An honest review..

Purchased a Certified 2013 Lincoln MKS with one owner and low mileage.

Over the phone Greg told me that the car is in great condition and that I would be very happy when I saw it. I made the 140 mile drive. After some inspecting on a cloudy day I determined that the car was in better than average condition.

Swirl marks, deep scratches, rock chips, two scuffed wheels, mismatched tires, deep scratches on the driver and passenger front door interior chrome trim, a second key fob that looks like it's been through war, and the vehicle pulls to the left (probably because the tires on the drivers side are different than the tires on the passenger side).

For the most part everyone was nice and they didn't have outrageous dealer fees such as those I experienced in NY and NJ.

I've purchased CPO Mercedes and BMW, and now I know why Lincoln simply cannot compete in this category.

Never before have I felt buyers remorse on such a large purchase. It's too bad really, because they treated me very well. However, apart from the "experience" I am not at all happy with the condition of a LINCOLN CERTIFIED vehicle.

The two stars were for the nice treatment I received.

Greg and everyone at Carman we re awesome! I flew in from Chicago and drove in. They picked me up at the airport and were a pleasure to deal with.

Very Enjoyable Experience

Shawn met us at the door when we stopped by Carman Ford to look at used trucks, and worked with us to find one that met our needs. He gave us plenty of time to look, ask questions and research information, all without pressuring us to make up our minds quickly. When we did decide, he came in on his day off to guide us smoothly through the buying process. We were very impressed with Shawn and his dedication to his job, and by the Carman dealership as a whole.

My daughter, her fiance, & I stopped at Carman Lincoln Ford close to closing time on a Saturday night, with the intention of just looking around, when my daughter spotted a clean little '08 Pontiac G6. We were surprised by the sale price, because it was so low. Adam Johnson came out to assist us & was one of the most geniunely friendly sales associates my daughter had dealt with since she began looking for a new car a month ago. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He immediately put her at ease and always addressed her as the primary car buyer, not her fiance. Within a few minutes, she told me, "I want to buy a car from Adam" & "He has a smile you can trust"
Neil Springer was also very friendly, polite, & professional. He made sure we understood all of our options & helped my daughter not only pick the finance option that was right for her, but was also the best deal for her too. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured, even though it was 2 hours after closing time.

I went here recently for my 7500 mile service on my Honda Odyssey because of a word of mouth recommendation. Just had my oil changed and tires rotated basically. The service was great though. I really felt like I could truly trust the Service Director, Steve Hudson. He was just such a great guy honestly that I ll be bringing my car back here from now on. Steve seems to pay a lot of attention to detail and didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need. Their car wash service is excellent also. Super convenient and competitive pricing!

I test drove a brand new Explorer during the day, and came back later that night to purchase a different Explorer than the one drove earlier in the day. I took delivery of my new vehicle, and noticed some paint flaws and the doors did not shut properly in the first week of ownership. I brought this to the attention of Carman Ford, and they immediately took action. The body shop was engaged, and believed the damage to the vehicle occurred in transit. I was upset about having what I felt like was a factory rerfurb and expressed my concerns. . Attempts to repair the issues did not feel right to me on a brand new $50K car. After expressing my concerns, they immediately started the process to remove my commitment to this vehicle and find a suitable replacement.

They worked with Ford to replace my vehicle without any hassles and made the whole situation a pleasant one. I want to thank them for being on my side when presenting my situation to Ford, and want to than Ford for standing behind their product. Carman Ford Rox and they are on my side!

Been an off & on customer for >20yrs. Ups and downs as with any dealer interactions, but my most recent interactions have been excellent. Sales staff worked hard to get the best price when I purchased a Focus in late 2012 and left me feeling like I got the best value for my money. Unfortunately, I had a service issue 5 mos. ago that ended up in the hands of a competitor dealership due to Ford Roadside service. This issue caused me all sorts of grief, even when escalating to Ford regional staff. When my car finally ended back at Carman service, I could not believe the respect and satisfaction I received. Service/warranty problems can be awkward at best but the service manager, Stephen Hudson, took the time to understand, explain, and sympathize. I'm typically a DIYer, but feel much more inclined to trust these guys than any service department in the past. Oh yeah, they also quickly and happily resolved an early warranty issue I had with the car just after purchase. Two thumbs up!

We have purchased a new car from Carman Dodge, used their service center on several occasions and we just needed the services of their body shop. Our experience with the body shop was so good that my wife called and spoke with the owner to express how great the service was. Very efficient, great work, kind, and friendly staff. Mr. Guy Salvadori (shop manager) helped us tremendously with the insurance company and we are very grateful for his diligence. We highly recommend Carman for all of your automobile needs.

From the one that cleans the bathrooms all the way up to the Owner. They treat you like family and they will move mountains to get you what you want at the best price possible. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive. But they are the most honest dealership that I have ever delt with.

Greg Grimaldi sold me just the car I asked for, at a price I was happy to drive from Easton, Maryland to pay. Greg and the sales manager gave me a Dunkin' gift card for helping them set a sales record that month. And that was for a 2001 Ford Focus, not some top of the line new car. I was impressed.

This is now my third purchase from Carman Ford, and specifically Scott, and I seriously am unsure why anyone would go anywhere else! Have specific needs? Tell Scott, he'll find it! He now came through three times in a row as my family's needs have changed as we grew. They've always been fair on my trade ins and worked hard with me this time to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price I could work with. Made my wife happy, which makes me happy! Great experience working with Gary Santora to find the right car and style. We asked a lot of questions along with getting good advice from Gary, finally settling on Lincoln MKC Reserve. Everyone I met, Bob, Frank, and Erwin were professional, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered.

My only regret is I didn't find out Gary was a former golf pro until after making the purchase, otherwise I would've held out for a free lesson too, because my golf swing needs more help than buying a great car.

Please Do Not use Carman Collision shop. I used this shop in March 2020 to repair my 08 Lexus IS250 black. Absolutely unprofessional service. Paint quality is far from factory, mechanics do not know what they are doing. I keep finding things that were not installed correctly (a/c condenser line), missing parts (a/c port cap), loose sensors hanging in front of the radiator. Take your insurance claim repair elsewhere.
