Unfortunately, they were understaff and the greeter was not attentive. We ended up leaving to another restaurant.

Food was delicious. They gave regular Ranch instead of bbq Ranch dressing for one of the salads. Service was quick, had placed order online and was just picking up.

Use to be my favorite spot. Bad management, long wait n not Well staff for a weekend

They ran out of ribs and didn't have any strawberries for the strawberry Hennessy at 9pm. Waitress was very nice though.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience. Took an HOUR to get drinks. The meals came out one every 5 to 10 minutes, we told the manager and she did NOTHING! My son never got his side, my husband went to the bar to ask for drinks and sauces multiple times that the waitress never brought. Absolute disaster for my fathers birthday. We will NEVER go there again.

Food was overcooked and cold, my chicken tasted like a piece of rubber.

Do NOT get the spinach queso dip unless you want cheese whole spinach leaves you literally have to wrap around the chip to eat.

Par the course for Friday's. I'm just not a fan of the restaurant. It's average comfort food. I go here for drinks because it's clean and close.

Not enough help the host was running around there like crazy trying help guest as fast as possible to be seated and take out order.

45 minutes wait to get seated and then 35 minutes to order the food. Waitress was very rude. Have no knowledge about customer service

Portions are smaller. The food was was room temperature. The waiter was great and very attentive.

They cannot cook a medium rare steak for the life of them. It took three times for them to get it right

They rarely if ever have a hostesses up front to address your needs. They have gotten my order wrong on several occasions. I had to drive back a few times for an exchange and never receive a true apology as if it was my fault. I tried ordering online to avoid miscommunication and as.recey as Friday night, they got my order wrong again. I officially will never visit this location again although it's the closest to my home. I rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the next location. Severely poor service

This location NEVER puts Jack Daniels sauce in with your take out order! Make sure you check it before you leave.

Clean and friendly staff. Good food as expected. Open floor type of layout and across the street from Target. Convenient location.

After having a horrible experience at a restaurant up the street we went here and had an amazing lunch. Our waitress Jess was so friendly and helpful. Iced cold beers and delicious appetizers.

Excellent food you can either do their special food deals, go healthy besides Friday's overall haves a vet welcoming environment setting to begging with.

I always look forward to coming here with my fiancee. The waiters are super cool and the food is always yummy.

It took over an hour for our dinner to be served. The bathroom was extremely dirty with trash all over the floor. The food was good, but I would not go back there with so many other choices for restaurants in the area.

This location is clean services fast and the food portions are just right also the bartender is liberal with the drinks

This location is absolutely terrible. Employees dont have no type of customer service experience. Waited more than an hour for food. Drinks took over 20 minutes to come. Absolutely ridiculous, half the staff needs to be fired, especially our waiter he was beyond rude and disrespectful, had no types of patience. He needs to be fired and shouldn't pursue a another job in customer service. My family and I will no longer come to this establishment. Wish I could give a negative star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did take out! Food was fine but they failed to put something we where charged for in our bag. And when we went back for it. There was nothing offered for our inconvenience, their mistake!

The waitress didn't recommend anything. I didn't know the menu so I ordered the cheapest item on the menu. I informed the waitress that I was on a lunch break and had to be in and out, I ended up taking my lunch back to work and ate it there. I will never go back during lunch!! The place was not busy. The wait staff was standing around chit chatting and was not attentive at all. First time at this location and I wasn't impressed!!

Waiter was visibly upset by the amount of people he had. Manger clearly did not know how to designate duties. By the end of our visit the waiter swear at someone because the asked about they order. Will not ever spend another dine in that place again.

We were a party of 5, 4 adults 1 child and when we walked in the hostess looked at us like a deer stuck in headlights. She said she would be right with us as she walked around confused trying to sit the party before us which I can't understand why when there were plenty of empty tables. The restaurant was far from busy. We finally sat and it took about 20 minutes or more for our waitress to come over and greet us. We had no utensils at our table. She takes our order and we ask for chips and salsa. Again a good wait for our drinks to come and when she brings them she does not bring the chips and salsa. We ask for them again and she says with a slight attitude "well the kitchen is kind of backed up so they will be right out". Eventually chips and salsa come and first the chips were not warmed like I have had them served at any other TGIF's that I've been to and second they were stale- no joke stale. She brings no plates or utensils and walks off before we could ask her for some. We track down a young man cleaning and asked for utensils. Took more than a half hour to get our food and when she finally brought it over she says to us "be careful plates are really hot" which is extremely funny considering the food was far from hot. The hamburgers were served on stale bread, my pasta served cold and crispy chicken so hard it could break a tooth. We were so hungry and annoyed at this point we ate what we could off the plate. The table on the side of us was complaining to what seemed to be a manager about the same issues that they we were experiencing. The manager refunded their money. After this horrible experience and horrible food we waited another 25 minutes just to try and pay our bill. Another gentleman could be seen walking over to the server area with his bill and cash in hand trying to do the same- pay the bill. We had informed the waitress when we sat that we had a coupon for a free burger and she said it would be deducted and it was still listed on the bill so we tell her again and wait another 15 minutes for her to return. Now I can see why this place was so empty. With service like this it will continue to be empty if it isn't corrected.

Great service and delicious food! My parents, twin brothers and I had a wonderful time celebrating my brothers birthday. Exceeded our expectations!

The young lady that was serving was very nice; the food was also good.

It was meh! Average, moody back talking staff was the second impression I got. The first impression was really nice warm and welcome here.

Lunch was good - just what you expect from a friday's. It didn't blow me away, but I was happy with it and the service. I would definitely come back.

It was really great. The waiter was amazing, the food was great, it wasn't really full and it wasn't really empty either, getting our food did take a really long time though and that's the only thing that doesn't make it 5 star

Never a hostess when I come to grab a Togo order and since I'm always 10min past the time you'd think it'd be ready but you have to wait for them to come over then back to the kitchen its ATLEAST been 10 minutes from walking in to get my TO GO order everytime. Only reason I go is because my boyfriend likes the buffalo wings which hes picky about

Overall good experience. However my waiter Colin could use a little more training imo. When I say thank you. No problem is not the proper response. You're welcome or my pleasure should be the response. Sorry just my pet peeve. But when I ask you in Private for the check of the military guy don't tell who paid.

Worse visit I ever had. Both meals arrived cold and the manager never came to see us. The meal should have had rice, we were not offered a substitute. One server for the entire back half of the area.

It took literally 15 minutes to get sodas to the table and the place was almost empty, no utensils, appetizer was cold. The waitress was okay

My husband and I walked in at 245 pm and were told that it would take only 5 minuets to seat us. Not a problem for us, we have no issue waiting. The issue is then 4 other families walked in after us with larger parties and where seated right away, but the 2 of us were still waiting. I would not recommend this place because the customer service is horrible. We left to go to a different restaurant because of this.

Waited over 30 mins for appetizer and when we asked about it No one including the manager really seemed to be surprised or even care. Drinks empty for over 15 minutes. We gave up before anything ever hit the table. Oh and the place was EMPTY. Guess that should have been our 1st clue.

I ordered my food at 10:00 and was told it should be ready in 20/25 minutes. I got there at 10:35 and the hostess took my name and said she'd be right back. I watched her bring plates and drinks to tables so I thought maybe she was busy and hopefully she would let me know something soon...10:45 she still has not come back to me so I asked another hostess and she checked and came right back to let me know that it wasn't ready and needed about 5 for minutes she also apologized.
I understand that things happen and the hostess and other staff have no control over the kitchen but an explanation or some sort of reasoning with me makes a big difference so that's why I gave only 3 stars.

This was a horrible experience. Wait times were too ridiculous. Waited to be seated while others were seated. Waited for a server but no one was assigned to us. The only saving grace was our waitress. The manager came and apologized but that doesn't give me back the hour I spent for this nonsense.

Ryan and Ashley were amazing, they honestly made my experience here a lot better. Very professional and friendly unlike other places. They recommended the lobster and shrimp pasta which is spectacular!!! If you come to this Friday s and sit at the bar area definitely ask for Ashley, you won t be disappointed :)

Terrible Experience - I went to TGI Fridays for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn't very busy...just a handful of tables taken.
They tried to seat us at a table that has sticky drink rings and food all over it. I asked them for another table, and they moved us over and that one had food on it as well. They had to come clean it.
It took 20 min to get our drinks and over 30 min to get our food.
I had a hair in my fries and my daughter had a hair on her mozz sticks. Extremely disgusting.
We got over charged for the kids drinks that should have been included in the kids meals.
I asked to speak with a manager. They took my meal and my daughters meals off the bill as well as the overcharge. The waitress brought the new bill over and it took another 10 min for her to come grab my card to pay for whatever was left over.
The food was so terrible, that my daughter ended up throwing up all over the floor near our table.
What a horrible horrible experience. I will never be returning to this TGI Fridays. I can understand now why there were only a handful of tables taken during peak lunch hour.
