Food is ok, takeout is always wrong, check your order before you leave

I stopped in today for a cheeseburger and waited over 10 minutes at the front desk before being seated. Normally this is not a problem but patronage was less than 25 persent. In other words "not busy. " I was served in a timely manner. Unfortunately I waited in the past over the past few weeks for seating and service. A bad look for a restaurant that I've enjoyed for years. Especially when you enter the restaurant and staff are standing around socializing rather than attending to customers. Note: I hope this review doesn't reflect bad manners on my part but I am disappointed. Jan. 18, 2018, Thursday.

Plenty of empty tables ...none clean. Ordered apps ....came out after meal. Only good thing was we had a great waitress.

This place could use a good cleaning. Paid extra for sweet potato fries and barely got some. The cheese on my chicken was well melted off. My kid's chicken fingers were over cooked. However, they fired those again. Mind you, they weren't busy on a Sunday afternoon. Now I know why. Will not return.

My son had come home for the holidays from the Army. I had not seen him in forever. Not getting out of work until midnight and him off the plane in Boston at 11. We met up late. Locked doors....closed. They let us in and treated us like they had all the time in the world to take care of us. The food was amazing. 4 people and we ordered alot. I wish I had gotten the servers name, he was awesome!! It really means alot when they go over and beyond right before the holidays!!

I've never been so dismayed by the "food" that they tried to pass off as such. I understand that ordering a sizzling chicken and cheese to go would not be all that sizzling seeing that it would be transported in a plastic container. However I would love it if it were cooked properly. As the picture shows, I needed to take it home and cook it some more because the cheese(which is clearly a slice of American cheese) was not even cooked long enough to melt all the way through. I also bought the spinach and queso dip and the chips were soggy and soft and the dip was lukewarm. Next time, I'm going to Chili's.

Service was severely lacking and after being told we would only have to wait 10 mins to be seated I took nearly a half an hour.

Food was Good but we specifically went for a Frozen mudslide was told the blender was not working kinda bummed about that she said wait we got to a new one, it took 20 minutes to get it and it wasn't even Frozen
Was just a mudslide that was whipped more Foam than anything.
