I ended up having some free time mon afternoon so i shot over unannounced Todd took all my info i told him what i wanted and where i needed to be with in a few hours i had a new 2018 explorer with the payments i wanted including a extended warranty and Gap ins . i'm so happy with my experience i'm bringing my daughter in tonight to trade in on a ford escape her first family car and possibly buying another car for my 17 year old daughter couldn't be happier how this all went
