Our appetizer came out lickety split! The manager came over and asked how everything was, told us all about the queso dip! Everything was so wonderful, everyone was wicked friendly so then I launched my boba tea across the table!! Another friendly server came over after my horrid attempt at cleaning it up and finished cleaning it up for me. AFTER THAT, they were kind enough to ask if I wanted another tea??!
Got charged for the other half of the meal while the other group also got charged for their half. Scam likely.
Apps are always great and the reason for the 3 stars for sure! Service was okay although I had to be the one to ask for a refill on my soda after the waiter passed by a few times and did not offer to refill, also very few of the TVs where on and none by the section we sat at
Hostess tried to seat me at a table . I said no, I want the window booth. She said it's not clean. I sat there anyway. Hostess never sent anyone to clean it. Waitress was nice and took care of everything. Hamburger menu said white chedder, I got yellow velveeta, which I hate. Onion rings were so hard, you couldn't eat them. All in all, a lousy meal even tho it was free for me on Veteren' day.
Today is Veterans Day and it s be nice if they actually honored their Veterans Day deal. Online it says free meal for veterans up to $12. I ordered something that was less than $12 and when I asked about the deal they still made me pay full price. I don t recommend going here. I will never be going back again. Not even to mention the food wasn t good at all.

Brocolli not cooked, Southern Chicken sandwich was oily, and super chewy in the center. Overcooked Maybe? Took it off the bill. Certainly not ok for the prices. For $10-$14 sandwiches/burgers, I'd expect better. Go to the Roadhouse instead, save the hassle.
Excellent food. Excellent staff. Our waitress, Stephanie, was very good. I had the Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta. Delicious.

Stoughton is my favorite location. I usually have lots of bad experiences in braintree. I realized I posted this as a negative review 9months ago on here meaning to post it for braintree. Although I love fridays tgi & i go at least once a week some weeks even 2-3 times. I avoid braintree and will commute further to this stoughton location unless I'm prepared to just settle for a disappointment. My 8 yr old will even tell me its not a braintree kind of day when hes real hungry....he says it's more of a stoughton type of day... they often dont have wings in which case we would leave and drive to stoughton and cha-ching stoughton always delivers!
I ve been to Fridays many times and I had a great experience. But today was not. we stopped when we found a PLASTIC BAG in the coleslaw. Manager came and said I will take your meal off he was very nice but the food incident was not.
The food was AMAZING and the staff was just just FABULOUS. They truly either great together, you could tell they actually enjoyed their job.

I normally LOVE Fridays...their food and atmosphere is always good BUT I cannot handle the wait! Why is it so difficult to get seated and when you do the food takes an hour to get to you. I thought maybe it was just 1 place but this is the 3rd Fridays I've experienced the delayed turn around time. Very sad
This place is an absolute disaster. They have the worst customer service and all of the staff are incompetent and rude. My boyfriend got take out literally just walked in the door with raw chicken and frozen fries. We are now ordering from another restaurant. After speaking with the manger who blatantly did not care and made no attempt to even fix the issue. If I am going to wait an hour for take out you better at least make it edible. Disgusting excuse of a restaurant will never return.
Staff was very nice and food was good, although the appetizers came at the same time as the entrees. At one point, it was very difficult to get any servers to come to the table to get the check even though the restaurant was not that busy.
Took long time to get service, but our waitress was very nice and helpful. The total per person bill in the group I was with was only about 19 each with isn't too bad because that was for endless appetizers. The food was actually amazing but it's a pretty good place and worth the price. But a lime made its way into my strawberry lemonade.
However, on my second visit, the host refused to give us reasonable seating and tried to put my family next the loud bar. He chit-chatted on his cell phone for 10 minutes before even attempting to seat us. While here I noticed he was still playing on his cell phone, so I took a picture so that I can support this bad review with factual evidence. thanks

Valentines Day with the kids...down the toilet. Left hungry....cajun alfredo meal came out without the cajun seasoning and overcooked mushy broccoli in it. Sent back to get back a dish with raw cold broccoli. Felt like it was a total joke. Manager comes out to tell me he was the one who cooked it which made it even worse....as if it made it better....no way! Raw broccoli??? "SAUTE IS WHAT I DO!" he says and walks away. So disappointed in our favorite quick stop.

Evertime i order from here my order is never correct. When i dined on the silverware was dirty, they gave me new silverware that waz dirty after the 4th time i asked for plastic

TGI Fridays has got their whole life together. I haven't been to a Fridays in at least 5 years or more..well they have revamped the decor, got a modern and comfy feel. That's nice and all but the menu is what we want know about right. The waitress said you have to try the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta it's a fav. As soon as the first perfectly seasoned noodle touched my judging tongue it was over. Ladies and gentlemen there was an official party in my mouth and my big toe tapped happily. Oh wait I forgot to mention the appeziter, if you can only order 1 please do yourself a favor and order the Sesame Chicken Strip. I guarantee you will be licking your fingers and beware if your on a date he might lick them too. The staff was great full of suggestions and just exuded great energy. I'll be back!
Absolutely terrible. Came in at 2:30 pm Sunday ordered drinks.... 30 mins and I can finally have someone come to me about an order. I order my appetizer and meal (because I could see how the night was going it would take forever) appetizer and my gfs meal come out

5...10....15 mins and no meal for me. Get the waiter and she says 2 mins. I then wait another 30 mins until she comes and apologizes it's just going to be 2 more mins. Gf is done with her food. Literally another 15 mins and I proceed to ask about my food. 5 mins later food arrives and I have a hockey puck for a steak and fries colder than Alaska... ended up paying for the whole meal no manager would respond to me. Very upset 60$ on food that I had to wait for 1 hour and a half just for my dog to eat it. Horrible horrible horrible
Stoughton location has gone down hill! Idk but I think they need some time to get there act together...used to be my favorite lunch spot. My guest and I sat next to a table of half eaten food and debris, as soon as my meal came (27 mins later) I could see why the burger was room temp the fries were cold ...my daughters fish and chips which was $17.00 looked like something I could have bought from the freezer section at target next door ...the waitress smelled like cigarettes and chased us out accusing us of not paying the bill...well if you came and checked on us we would have given the payment to you but instead I was forced to dig up the app and pay through it...so in short stay away from stoughton Tgif
First bad review I left of any business, but didn't have a good experience. Poor service, cold fries, soup was way too hot.. I would give it one star but it could have just been an off night.

This location is terrible. Numerous times I called to order takeout, only to drive there and arrive while still on hold!!! 27 min plus. Gave it one more try the other night. They forgot one of my appetizers, called they hung up twice. Tried the next day manager said she doesn't know what to do, call the day manager. Called again the next day, manager was busy was told I'd get called back...
Still waiting on that call. Shame. I like the food but the staff at this location is subpar to be nice.

We had the worst experience at TGI Friday s Stoughton MA location. We arrived tonight around 5:30 and the parking lot was relatively empty. There were 7 in our party including my two sons who are disabled and use wheelchairs. When we entered the building the hostess asked us to wait a minute so she could check seating. She returned and told us it was an hour wait. There were plenty of empty tables but we were turned away. As I was loading my sons into our van my wife went back inside to ask why we couldn t sit in the empty tables. She was told that a large party just were seated and they were too busy and we would have to wait an hour or more to be served. This was a classic case of discrimination. The staff didn t want to accommodate the wheelchairs. What business turns away patrons when they have empty tables? My family has never been treated like this. We will make sure that everyone knows that they are not handicap friendly.
Was interesying for a Friday's. As a chain, they are all pretty average. This one had a loud, live DJ. Food came out cold. My rare was well done. Waitress was great. Remade meal at no charge. Bathroom was disgusting.

Food was not up to standard unfortunately. I ordered a barbecue chicken flatbread and recieved a buffalo chicken flatbread. After informing the waitress about the mistake she informed the kitchen who fixed the problem, after taking the flatbread back to my home to enjoy on NYE the flatbread was 90% blue cheese with very little bacon and one small piece of chicken. I understand that service may be busy during holiday times such as NYE but this is unacceptable. 20 minutes after eating the flat bread I had an aweful stomach ache. I hope they look at this and make changes. Thanks
It started out they have no more kids menu, odd but it was late and we needed to eat. They were out of Dr. Pepper. We immediately ordered pot stickers for an appetizer, then ordered our kids food soon after. It was about 10 minutes later we ordered our food. The kids food came along with ours and no appetizer. Server asked what we had and brought it out. Barely warm, dough flaky and super dry from heat lamps. Steak and patmet chicken (2 for $14.99) were both burned on edges. Burger was over cooked for mid well, decent but absolutely no seasoning. Hard to get refills, barely saw server. Had to wait almost 15 to ask for check and to go box. We aren't from this area so I'm not sure if they were short staffed or always this way. Would not go back.
Stopped in for a late lunch. Waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Our family of 4 was seated inbetween 2 huge parties when there were plenty of other tables available just dirty. Another 10 mins for our waitress to come. All of the tables around us were covered in dirty dishes the whole time we were there. Every employee looked miserable, the hostess was on her cell phone the whole time and the place was dirty. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom to top it all off.

Ive never had to wait longer than 10-15 mins to be seated ... the food/drinks menu has great pics to see and tempt you with ... both are good and if something isint to your liking the chef /staff will replace it or its free .. the atmoshere caters to familys as well as couples and the bar is big enuff with several screens for sports if thats your thing ..

Overall pricing isn't too overboard. A few things teeter on too much but with options such as "Endless Appetizers" it is certainly compensated. Wait staff is full of diverse, smiling faces and the atmosphere is modern with a classic twist.
The food is good. That Jake Daniel's sauce is good on everything. But WOW do they need to do a better job cleaning up. The booths are disgusting. Always crumbs and junk between the seat and the wall. Last visit there was a pickle with ants on it and we had to ask to be moved. Tables are often sticky and gross. I really like that JD sauce, but most visits leave me wondering if it is worth the hassle.

HORRIBLE!!!! our waiter is a scam artist, he charged us an extra 5 dollars. The service is horrible and very slow. The food was bad as well my fried chicken sandwich was burnt and my food was also cold. I don't plan on going back there again well at least not to that location.

The food was good and what you expect from TGI Fridays, but the kitchen was exceptionally slow for a Saturday afternoon. There was no one in the reasturant and the wait staff was standing around. Not sure why it took so long.
Note: tried going back here again to give them another shot. There were tables available everywhere and they told us it would be 20 min wait. There was no one else waiting. We qent down the street and got sat immediately. This place is either under staffed or just dont care.
Awful service and food was terrible. I ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta with NO shrimp and guess what? I got shrimp with it. I also ordered the Fridays sampler. It came with potato skins, mozzarella sticks and buffalo chicken. The buffalo chicken was not even coated with buffalo sauce all the way. It looked like someone dipped half of it. All the food was cold. To top it off, I ordered my food online and it said it would be ready at 7:55pm. Got there at 8pm and waited till 830 to get my food. No one apologized or even told me what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous.
The wait for our food was crazy, short staffed and the waitress forgot to put in our appetizer and only sent one, the manager was in some lady's face talking the whole night.
They placed a family with 3 little kids next to a couple even when told them that's not a good idea. The drinks water down quickly due to all the ice and were not mixed very well this place needs undercover boss! The food was good.
