The stupid branch manager this past Tuesday January 10th 2017 was a huge b**** to my mom and her friend that went over there. Rude rude people over there. We are so discontinuing our business with them. Do not go there.

The manager of this location refused to take a cash deposit after I waited 45 mins and rudely threw me out shouting after I commented about how more tellers are sitting pretending to work than waiting on customers. This location is terribly managed and two other customers expressed their opinions to the rude manager. This experience has reminded me of why I will never bank with Bank of America again.

Very patient with me, and my banking problem the day I arrived. Frank Green customer service expert , took pride in his efforts!

Absolutely horrible and rude service. I came into the branch to make deposits for a very large national business account and was treated very rudely and given nothing but a hassle. I will be traveling further to go to another branch until my company switches over to TD bank.

Went in to do some deposits for the resurant I co-own. Gentleman named Jonathan got upset that he had to take the time to deposit all the money, and started cursing under his breath, and impatiently tapping his fingers on the table while I was handing him the money. Told me "you guys have to start getting deposit bags" which we used to do until they started charging extra for them. The other lady is always a sweetheart though.

Open a account today and Zachary was awesome and very helpful looking forward to banking at this branch....

This branch is one of the worst for customer service. Went to take care of securing my accounts after the sudden death of my husband and was told to talk to a teller.

Best BoA in Massachusetts! I showed up on a Saturday at 11:59 and was still able to handle all my banking problems and the relationship manager and the general manager made time for me despite only having 2 dollars left in my checking account! Thanks whatever your names are!

The counter staff at this bank truly work very hard, and do their best to serve the community. It s too bad the system itself isn t designed to help them do their job.
