The Jack Daniel's tower is always the best appetizer in town. The bartender was extremely nice and pleasant!

There was a leaky roof, a puddle beside our table, dirty. This location only, I don't know about others.

Arrived just before 9pm, barely busy. Took a little longer than it should've for a hostess to notice were there and seat us. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Ordered entrees. After an hour and fifteen minutes, no entrees showed up, no manager stopping by to apologize, waiter barely apologetic for the wait (more clueless about his job in this situation than attitude). Don't ever visit this place if you want in and out in a normal amount of time.

My son and I were on our way home from Canton, so we decided to stop at TGI Fridays for food in Stoughton. When we got there, we were standing for a very long 10 minutes, just to put a name down for a seat. Nobody was at the front podium, when a woman did come and ask our name, she said that a seat for 2 would be another 30 minutes. There was a bunch of tables empty, plus it was 10:30 p.m. on a Wednesday night. My son and I ended up leaving. That was a disappointment.

Usually an issue with my food but always accommodated when its not right.

it's just ridiculous to get in an empty place and have to wait 30 minutes to sit down because there are no employees to attend a party of 6 people by the reviews of it to note that the place is terrible and this is not the first time it happens I wish I could give zero stars

Menu has changed from the last time I went. Service was great, even during the Pats game.
Prices looked okay for the food served.
Service was reasonably fast..

We waited up front to be seated and no one even acknowledged us that we were standing up there then when we did get seated no one acknowledged that we was sitting there and then we place the order and took the order about 15 minutes to come and then when it came the food was gross.

Service could have been better. The food was good though.

Clean, covid protocols in place, friendly staff, food and drinks were amazing.

The food was good.The Restaurant had only 1/4 of the tables occupied and we waited 15 min to be seated.The staff is Slow and little. The same guy that was hosting even was cleaning tables and doing other things. I asked for the check out and guess what happened?I waited 15 more minutes for an simple closing.

I sat at the bar and had a drink and some appetizers it was a nice time.

Food was great. Service was awful. Took well over an hour and there were two other groups in the entire place...

My children and I had a really bad experience at this location. We waited at the podium for almost 10 minutes before someone came to seat us (as we had made plans to leave). We were there right at 2 hours and all we ordered was two appetizers and a burger. The staff was nice and polite, but the service was very, very slow. Once we got our food, my daughter's burger was over cooked. She asked for an medium well buger and the the patty was hard and charred on the edges.

Management really needs a long, hard look at this place. It didn't seem as though there was much order or direction in this place. There plates being delivered to the wrong tables multiple times during our visit. Not only that, but I overheard lots of complaints from other patrons as well.

Great staff. The wait always varies, I've never been to this place without a 20+ minute wait.

They made me wait a whole hour... I got there at 7:59pm and got food at 9:20 pm even by making a reservation way before 7pm. The food was nasty when I got it and i asked for my burger well done it was still pink, they had my other order wrong. They re just all over the place never again!!!

This is just heads up on DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS it doesn t work when you get to the door they say is not working so you have to wait ... then you say okay I will wait how long is the wait they go 15 to 20 minutes you can seat in the bar we get you you seat on the bar and you wait the 15 20 min and nothing:( you go to them and they take you out of the list cuz you seat in the bar

Worst dining experience I ever had. We waited almost two hours for our appetizers because apparently there was only one cook in the kitchen. I had to ask the server 5 times to bring a side of blue cheese I had requested when I placed the order. Our server seemed aggravated the entire time. Our food wasn't even that good.
I will NEVER be back at this restaurant and I suggest you stay away as well.

The curb side online experience was horrible. This was the second time this has happened to me. I went inside to see why it was taking so long to get my order which was 1/2 hour late from when it supposed to be ready. Some of the packages weren't sealed properly and spilled out in the bags. All of the meals that I bought were cold except for one I'm not returning as a customer again

The host was terrible. The restaurant was 85% empty and he had us (3 people) wait ten minutes for the worst table at the kitchen's door. I asked for a different table, which really pissed him off. We waited a few minutes for him to put us at a table which shared a bench seat with the next table. They had all their baby gear, car seat, diaper bag, etc. on the bench and their baby and toddler were screaming. Of course, the rest of the dining booths were empty but for 2. When the waitress came over I asked to switch tables, she said no problem and we moved. She told the "host" I saw him make a sneer face to her about us. Then she disappeared.
Once the new waitress came to the table, 10:30pm on a Sunday, after taking a half hour to be properly seated, she was a very good waitress and the food was ok, 3 to 3.5 stars. The host gets 0 stars. I absolutely would have walked out but the people i was with just wanted to get food and there aren't many options for late Sunday night.

Can't comment much about food or service, nobody came to our table. Had to leave hungry.

Was a good experience don't really like TGI Friday but this one made me like them. Customer service was okay, due to covid there's a lack of service in most places because they have fewer servers. Marcus did an excellent job..... Thank you the drinks were awesome

2 stars because the food was amazing my food was great but the service was not we waited for a server for about 15 minutes after being seated, no napkins no one came over the entire time and when we were ready to leave we waited an hour for the check and waited again to have it split. When we asked for a server we recieved attitude from the hostess and one of the guys there. Either they didnt have enough coverage or they're just disorganized

Awful awful awful. From the service to the food, it s terrible. Don t give them your business.

Table we were seated at was filthy had to clean it ourselves, never got silverware or napkins till the General Manager brought them 15 mins later. Steak was totally raw and all the lettuce was brown. Overall was a horrible experience, wont be returning.

Rating based on the quality of food, which was good; service was slow, place understaffed, the next two tables had dishes and silverware on them for quite a while and napkins under them. We waited around 25 minutes to be served.

Friendly service with a warm welcome. Food served quickly and hot - dessert was also very good and prepared with care.

Server was really nice.... food was not very good. soup was cold and mashed potatoes were soupy and taste sour. Two stars because I liked our waiter he was really nice.

Appetizers buffalo chicken with fried green beans, burnt potatoes wasn't even a appetizers amount...Less amount not worth it...I guess the Chef was too too stingy...The service was so so slow...The Kale smoothie wasn't good...Obviously I don't like wasting food...Never coming back here...

Service was really bad. Our waiter was the bartender. They all had Mohawks and looked unprofessional. We received appetizers with no plates or utensils. The food was a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Friday's use to be so good now the locations food quality has gone down considerably. I literally think twice before I go in. But it was the closest place and we were not close to home or familiar with the area.

I had a good time here dining out with my brothers really enjoyed our food the prices are great too

Food usually good but must of been in a rush cuz we got no mayo on our chic sandwiches no blue cheese in our salad. Plus the million dollar Cobb with salmon is 1/2 the size it used to be and not worth the 20$!

My expierience at this restaurant was horrible! We were there for about an hour and we didn t even get our food yet, there is not many people either. The service was horrible I will never come back to this restaurant. Wish the service was good but the food wasn t terrible.

The service was amazing! Our waitress was Amanda. Five stars to her. She has a cool haircut, was very attentive and friendly. The Buffalo wings are very salty, more than spicy. Over all the service is great. Just wish all the dishes would lay up on the salt.

Still the best bang for your buck for drinks and appetizers.

Slow and disinterested staff. My wife daughter and meself all went there to try their new burgers. I stood at the door for 10 minutes before I even saw a hostess. Then after being seated (in a mostly empty restaurant) another 10 minutes before we saw a server. After ordering drinks, you guessed it another 10 minutes or more.

Slow service is one thing but what follows will keep me from going back again.

My daughter and I both ordered our burgers medium, my wife ordered hers well done and made sure to press No Pink please.

Wile waiting for the food the lemonade my daughter ordered was brought out by a different server and it was made incorrectly, so my daughter brought it to the attention of the server, eventually she got another one which was even worse.

After some wait the food came out to the table (brought by some one other than our server) none of the burgers were correct, all temps were wrong the two that were ordered medium were well done and my wifes was raw plus they all were missing vegetables and my wifes had the wrong cheese.

Things happen so lets see how the fix the problem.

We sat there with the wrong food for quite a while eventually my daughter asked a different waitress for assistance, she said "I know you're not my server but I've been waiting for a while and I don't have any of the vegetables on my program that was supposed to come with it."
So after about another 10 minutes our original server came out with some of the vegetables but not all. My daughter said "What about the onions?" To which the server said "Oh yeah we are out of onions." She never asked how everything was. Since this is the first time my wife had a chance to talk to our server 15 to 20 minutes after the food was delivered to the table, my wife showed the server the raw burger and said "I couldn't eat it because it is raw."

To that the server said "They must have given you the wrong patty." and walked away. No offer to fix anything or replace it, no apology and we never saw a manager, NOTHING!

The of course 10 or 15 minute wait for the bill and they got it wrong and gave us three different slips until the bill was corrected.

Things go wrong, people make mistakes. To me it is not the mistake but how it is handled.

On a relatively slow night, to wait as long as we did for everything and have the service that we had is unforgivable.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. Being a local place I've tried it on multiple occasions hoping it has gotten better... It hasn't. Place is always dirty. Service is slow and servers seem annoyed that they actually have to work.

This place sucks!!! My son has food allergies and that's the first thing I told the server who proceeded on bringing a dish to my son containing eggs which my son is deadly allergic to. Furthermore, service was terrible and the place was nasty needing cleaning. A food inspector should close this place

Is there anything less than 1 star?I left my home to have fun and relax.When I got there the restaurant was almost empty (Sunday around 8pm). The Bartender received us in an bad mood.She was rude, didn't said hi or smiled at us.To every costumer that come she behaved the same way.We spoke to the manager before we left .Truly disappointed one more time with TGIF.

Wings were small and ribs had no meat on them, meal was garbage.

I come to this outstanding place once a month since I like the special air that is characterizes this place. The crew is very helpful and well trained. The service is pretty rapid. Needless to say, the food you get is highly distinguished. I visited often and I was always satisfied. The expense is reasobable. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

Placed was not bad food hmmm let me think chicken wings were very good ribs not to my suit vegetables too soft and as for the server she wasn't pleasant at all.....I got the buckets of bones

Poor management. Lack of any accountability and it reflects in their subpar customer service. Any attempts to email management and your concerns will never be addressed. Food is okay no issues there but management is lacking any proficient skills and leadership.

Inattentive waiters that cared to chit chat during our lunch visit. Our appetizer was almost burnt ( whiskey chicken tenders) and my grilled salmon was charred and very very dry. We will not be back.

Service was very bad they had enough staff but they were all to busy chatting amongst themselves .. the presentation of the food was terrible didn't even look appetizing... it took him a half hour to cook a burger and the fries were cold ..never go there again the one in Stoughton

The best part of my meal was the aggressive bowl movement i made very shortly following my meal. Been three times and three times i sent my food back because i thought they were playing tricks on my with the portion size. I would give it 0 stars but the bathroom was 5 stars and very accommodating for my out of speedy stool

Where's the ZERO star rating when you need one. I'll try to keep this short but you should avoid this place if at all possible!!! Showed up at 9:05pm to find the hostess sitting in the small waiting area to the left on her cell phone. She then slowly walked over and just when I thought she was going to greet me, she grabbed a phone call real quick and just talked while I stood there. Finally she sat us down in a virtually empty area so we're thinking service should be pretty quick. Uhhh we were way wrong. Server didn't show until about 10mins and took our drink order and left. After bringing the drinks back we thought we better order our food just in case we don't see her again. Well, we ordered the food and then sat for approx. 25mins which during that entire time we NEVER saw our server again to even refill our freaking drinks!! I was able to see the kitchen area from our seat and I know for a fact I saw a lot of food in the window and who knows how long it had been sitting there and I'm sure other people were getting just as frustrated as us. So we got up and left and told the hostess (who again was on her cell phone) that we were leaving and I'm pretty sure her eyes never came up from her screen. Where was a Manager? How does the District Mngr allow these behaviors to continue?? After this many negative reviews I think they need to take a long hard look at how this place is being ran!!!! What a joke.

Food took over an hour to come and even the apps took 45 minutes. Waitress disappeared and our drinks were all dry. We had to get another waiter to get her then she came back like nothing happened. We would have been ok with the wait if she came over and updated us and gave us refills etc.
Then when the food came it was subpar at best.
My burger was not well done, it was carbon! My friend's salad wasnt made correctly and the fries were really, really salty.
Waitress had an attitude the whole night, wish I remembered her name. On a good note, the drinks were good! Lol

Endless Apps was a pleasant experience. The wait is average, but decor is nice, so are the staff. Food was good but wouldn't recommend dessert for the price.
