Carman Ford Lincoln were great to work with in the purchase of my gently used 2016 Lincoln MKC Reserve. As I have not purchased a vehicle for 8 years, I was dreading the process. I set up an appointment with Blaine, the internet sales manager to look at a particular vehicle. When I got there, I met with salesman, Greg C-Futch. The car was pulled up and ready for me to look at. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very nice to work with. He negotiated a good deal for my trade. Finance guy, Bob, was also very nice to work with. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or anything else. Carman made the entire experience a pleasure and I highly recommend them!

My wife and I decided to test drive a Lincoln on Saturday and our experience at the dealership was professional and inviting from the moment we arrived. Our salesperson was Greg and he was friendly and completely responsive to what we asked for. We also worked with Joe, the sales manager, who was both professional and welcoming at the dealership. They allowed us to take the car home over the weekend and when we returned on Monday, we had the deal wrapped up quickly. Brian walked us through the end of the process and was a pleasure to deal with as well. All in all, we would highly recommend visiting Carman Lincoln in New Castle for top of the line vehicles but beyond that, outstanding sales and service and we look forward to being Carman Lincoln customers for the foreseeable future.

I walked into this dealership on a Monday asking about the 2013 Taurus SHO and was greeted right away from a man behind a high positioned desk. Later I found out the mans name is Todd and he's the Sales Manager and the tall desk is called a tower. From this vantage point he can survey what's going on throughout the showroom. Todd asked how he could help me and I explained to him my desire for the SHO, Todd explained to me that he didn't have the exact one I was looking for, but he took my name and cell number and said he would give me a call in a few weeks, I said thanks and left the showroom.
Being the sort of man that I am I started my search for the SHO on the internet, more sooner than later I was directed to the Carman Lincoln and Ford website, I didn't see it listed in their inventory but I decided to send a message to the dealership anyway, the site informed me that someone would be calling me back within hours. Ms.Christy, the internet associate called me well within a few hours and wanted to verify my request and had a few questions for me. She said she would get back to me with more information and within minutes I was chatting with her again, she told me she had already found several in the tri-state area and I should come into the dealership and go over the details with Todd.
When I got to the showroom I was greeted buy a salesman named Jeffery, Jef told me that Todd was busy with another customer but he would be happy to help me.
Long story short, I left the dealership without my purchase because I couldn't get the the payment plan I wanted.
Around 03:00 hours the next day It dawned on me that the money over the amount I wanted to spend wasn't that big a sum and decided to head to the dealership later that day to get the car I wanted. When I got there Todd, Jeffery and myself got to talking about the money and thats when Todd mentioned that Lincoln may have incentives towards going into a Lincoln MKS. That would mean I might be able to get a better deal on the MKS which is the affluent brother of the SHO. It's also a funny thing because when these two models came out in 2010 I originally wanted the Lincoln but it was way too expensive so I settled on the SHO. Now Bob Carty entered the mix, Bob is the Boss of the whole place and is also from my favorite country other than the USA, England, he's got a cool accent. Anyway between the three of them and only an hour later I was in a 2012 Ruby Red MKS with the Eco-boost engine and the monthly payments I wanted to make, which happens to be the same car I wanted in 2010.
From the start these folks treated me well, they took the time to go over all of the possibilities, incentives, discounts, and other cost cutting savings. Oh yeah I also met Andrew, the Sales Manager for the Lincoln half of the dealership and Neil the financial advisor, all of these people were great. Another thing I would like to mention, I noticed while my transaction was being processed that they not only treated me like family but every other customer as well, every customer I saw those couple of day's got a car and it was at least five of them. Did l mention how clean and organized the dealership is, well it is, from top to bottom the place is clean and decorated nicely, both showrooms were comfortable but the Lincoln side was nicer. The staff at Carman were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and patient, never once did I or anyone else I had earshot too seem pressured, demeaned or intimidated in any way, quite unlike the "being pushy" reputation that car salesman often have. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel wanted, welcome, appreciated and respected, this is a place that I will be doing business with for a long time to come, "Lord will'in and the creek don't rise" If your looking to take advantage of the "Summer Sale" that Ford/Lincoln is having, make sure you head out to Carman in Delaware, you won't be disappointed, you'll be glad you stopped by and more than likely you'll be driving out with a new car, truck or suv, just like me.
I recently purchased 2016 ford explorer from Carman ford and was highly impressed by their services. Specifically Zach Lopes, the guy who helped my in taking the right decision was fabulous and I really enjoyed his assistance. Overall an awesome experience at Carman Ford.

I found him to be very efficient at his job and he eliminated any concerns of me getting taken advantage of, especially as a female at a car dealership. I had a 2009 MKS and was in the market for a 2012 MKS. I returned to the dealer that I purchased my 2009 MKS. That experience prompted me to search for another dealership. A Google search lead me to several Lincoln dealerships and all were closer than Carmen.
I was sold on the MKS, but my visit Carmen sold me on a dealership. Everyone at Carmen made me feel like a valued customer, as if they appreciated my business, as if they wanted me to return in the future. I drove in looking for a 2012 MKS and drove out in a 2013 MKS. Adam Johnson the sales associate listened to what I wanted and delivered more than I expected.

I went not expecting to leave with a car but I did. Traded in my 2007 Dodge Ram 5.7 quad cabbed truck for a beautiful 2017 GT 5.0 mustang. Not even 2 secs after getting out my truck I was greeted in a kindly manner. They offered a snack and drink. We went for a test drive on a few cars In which I was seeking. Even though they closed at 5 and the paperwork was taking a little longer they stayed to help me out waiting till the very last moment making sure everything was taken cared of. I would recommend going here to friends and family.

The car I hoped to purchase didnt work out with my budget, but he worked with me to find something that would. I actually left out with a brand new vehicle that works for my budget. I don't write reviews often but I have to say AWESOME service. Dropped of my truck at 7am, received a phone call with an update by 7:30am, and a follow up that it was done by 10:30am. I've been using carman service for years and always have Chris as an advisor. Will never go anywhere else, OR deal with anyone else for that matter. Chris is easy-going and the epitome of excellent customer service upholding the Carman reputation. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars as always to Chris and the team.

I had a very pleasant experience with Carman Ford. I never felt that I was being pressured or rushed into anything. The sales consultant (Vince Grimaldi) was very easy to speak to and very patient with me. What a great experience buying a new car. I dealt with four staff members, Blaine, manager of internet sales; Dan, sales manager; Greg, my salesman; and Bob in finance. All of them created a great buying experience. If you hate swimming with the sharks and being manipulated through sales tactics, this is a great place to come. I have reviewed the MKS on the internet prior to visiting the Carmen Lincoln Dealership. I was very interested in this car therefore; I went to the dealership on Jan.5, 2013. Al Sweeney approaches me and introduces himself to me. I advise him that I am interested in the MKS 2013 Ecobooster AWD and I just came in just to take a look at the car. He shows me one on the floor and we went over the interior/exterior and the options of this car in detail.
Al continues to persuade me about taking the car out for a ride. So we did and I was very impress with the MKS and happy that Al continue to persuade me. He was very informative, professional and friendly to work with on my interest on the MKS. Al suggested that the MKZ will be coming in very shortly and he will give me a call so I can take that car out for a drive.
I was impress with Al as he showed me that he was looking out for the (Customer's) needs and was honest, which I appreciate. Once I retire in about 2 months and depending on my package I hope to receive from my employers, I should be buying a MKS or a MKZ. Thank-You Al for your time and persuading me to take that drive.

I had the worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle at this location. My wife and I went looking for a used car. As soon as we got there a sales person approached us, which was okay. I explained to him what I wanted to spend (less than $10k) and he showed us some vehicles. My wife found a car and fell in love with it, a Lincoln MKZ. The price ($11,900) was a little more than I wanted to spend so of course I tried to haggle the sales person. He said that we could work something out. I said ok that s great. He said he would talk to the manager Frank Azan and see what he could do about lowering the price. After being there for about 3hrs, we decided that we wanted to continue looking at other vehicles. I explained this to the sales person, and that s when he introduced me to the manager Frank. Frank asked me if I liked the car. I told him yes. He said I hear that you would like it below 10k. I said yeah I would. He then said what is below 10k because 5k is. I said yeah that sounds great. Then he asked well do you want a nice car or a car below 10k. I said I want that car below 10k. Frank then showed me a list of cars on the lot that were below 10k. I told him I don t want any of those cars I want the Lincoln. He then said what will it take for you to go home in that car. I said I have 8k cash. Frank then said you are crazy you can go ahead and leave and don t comeback. So instead of arguing I said ok, turned and proceeded to leave. My wife and son were out in the car by this time. As I was getting in my car the sales person that I had been dealing with came out to talk to me. He said that the manager didn t mean it and that he was joking. I said nobody is going to disrespect me because I can take my money somewhere else. I continued by saying that I can b/s with the best of them but he doesn t know me to talk to me that way. I am here to do business. I am a U.S. Army Veteran and have been working in law enforcement for over 7 years. I know right now is not a good time to be a police officer, but I do believe everyone deserves good customer service. I would not purchase a vehicle at CARMAN FORD RT13.
