Service was terrible server was doing drugs in the bathroom before coming out to serve I know this because I was using it before I was seated also food service and customer service was horrible my son's broccoli was rotten and came out cold a long with his cheese burgers very unhappy with my visit

Staff has no sense of doing their job correctly waited around for my online order and after 20 minutes they grabbed a bag that had been out in the front since before i entered the restaurant cold, bland food and terrible service

2 stars because the place was not that busy and we had to wait over 40 mim get our food,

Food was good but the service was SLOW,and the ladies room was nasty

Slow - 2 hours at a FrIdays is nuts. It was a Friday night at 8 pm, and it was not busy.
Loud - At 8:45 a DJ started playing music, no one within sight seemed pleased with this.
Rude - a person in our party was vegan, asked for a black bean burger and was specific about what was to be on it. It arrived with cheese, when we told the waitress she accepted no responsibility for her mistake and questioned whether we wanted to wait a long time for the food to be made right as the black bean burgers take a while. Miraculously it came back in just a few minutes. Does this mean they scrapped off the cheese and sent it back? We also had a soda spilled on one of us.
Lazy - Food seemed to have been prepared by someone with something better to do, lettuce on burgers was in large inedible chunks, causing items to fail at staying together. In general, items seemed to be prepared haphazardly.
Flavor - 6/7 of us did not enjoy the items we ordered. Fries were overly seasoned, we have all had them before and did not like them. Grilled chicken was cold and boring. Fried chicken tasted like cardboard. Cobb salad had such an overwhelming amount bleu cheese that it overpowered any other flavor.

We all have decided that the preponderance of failures at this establishment outweigh any possible future benefits.

this place is hit or miss. sometimes the food is great and sometimes its a disaster

Our waitress was great, but this place seems mismanaged for a Fridays. Food was good, standard Fridays chain food. It seemed heavily understaffed for a vacation week.

I was very disappointed today. Long wait, nice waitress but uninformative on selection specials and prices. On top of this, food was only fair and bill was pricey because waitress did not offer specials. I had to ask. I like Friday's so i will go to another location.

Horrible service, bland food. We sat down for dinner here around 8 o'clock on a Sunday night. The staff were not friendly and great service seemed to be their last concern. We waited more than an hour for our food. When I saw a table who sat down 29 minutes after us get their food before us (same meal as I ordered) we decided to leave. They did give us our food at no cost, but it was luke warm at best.

I found hair in my burger, young lady playing with her hair around counter. my waiter smelled like weed has he rudely reached over my food. .. management took off burger but it was too late. staff is young pot heads that smoke at work and do hair around serving stations ....

Glasses were not clean, asked for a new ones and server did not even say sorry. Don t order water there. Ribs were trash bruh.

Food was good, staff was too. The corners were loud and obnoxious.. not the places fault but that's what it was

Solid service, standard Friday's fare, convenient location

Just ordered some takeout during the quarantine and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got the grilled salmon cooked to perfection and I got the fried shrimp both reasonable prices everything was cooked perfect and tasted delicious. Definitely will be eating here again.

The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very chill, definitely a good place to eat and socialize and drink some good drinks as well.

Horrible service bunch of kids working here may be the problem. Where should I start ac is on in the middle of winter. Soda was flat cups are dirty.wifes well done steak is pink sent back .my daughter ordered steak and shrimp no shrimp. Waited 1/2 hr for food here it is 1 hr later everyone ate and the steak just came back along with the bill. All food was barley warm. Stay away

The staff is friendly, a little slow but I think that was the kitchens fault. The food was very disappointing. Ordered Parmesan Chicken. Wasn't parmesan it was more like grilled chicken with bread crumbs. Tiny piece of chicken like the $2 slices at grocery. Mashed potatoes no gravy. Not good at all. But to each they own.

They said it'd be 15 minutes till we were seated, it took 35 minutes. Our waitress was amazing but the good was slow and cold when it came it. The manager made up for it and we got free dessert and some money off. Would not recommend this TGI Fridays.

Really creative menu for a chain restaurant. We are on diets and we always find options. Service has been slow every single time we've gone (regardless of location ) but the wait is generally worth it.

This place has really gone down the past few months. Used to love coming here. Last night me and my family were waiting to be seated, someone who came in (party of 3 as well) after us was seated before us... they did not call ahead. It took the RUDE waitress 30 minutes to bring our drinks to us. The food was cold, the mozzarella had a crust like it had been sitting out all day. Took another 15 mins to get us our second round of drinks. This was the first time my mother was here and the last time any of us will every go there again. Horrible experience.

We came here a month ago on a Friday night and the food was delicious but the bar service was horrendous. The bartenders were not picking their heads up and seeing if anyone needed drinks with a less than full bar. We came here by accident vowing to never return to this particular Fridays again. However our gps directed us back to this location. Thanks to Aisha we will return. She gave us all of the deals & specials without it sounding like the typical forced mecorporate shpeal. She was attentive and efficient and very pleasant. We didn't Have to work at all to get more drinks or her attention. She's an asset to your company. I hope you appreciate her. We will be back.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today but it way anything but quick. We ordered a salad and chicken nachos, pretty basic right? We got our food after waiting almost 25 minutes. The chicken nachos were ice cold. We sent them back and were told it will be right out, five minutes tops. After another 20 minutes we received the replacement chicken nachos. Barely any chicken on the nachos and colder than the last one. The manager took it off the bill but my poor husband left hungry. Terrible experience. I wanted to give a one star rating but because to our waitress was great, attentive and apologetic and clearly this was not her fault I address a second star.

Went her for a date. I m highly allergic to seafood and told her I wanted the steak special with out the shrimp and I would just pay for it. Bring the food out and there s shrimp on my plate. I gave it to my boyfriend but later on that night hand a bad allergic reaction. Every time I come here I have a problem. Save your money and go to the other one in Braintree

Had an amazing waitress. I'm so sorry I forget her name! Been a week. I do remember the hostess with the mostess' name was China. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Only thing I would say as a "complaint" is- they should have China on as a server and/or bartendress. Shes amazing. I also see why theyd want her smiling face and accommodating ways being the first thing customer see when they walk in the door.

Ordered food an hour ago. Just getting food now. I watched 4 other tables come in after my family get their food. At this time it isnt even busy!

Waiting wasn't a bother, 15 minutes quoted fine. Sat down about 10 minutes later the waitress walks by me to clean the next table stating she would be with us soon. Ok, finally I order drinks food, appetizer (not knowing how long that might take.) 10 minutes later drinks, 20 minutes later dinner is served but wait. Where's my appetizer? She "forgot"? I'm not thrilled. She walks by, no how is everything? Can I get you anything? Sad salad (Asian chicken salad) BLAND/TASTELESS, really not worth it.

I wish I could have given 0 rating, but I had to give something. That's why I gave 1 star. Worst and horrible restaurant experience ever in my life. I went to do a TO-GO order and had to wait around 45 minutes just to place my order. No one was available to attend the front desk with most of the customers waiting. It's not that the restaurant was full and people were busy serving other people. It was fairly empty. Now after placing the order, it took again an hour to bring the to-go order. It was just a couple of items that I any other restaurant would take 15-20 minutes max. On top of it, the restaurant manager(the bald guy) was extremely rude and gave me a torn plastic bag to carry out my order. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to just replace the plastic bag. Because of this bad service and experience, I didn't leave any tip. But when I see my credit card statement, I see that a tip was charged. Why did they add the tip amount when I didn't provide any amount as tip. Isn't that fraud on top of all the horrible experience that I had?

Was looking for a quick place to eat late at night but most fast food places were closed, came here not expecting it to be amazing, but I was amazed. The food was delicious, staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back again!

Neil was overpriced for the quality of the filet asked for it to be cooked medium was more towards the Well Done side fried shrimp where equivalent of bandicams or Gordon's by the sea the mashed potatoes however we're the best part of the meal I do not suggest it unless you are used to McDonald's or Burger King

Our experience was somewhat negative, as one of my two Jack Daniels chicken breasts was half the normal size and both were very dry. Otherwise they were fairly tasty, and the manager was most courteous, acknowledged the issue, and refunded the entire price of my meal without being asked. The rest of the staff was polite but not polished. The place was busy, though, so our meal may have been an exception.

I love the Fridays in Randolph, but the one in Taunton is TERRIBLE!!! I couldn't eat my food... it was that bad. I had the waitress take it off my bill. The few bites I took made me physically sick.

We sat at the bar. Everytime we go to this Fridays we notice how under staffed they are

Came with my family at Stoughton location. The food was great and the service Matt provided us was great and professional.

I don't ever want to come back here again. Food took more than 30 minutes to arrive not just for me but for everyone on my side of the restaurant and when it did come, people who arrived after my group were served first. Keep in mind someone in my group ordered salad which does not require cooking. The salmon and steak dishes are not worth the price. They forgot the soup my mom ordered and had to bring out another fresh one. Also the vanilla bean cheesecake is not worth the price. Overall the food was good but the wait, prices, and general customer service was awful and I don't plan on returning to this location. Save your money

It looked dirty inside the food was not worth the wait did have a very good server however.

Waiting staff was extremely polite and nice food prep was pretty quick and was very clean just a tad pricey but affordable

They are really stepping up their game! I fell in love with their Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta. Their mozzarella sticks are the best around. They have $5 drinks - and the beso del sol sangria and Long Island tea are both great at a better price. Leaving tonight feeling satisfyingly stuffed and I m sure we ll be back again soon. Our latest servers have been amazing too. Thanks Fridays. Going to sleep good tonight haha

Awful. Across the board. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. Took forever to be greeted and brought my beer. Mind you, this was at lunch. I noticed that people coming in weren't getting seated promptly at all. There was a wait, due soley to poor service. Then my app came out wrong after a long wait. And my veggie burger took over an hour and came out wrong. Avoid at all cost.
