Mark Z and Joe, the manager, were very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We went to Carmax and Porter Ford before but neither could compare to Carman's customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new car!

I Went into Carman Ford Lincoln one day to look at the MKZ in 2014 the Mrs. and I We met the
Best salesman anyone's money could buy ! Name is Mr. Dan Shine boy did he put a shine on our shoes . He had all the answers I almost did not have to ask any questions . We saw the brand new 2014 MKZ sitting and it took us buy surprise , new color an all . It had everything we wanted we even ordered special 19'' inch chrome wheels . Boy we were ready for the road then , that turbo engine is all of that and more !!! We kept it for three years lease . went back to look at a 2017 MKZ Mr. Shine bent over backwards and the owner Mr. Larry the son of the owner Mr. Carman . sent me and the Mrs. out the door with a 2016 MKZ tag and all, sweet !! The service dept. was the best there is when ever I bought it in . For three years never had a problem with my car the finance dept. Mr.Bob was the best an very helpful even the floor manager was also helpful an great !!! I even sent my niece to buy the New 2017 Lincoln first time in years on the market see it for your self thanks Carman Lincoln Ford . Go drive one for yourself .Just ask for Larry Dan Shine Bob & the gang . Very happy I bought a MKZ owner Sonny Devine & Mrs. T of New York !!!

This dealership Lincoln was very pleasant, welcoming and respectful. Car dealers and dealerships have earned the negative stigma that is associated with them but this dealership never once made me feel like I was not getting a good deal, or that my requirements were not a top priority. They gave great service and overall I am very happy with my purchase. Greg (sales) was detailed, thorough and patient. The finance manager was nice but became less patient as I asked a million questions to understand the extras they always try to up sell you. He stayed true to the overall experience and answered EVERY question. I would return again!

The Carman Ford Lincoln body shop is fantastic! The front office staff is extremely courteous and professional whether you talk to them on the phone or in person. The employees who work as liaisons between your insurance company and Carman Ford are very professional, efficient, and courteous. The Body Shop employees and mechanics do amazing work! I've had body work done on two cars and both of them came back looking immaculate. My last repair was on the rear bumper of my vehicle and I was having an issue with a brake light. I made an appointment, took it back to them, they identified the problem within minutes and replaced the bulb for free - no questions asked. You are not going to find a more professional Body Shop that provides better service.

I bought a used F-150 in May 2017. The truck was l...

I bought a used F-150 in May 2017. The truck was listed as "Ford Certified." A few months ago, while hosing the underside, I discovered a bent bracket. There was an identical bracket, but not bent, on the other side of the truck. The direction of the bend indicated the bracket had been hit while backing up. When I brought the truck in for other service, I asked what the bracket was for. They said it is to hold a cover that "shields the pipes." (Part # FL1Z-5D032-B) They said it is NOT part of an off-road package, THAT EVERY F-150 HAS ONE. Replacing it would cost over $500! So much for Ford certified! How do you certify a vehicle when a major part is missing! I wonder if the spare tire is there or what else might be missing. I like the truck, but I'm very unhappy about this discovery. I feel like I was lied to.

Within no time at all, I am being set up for a new lease. Because of his caring way this is why I've been with Carman Ford for 15 years. Stay away. Sales staff was rude and confrontational, and kept making excuses. The salesman also appeared to know absolutely nothing about the car, and was unable to answer even simple questions.

Overall, seems like the worst Ford dealership in the region. With Porter and Sheridan just down the street, and the always-excellent Garnet just across the line in PA, there's no reason to waste your time here.

Buying experience was pretty good when purchasing ...

Buying experience was pretty good when purchasing a truck. However, service is not up to standards.
Long story short, they do not manage their recalls properly and make the appropriate notes as to what needs to be completed.
Got done the same recall twice which not only wasted my time, but company's time and resources. They were not even aware that they had done it twice until I showed paperwork of the previous recall.
Received a call the following week that parts are in for recall, and this was again for the same one.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from Carman. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was especially surprised that when there was something I wasn't comfortable with, or some warranty I didn't want, they would not push me. Even though they are trying to sell you a car, I generally felt that they weren't just trying to do that. We joked around and it made the waiting less painful. Jake Dickhart, my sales rep, was very friendly and he and I didn't have just a "sales rep-customer" kind of relationship going.

When I have to buy a Ford again, I will definitely go there. Highly recommended.

This is the second Explorer I have purchased from Carman Ford, and both times they gave us a great deal, excellent service, and a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales staff helped me and my family find the perfect car for the perfect price. Steer clear of salesman John Brooking. I told him I didn t like the payment he brought to me he asked what i wanted. When I said the lowest possible (never give them a number) he got irate and escalated the conversation to a 10 for absolutely no reason, our entire dealing was pleasant until that point. I told him to give me back my keys and I would go elsewhere. He threw my keys and registration at me, when i said i wanted the manager he pointed to the guy behind the desk. The manager said the keys must have slipped, sure they slipped and hit me in the chest at a high rate of speed. This guy is emotionally unstable. I went over to their dodge dealer to get the GSMs name. When they heard the salesmans name the just rolled their eyes so this must not be uncommon.

I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Carman yesterday. My salesman, Greg, took great care to ensure that he showed me every feature on the car and that I understood how to use them. He even helped set up my phone and home address in the navigation. The entire staff was courteous and professional. They did drive a hard bargain on my trade but I held my own and in the end I think I got a fair deal. If you re shopping for a Lincoln, Carman is a good place to shop.

My car was towed into Carman Ford after my car was hit while parked in the front end. The first few weeks were fine, I had periodic text updates with no issue. Then the problems began. After 6 weeks or so I stopped getting text alerts. I was told I sent a stop message, which I never did and they said there is nothing they can do. So I began to call in a few times a week to check on the progress. I then was told for 6-7 weeks on end that my car would be ready tomorrow. After being told that numerous time all of the sudden there were parts that were ordered wrong and that they never reordered. I was given more attitude that needed when calling in and it never seemed to be a good time to be calling to check on my car.

After 70+ days they finally told me my car was ready. I went in to pick it up and immediately noticed the TPL was on. Turns out one tire needed a plug that they ignored the whole time the car was in the shop. So they plugged it and I thought I was good. I then get in my car to drive away and my car smells like cigarette smoke. That was unprofessional and unacceptable, but when I challenged them on it they acted as if I was in the wrong. So I bit my lip and drove away. Not more than 30 yard out of the parking lot I noticed a grinding from the read bearings. I immediately turned around and brought this to their attention. Only when I came back in was I introduced to the manager.

He pulled my file and was shocked at how long my car was there. It was the first he was looking at my file and the first he knew the car was on the lot. This blew my mind he had no idea what cars were in his shop. He then went on a test ride with me and confirmed the noise. After his inquiry with his techs he realized they have only been making U-turns out of the parking lot and not actually taking cars for test rides. He then promised me he would be personally overseeing the completion of the repairs and testing the car with me when I picked it up.

When it finally was done after it had been in the shop now for 90+ days I go in to pick it up and I see Guy sitting at my desk. He did not even acknowledge my presence in the office. He did not get up, say hello or check me into the car.
Overall the service was awful. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My car is a lease from out of the area and I initially planned on returning the car to Carman and buying a new car form them. I will not be doing that and I will not be able to, in good conscious, recommend this shop to anyone.

Carmen-Lincoln Customer Service Reps provide excellent and professional care. They answe the phones and assist you immediately. Chris has assisted me recently in two different occasions and took his time to explain everything that needed to be done with my car and with the rental. On today I had an ememerfwncy with one of my tires and again, he was very prompt. Once my car arrived I receved immediate assistance. Again he, Chris explained the process of them assessing the problem and that they would let me know if it could be repaired or if I had to replace it. The Staff in the Maintenance Department are very patient with me and answer all of my questions and concerns. I am comfortable bringing my car here for servicing. They are pleasant, professional and assist with every detail. They provide quality service and forbthst I say thank you.

This dealership is the worst, the sales people don't even give you a chance to look without jumping at you, and after trying to let one of them know, that I needed some time to look around before I can ask for his help, he insisted and kept on bothering me, to a point to where I had to talk to the sales manager, but the sales manager did not do one thing about it, no even an apology. The funny part was, that I was really going to buy a car there, I was really ready to make the purchase, apparently they are old school and have very little training on the modern selling of today.

We had a Five Star Experience with the Sale Person Marcus Mason, who was knowledgeable, extremely polite and a gentlemen. He man the transition very easy and personal. Will and have recommended him to other potential customers. Had an excellent rapport with his manager , Mike Supala, who helped with the best deal possible. The worse experience ever with any finance person in a car dealerships was the gentlemen, Dave (using this reluctantly), who was rude, embarrassing, had a very bad body odor and was very deceitful. He told my wife and I that we could not get a better deal then what he found for me. The next day I found a much better deal on financing, so I will not be doing the financing through his recommendation. I strongly suggest that this finance person Dave be replaced out of that very sensitive position. If it had not been for the rapport I had with my Sale's person Marcus and his manager Mike I would have left the dealership without making a purchase. If he is the closer you might want to take a closer look at how he treats the customers once the deal is made by your sales people.

I was traveling through on 95 north bound. My diesel truck broke down late in the afternoon. After reviewing all options, I called Carman. They special ordered my part to arrive there at 9 AM. A motel was in walking distance, and so by the next morning when arriving back to the service area, there was my truck being worked on.
I was on my way by noon. To Dave and Mike, "I Thank You Both".

I give 4 to everyone, I do that so they keep trying to be better.
Remember,when you are at the top of the mountain, the only direction to go next, is down hill

I have purchased or leased vehicles from Carman Ford Lincoln Mercury since 1974. My most recent vehicle was my tenth since 1998, and was a 2016 MKZ Eco Boost with the Luxe exterior and light tan interior. A really super combination, along with quality craftsmanship throughout the vehicle. I was worried about the four cylinder, but it is very smooth, and equally powers the vehicle with no hesitation.

The Lincoln sales staff (Dan Shine and Frank Azan), were very professional, making for a excellent purchasing (lease) experience. Having worked with other sales personal, (who have now retired), I was curious about the new sales group. No worries, absolutely trustworthy and willing to work with their customers.

Great car, great sales team, and a service department I trust.

Thanks Carman and Larry for a dealership which continues to be worth coming to.

I worked with Doug Walton and Adam Johnson. Doug showed me the car one night and I came back with my wife the next night for a test drive. Doug was great to work with, answered all of our questions, and put no pressure on us to buy right then. As things worked out we did trade in our old car and bought the new one. The price was more than we expected to pay, but that was because our expectations were too hight. Doug made sure we were totally informed about the reasons for the numbers he presented, and never pressured us to decide. Everyone there was very nice to work with, and worked together as a team. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and particularly recommend that you seek out Doug Walton.

We were very pleased with the price we got on the new car and the amount we received for our trade. Mr. Seeney kept us completely informed throughout the purchase process and both he and the finance team worked to make every option available to us so that we were confident in our purchase price and financing package. I wouldn't buy a car from this place, my father bought a used truck and they sold him a warranty that you can only use at that dealership, they didn't tell him that when he bought the warranty. He lived in NJ about an hour from the dealership. Worst sales experience my father ever had. It's a shame they took advantage of someone older.

Very, very happy with our purchase and the team at Carman Ford Lincoln!!! The team who helped us in making our purchase are John MacDonald, Frank, Joe and Erwin. They are friendly, professional, knowlegeable and helpful. What sets them apart and above other dealerships is they actually welcome you, instead of the customer having to hunt down a sales rep to help them. In other words, they are genuinely interested in selling you the vehicle and selling one that's right for you. They make the car buying experience fun and easy!

I recently financed a $30,000.00 Mustang GT Premium Fastback from Carman Ford Lincoln. The salesman, Nick M., did an excellent job and made the buying experience that much more comfortable. The finance department was genuinely friendly and very courteous. So... What negates the three stars missing from my review??? I drove off the Carman Ford Lincoln lot with LESS THAN a QUARTER TANK of GAS, barely enough to get me home to PA! Now, I did NOT fail to realize this... And yes, I DID bring it up. The dealership REFUSED to fill the gas tank of the $30,000.00 vehicle I just purchased! The salesman even said if he had the cash on hand, he would've given me the money to fill-up. This was beyond unacceptable... It was as if the dealership, instead of giving a nice handshake after completing the sale, slapped me across the face! This obviously falls on principle, not the actual amount of money for the gas...

Used their Service Dept for over 5+ years with 2 different cars, but after being charged twice for what seemed like a "shady" repair, I asked to speak to the Service Manager (who was defensive to my concerns). They even admitted to not fixing it the first time, but still charged extra fees due to 2nd appointment.
I hope Carman isn't one of those car dealerships that you find out on the news that is charging for services NOT rendered, but after having trust with them for years, this last situation caused concern for me.
It was a live and learn situation, but they lost a long time customer.
I wish luck to everyone else.

This is the 2nd time I've bought from Greg Grimald...

This is the 2nd time I've bought from Greg Grimaldi at Carman Ford. He is a pleasure to deal with and is in it for the customer. I also sent my mom to him as well and her experience was just a great as mine.
