Shawnee was an exceptional waitress. She was knowledgeable about the menu. Provided excellent suggestions and was timely when visiting our table. The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our entire group had a great time and enjoyed our visit.

I rarely leave 5 star reviews because nothing is perfect. But last night was perfect! It was our first time eating at Carmine's. Definitely won't be our last. The great service started from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. David and Glenn were our servers, one of them is still in training. I found that out after asking to speak to a manager (Manuel) after finishing our meal. The reason I asked to speak to a manager was to tell him about the extraordinary service we received. We were informed in detail about the food, the extremely large portions that are served and offered some recommendations. Our servers were attentive, personable and informed. If you're looking for great food and a great experience... Carmine's is the place. Thank you all.
We were first timers to the Vegas site & loved it! We knew (& were told while there) how big the dishes are but still had NO idea until we received our order HOW MUCH FOOD it would be. My husband & I ordered 1 plate & 1 hot antipasto and couldn't even finish it as leftovers. The food was phenomenal!!! I recommend the hot antipasto as a main dish. It has so much to offer!!!
Our family is A LOT to deal with in a restaurant and they handled us with skill! This gathering meant a lot to us and we were so grateful to have somewhere to host it. Food was amazing. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere, besides our loud, crazy family was wonderful.
We had a wonderful experience at Carmine's restaurant. It is beautiful restaurant with wonderful family style food. I would say that their family style will easily feed a family of 4, so we had lots of leftovers after we were done. We had fresh wonderful clams for a appetizer and spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. The meatballs were BIG and so good. We had a wonderful waiter, and he was very good at making sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. We waited almost 2 hours for a seat and it was worth the wait. I would love to visit this restaurant again, and send my friends there.
I have eaten at Carmine's Italian all over the country for the last 20 years- NYC, Wash. DC, Las Vegas. No matter where you go Carmine's is great Italian food. Big Portions of really good food. Great for big groups. Service never disappoints!!! They know how to take care of you and your dining experience. The best part is the value. Great food/great service/great pricing. Go to Carmine's now!
Very delicious! However it's not a great idea if you're a couple staying in a hotel w/o a microwave. Portions are for 3-4 people. Menu is confusing too but GREAT service.
My buddy's and I had a great time at Carmine's last night, the food was delicious and the service fantastic. Our server Jennie was so friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended the steak with peppers and onions which was perfectly cooked, and one of my buddies had the pomodoro which was so good. None of us know anything about wine, but Jennie was able to suggest an amazing wine which went great with the meal. The only thing better than our meal was Jennie's lovely smile and her constant attention to details.
Carmine s was able to seat about 20 of us on only a two hour notice which was amazing. So glad we picked this place. The portions were enormous and the food was delicious. The drinks were really good too. The prices were very reasonable for Vegas. I definitely recommend this place.
Food was very good but service is slow. 15 Min to take the order and took like 40 min to make a sandwich and a salad ( both very good ) if you are not super hungry and can wait...
Went to this place to celebrate my wife s birthday. They pour wine into these tiny glasses. Not sure why. For a restaurant inside Forum Shops this is a bad restaurant. I do have to say the Tiramisu was great. The Lasagna was ok to mediocre, Olive Garden s Lasagna is better than at Carmine s. The prices they charge are pretty high for the quality of food and service. Also when they brought the Lasagna no one cut it for us, we had to ask them to.
The problem is they charge at Oceans club level or the foundation room but no where the food quality or service
In every other restaurants we go the birthday cake comes on the house. This is the first restaurant that charges you for the cake. Again they charge at Oceans club or Foundation level but no good service
Dishes to share between 3 people, without asking for entry. Very good pasta with different sauces. The wine itself is quite good. Same in service, food and decoration to New York.
Food was just ok. If you prefer large portions over quality this is your place. Had to ask for bread & butter. No plate to put it on. Never got water. Ben there done that.
Husband and I came here for dinner our first night in Vegas. I loved the atmosphere it was really fun and upbeat. Our server was very attentive and nice. We both ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was really good and the waffles were pretty good as well. What makes it is the bourbon maple syrup oh man I drenched my food in it haha. It came with a lot of food which was awesome had enough for leftovers for the next day
Carmine's is one of my all-time favorite restaurants from growing up on the east coast. When I heard they were opening a location in Las Vegas I was thrilled. I recently visited for a business dinner and had simply incredible service with Elena. She was friendly, helpful as we had some dietary restrictions at our dinner including someone who is Vegan and 2 people who didn't eat cheese! The horror, I know. Elena made sure that we were well taken care of and helped us chose a great wine for the table of wine drinkers and we had the most delicious meal. I look forward to my next visit and hope to have Elena as my server. Favorite Menu Items: Spiedini all Romana, Chicken Parmesan- both a must try. Penne alla Vodka (with chicken makes it even more delicious), Chicken Scaloppine, Calamari, Meat Balls. Desserts: Tiramisu, Tartufi
We were there yesterday on 6/8 at about 5PM. Our server was Angela. We literally waited for an hour until our food came out. The place wasn't even busy at all. There was a couple next to us who get there after us and got their food way before us. Unacceptable for just an order of lasagna and sausage. They brought out my daughter's spaghetti 30 minutes before the rest of the food. To top it off she kept bringing me Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. Don't get me wrong the food was great but the service was the worst I've seen and I've worked in the restaurant business.Unacceptable for it not being busy and only having a party of 4 with only 2 main dishes.Save your money and go to Olive Garden instead.
The drinks were delicious..Great service. The food was wayyyyyyy too salty.we had raviolis with meat sauce, too salty. Had the chicken parm..the chicken was good but what's up with the salty sauce.? The Chef should taste his sauces. WhenI go back there I will request a sample of the sauce, before I order it.
Our server, Glen, was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. His recommendations based on what we said we liked were amazing. The food flavors and quality were beyond our expectations.
Best Italian food I ve had. The food is served family style. We ordered two dishes and an appetizer and it was enough for the four of us. We will definitely return the next time we are back in Vegas.
A large group of us had dinner at Carmine's on Saturday 11/16. The food was delicious, but our waiter David was even better! Entertaining, knowledgeable, fast and friendly! Thank you for a great dinner before our rock and roll marathon! Kris
Huge portions!!! If your in the mood for Italian food give them a try. Make sure you get the steak platter and tiramisu. Did I mention the portions are huge. Great for a large group.
This place is amazing. We were served in the traditional Italian style of family eating and shared large dishes among all of us on the table. Everything from the appetizers like roasted peppers and mozzarella and the Carmine salad to the broiled porterhouse steak was amazing. The staff was incredible. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Defiantly one of my top 5 restaurants ever.
We came here for lunch on a Sunday but was able to be seated quickly because we were willing to share the high table.
We ordered the fried green tomato BLT which came as 3 tiny pieces but were delicious. We naturally ordered the chicken with waffle and spicy watermelon, which was a very interesting and tasty combination. The fried chicken had a very crispy outside and moist on the inside. The waffle also came with bourbon syrup which went well with the waffle, watermelon had just a mild spicy-ness to it.
Server was friendly and helpful.
Delicious food, great service and reasonable time for food to come. Not much more I can ask for in a restaurant.
Great Atmosphere!! Coming from a foodie, this place is not only Top-notch Service wise, it has some of the most amazing pasta we have eaten in a long time. Family size portions are huge so don't over order but they ate spot on price and quality!
We were in Vegas a couple weeks ago for a very good friend s wedding. We went to Caesar s and had dinner at Carmine s. I was so impressed at this place. First of all it s in the back of the Forum shops so make sure you go there.
Because we were with a large party we sat in the back room and it was great. The staff all wore masks and I felt very safe during my entire visit. We also had many different appetizers salads and meal choices.
One of my favorite was the baked clams. I m 40 years old and have never had these and they were fantastic. We also had some muscles that were to die for. I really enjoyed the house salad with olives and cheese and pepper Cheaneys on it.
By the time we got to dinner I barely could eat I had eaten so much already. I highly recommend the ravioli and the lemon chicken.
Italian classics and hearty home style pasta. Country Style Rigatoni brought me back toy grandparent's kitchen. Friendly staff, quick lunch service... Huge portions. Small past OR Salad for 2 are more than enough to fill up both my wife and I.
Hands down best service and food we have ever had. Kyle was great and personable. Portions were way bigger than expected. If I could give it more stars I would!
Carmine s was an incredible Italian restaurant. The family sized portions were delicious and filling. Our waitress, Elena, was so welcoming and sweet to my family and probably one of our best waiters yet. If you want some great Italian food go to Carmine s.
I love this family style Italian restaurant. Particularly like the chicken picatta, but everything else I've tried was also delicious. Because it's family style you need to go with a group, so you can try a couple dishes, but even then there's usually too much food. Atmosphere is nice. Service has always been friendly and quick.
Came here with my husband. Service was not the best. Felt rushed. Didn't get any bread all other tables did. Felt like we weren't wanted because we weren't a big group. Won't be back here.
Food generic in flavour. No authenticity. Fairly bland. We ordered lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, chicken parmesan, and chicken marsala to vary our meal since it was our first time here. I will not return nor recommend unless you are very hungry and flavour is not important. Portions are very large.
Had a great time with the family. We are originally from NY and usually go to the Carmine s in the Upper Westside, this one, did now skip a beat. Great service.
Food was great and service was great. Big plates make sure you have lots of people. Family style. 5 of us didn't quite finish 1 salad and a plate of pasta and meatballs.
