the kitchen!

Delicious chicken and lasagna, the only thing the chicken was 55 dlls for like 6 pieces of breaded checked so be careful, but still so delicious.

We had a 33 person group dinner at Carmine's 9/14/18. It was FANTASTIC!!! Everything from reserving and setting up the private room, to the food and service was JUST perfect!!! I'd HIGHLY rec this place for a group and just for dinner!!!

Delicious authentic family style Italian cuisine! A favorite of ours every time we are in Vegas. The chicken scallopini is to die for!!

We did our company dinner at Carmine s and we absolutely will be back next time in Las Vegas. It is decorated so cool and the food...omg the food! Huge family sized portions and the titanic dessert is AMAZING! Everything was really good and our waiter was really on the ball! Loved this place highly recommend

Food was AMAZING , authentic , full of flavor Italian food! Served family style so it's a ton of food. Our second time here and we will be back again!

Great idea as shared dishes I highly recommended it for a group or people more than 4 persons as the idea of the restaurant depends on sharing dishes.

I like sitting at the bar for smaller (still huge) portions, solid beer selection, and decent cocktails.

The meal at Carmine's is more than just food, it's an experience! The food was amazing, and our server, Elena, was fantastic! Although it was my first visit, it definitely will not be my last. The entire wait staff was phenomenal! Amazing!

Our waiter David was phenomenal. We had a group of 14 people and he was very efficient and personable. His recommendations were spot on. The food was excellent and we will be sure to add Carmines as our yearly go-to restaurant.

When they say family size... they mean it!! This place has the best food and an even better staff. Highly recommended and will be back!

Wow, we just went last night and I m already dying to go again. We had a very large party and the service was seamless. The food was amazing. I think the penne ala vodka was some of the best pasta I ve ever had. Portions are huge so we took some back to the hotel left over. We didn t have a microwave there, but it was even amazing cold later that night. Would 100% recommend.

Great food! Huge portions and there is plenty of food to share with others. Little costly, but the food is fresh and authentic.

Good place to eat and get a little out of the burger and the fry. The portions are huge and for me the pasta was a bit old, but the flavor was very good

My husband and I, plus friends and family recently enjoyed a great meal at Carmine s! The food was fresh, abundant and fantastic! Our server, Matt Dunway (sp?), was extremely attentive and funny. We were treated to a meal and service that to this day we talk about. We went the next night just for appetizers, it was so good. I highly recommend their dining or even a seat at the bar. Their martinis are wonderful. Ask for Matt!

Family-style food, meant to be shared I went on 12/21 - The ambiance was laid back, comfortable, and customer service was A+. Noise levels are at a medium but the tables are personal enough for you to carry conversations and be heard. Food was delicious! I loved the lasagna! Shelby (? I hope that s her name and not Shelly) and Ken were very welcoming and helpful.

The food was 10/10 and our server, Shawna, gets an A+ for service, really above and beyond. Ask for Shawna as your server because she's personable and efficient then order everybody in your party at least one meatball. Thanks again and well done, from Pittsburgh, PA.

Carmine s has delicious pasta and the Prosecco was flowing. If you re at Caesars Palace, it s definitely worth a visit.

Great tasting food, wonderful staff and tremendous portions. If you like Italian you have got to try it when passing through Vegas.

Robert Gasca was an awesome server. Lasagna was perfect. They have an espresso americano for those with weaker taste buds, but you can still get a double straight. The bread was way above expectations. Table cloth changed every cuatomer every time. Great ambiance. Beer glasses are good size. They carry about everything. Their sister restauarunt is at the Wynn.... Virgil's real barbeque

This place was hopping when we visited and for good reason. We sat at the bar and got pretty good service. The bar area is huge and has lots of food and drink options. Most of the dishes looked really good. We ordered a giant plate of meatballs and it was fantastic. It's pretty much a typical Italian place you'd find in most casinos in Vegas. Would go again.

My husband and I love the food at Carmines. Whenever we stay at The Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City we stop in for a great meal. The servers are always friendly and courteous, offering suggestions for a great meal. The servings are more than generous and the food is out of this world. If any one walks away from their table and is still hungry it is a mystery to me. My problem is I cant stop eating. Looking forward to a delicious dinner when we visit Atlantic City the weekend of January 25, 2014. We also enjoy Carmines in New York City when we get away for a girls day. Oh and the Cannolis are to die for!!

Elena was superb, I wasn t sure what to order and she took charge and gave us the best meal we have had on the strip!!!! If you come here ask to be seated in her section you will not be disappointed

Very cheap for the amount of food, and super good, we had spaghetti and shrimps in red sauce, and our son had spaghetti with meatballs, we took the fruit platter to go, and had enough fruit for two days, we will be back!

As usual with Carmines all is exaggerated but with the concept, the food is great, the service is amazing

Make sure you know what family size portions mean before saying something about the price people lol. Pricing per amount food is actually great! Staff that served us was super friendly and helpful! Even tho it was too much food for us to handle,it still place to come back!

My family and I had such a wonderful evening here! The portions are huge we only ordered one pasta and the veal and it was more than enough. The flavors were impeccable and authentic Italian atmosphere. The service was outstanding, we made great friends with our waiter David S and he had great insight on what we should order. He was very friendly and we greatly enjoyed the conversation we had with him. Carmine's is worth the wait!

The service was terrible! For a reasonable Italian experience don't both with this location of Carmines. The food was less than stellar (cold plastic tasting noodles and the bland sauces). I wouldn't go back.

I was here for a work function. The food was as good as microwave heated. Nothing really extraordinary and I'm sure it wasn't cheap

I'd go somewhere else.
Maybe the table service area is better than the back (private function) but with all the options in Vegas I'd go somewhere else instead.

Carmine's always delivers. The Vegas location is not quite as good as New York but food is consistently good. Service could have been better.

We had a wonderful experience working with Carmine s for our 110-person wedding reception. We used the Ritrivo room and worked with Cassy. She was very easy to work with and went out of her way to make it a beautiful, memorable event. I especially appreciated the fact that they didn t nickel and dime us. We knew the costs ahead of time and there were no surprises. They also recommended vendors to use for photography, DJ, etc. and they were all great. I would like to confirm that pictures of the Ritrivo room do not do it justice. When I saw it for the first time, I knew it was the right space. We barely used any additional decor because the room is beautiful and romantic as is. The event staff was wonderful and all our guests raved about the food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Super nice atmosphere, great food, super nice staff. Would come here again, and again. Even my mom liked it and she's not such a huge fan of Italian food.

I love the food here. I ve been coming to Carmine s for the pasta Giardiniera and the carmine s sald. Still delicious.

By far the best restaurant in Vegas! Amazing quality food with great prices. Most importantly extremely friendly staff and dining experience you won't find anywhere else in this city! Ron was a great server with good knowledge of wines and food.

I had the portabello parmigiana sandwich, no bun, and it was delicious. I sat at the bar. The service was attentive without being overwhelming. Very nice old world Italian pub feel. Food portions looked enormous. Great to share!

Cozy American-Italian with more than plentiful portions.

We ate at Carmines for my wife's birthday in December. We knew we were in trouble when we found out they had no menus and we had to stand up and walk over to read the chalk board to see what was available to eat. We had the lasagne. It was pricey, but a very large portion - way too much for two people - good for a family of 4 to 5. There was nothing special about the lasagne - they used way too much ricotta cheese and hardly any pasta or meat sauce. The Server was very nice. We have had much better at a cheaper price in the Las Vegas area.

Great Italian restaurant. Family style eating with plenty of delicious food. The service was great and the food was delicious.

There are so many dishes. It may be hard to go alone.

Came here twice on the last trip to Vegas, because my daughter loved the "biscuits and gravy" so much. The second visit, she ordered it again and I got the side of biscuits and side of gravy, also the BLT. After I was done with my biscuit and BLT, I looked at her plate and it was empty. She inhaled that faster than any Hoover/Eureka/Dyson. Even stated that it was better this time. Also got the cobbler. It was very tasty and I would do that again.

Before we got there, we didn't know it was a family style restaurant with huge servings, so we ended up taking half of it home with us. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The table for 2 we were seated at wasn't in a very good place, and the woman at the table beside us was on her phone the whole time, making video calls and swearing at the people she was talking to. Not exactly conducive to a great dining experience.

Excellent place, very good food and a very consistent cost / benefit ratio.

Returned back to Carmines once again and everything was great once again. Best meatballs still. It was my birthday and was seranted by all the waiters. Thanks once again.

We visited Carmines Atlantic City on June 21st and had Donna as our server. She gave us such outstanding service that I felt compelled to write this review. As we told the manager, she far exceeded expectations on all levels. Truly an excellent restaurant!

Good food and family portions. We went at lunch time had good service until I overheard our waiter complaining about the $20 tip we gave him. Good food but not gonna tip more than 20% if the service isnt exceptional or if I hear somebody complaining about making over $25 an hour at lunch time.

Convenient place with good flavor, portions are huge to share with a big family, they are so nice to advice you about that to avoid a mistake to order an excesive amount of food. Prices in the Streep are tourist and this place seemed to be in the low range for the product, environment and service that you get.

Elena was our waitress, we loved her she did an excellent job!!

The caeser salad was pretty good just like Chicken Marsala and pasta!
