So I wish I could give it 0 stars but today me and my friends went there and EASILY 10 booths and a line out the DOOR ... I AM NOT JOKING GUYS, So let me Elaborate the host was on his phone not paying any attention whatsoever. NEXT THING YOU KNOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES JUST TO GET SEATED AT A EMPTY TABLE THAT WAS ALREADY THERE. omg WHERE IS YOUR MANAGER TBH. then we sat down and another 10 minutes passed and nobody showed up so we got up and left. 0/10 didn't even get a waiter

Came in for a quick dinner but it wasn t anywhere near quick. I waited 30 minutes for a soup until they told me that they ran out. I had to wait another 45 minutes for a steak only to find out that it s RAW. Terrible service the food is pretty bad too.

Food was good amd plentifull . waitress was great. Loved it. Will be back soon.

The wait is to long. By the time you get your food It's cold.

quesadilla are great and server was great. burger was ok. steak was small. fries are good. cold beer on tap is great. I think if you want to have a quick bite it's a good idea!

Food is ok prices here are competitive. Drink specials are affordable and they taste good. Lots to choose from and some things are gluten free on their menu which makes Friday a favorite for me.

Clean restaurant. Management is on point. And the food is well prepared. Drinks are made well here. #gohere

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Restaurant was at maybe 25% capacity when we arrived. Nobody greeted us, had to wait for manager to finish talking at a table to be seated. Had to wait approximately 25 minutes for food, salad never arrived. Had to wait yet again for the check which of course still had the never received salad on the bill. Waitress never came by after food was served to check on us. I'm sure she's wondering why she got no tip. Never again to Friday's stoughton, mass.

My family had a great time at Fridays. The service was attentive and the food was perfect. All four of us got something different. We called ahead for seating and were seated almost right away. As we walked in another couple leaving exclaimed that it was worth the wait for those who did not call ahead.

It was my second time going to this TGI Fridays. I recall being please the last time, too.

Yes it is a boisterous place and don't expect fine dining.

The staff was very friendly and sociable. The food was great. The only thing that they would need to work on is how quickly they prepare the food, dinner was prepared quickly but it took 20mins to bring out the rainbow cake slice.

This place sucks. Cold food that's already prepared, nasty unclean cups. Can't keep employees, new staff each time.

Went to the Stoughton location last night and were denied drinks stating last call had already been called. We were fine with that until a (white) couple came in 10 minutes after us and were able to order a drink. When we asked to speak to the manager she was very sarcastic and condescending. I will never come back to this location ever again. Thanks for making my night miserable!!!

Another thing that amazed us was the staff pouring and making drinks where the blender was located... so much for the Massachusetts law they had to abide by!!!

Very long time from the time we walked in to the time we were served. Furniture was beat up and dirty. Floors were gross. I'll never go back.

There could be 2 customers in this place and it would still take 45 minutes to get your food AND it would be cold

Service was slow at best more like non-existent. Very understaffed, one bartender for 20 people, food service was slow. Doubt if I'll be back to this location.

Take out food is really COLD...so make sure to remind them warm food is always iT.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in a restaurant, good was 45 min late, poor management skills.

I love tgis but this one wasn't too great. Not enough staff, my companion had to send their food back as it was cold. Tgis though still a lovely restaurant

I had a very good experience with this location and our server. Kyle was very nice and courteous. He was attentive and supplied us with exceptional service.

Good food and drinks, good place to stop for a quick bite

Food is very good and service was great. However, we sat at the bar for dinner and every 1-2 mins, a very noisy blender started up, ruining the experience. It couldn't have been a commercial unit. Too bad.

The food was a bit off to me and the waitress was doing to much sometimes we just want to enjoy our family in public without extra people lol

I got the cajun chicken and shrimp and it was delicious I ordered it with extra shrimp and it was perfect. I ordered extra sauce on the side and didnt need it.

Had great time. Hostess was great & very accommodating. Food from appetizer to entrees were also good.

Beer, good food. The attendance take a little longer, but not too much. The food was good.

Burgers and drinks were good! And Target is the best place to walk off the calories after your meal.

I went to TGIF Friday in stougton ma and the service from the manager was so poor my husband and I walked out without ordering. I will not support a business or a person who does not seam like they don t want to serve me.

Food tastes as if it was delivered to the restaurant frozen, then warmed in a microwave, prior to being served to you. Service is awful, with ridiculous wait times just to be acknowledged by the hostess.

Chicken Sandwich was raw and rubbery, fries cold, broccoli was raw and hard. Meal still came to over $30 + tax + tip total even after removing sandwich (no apps, no dessert) [2 kids meal-bland, boring... 1gluten-sensitive flat iron... Clearly from frozen and no seasoning. Wish I could give this no stars. Manager never even came to the table. Waitress removed sandwich from bill (which she dropped on table while the rest of us were still eating) and never offered replacement food. No apologies. And after we left they sent me an email for a free app or dessert for when we come back... No thanks.

If I could give this specific Fridays a zero I would. The management was awful and sat in a booth the entire night. They were extremely rude to their diligently working staff. More specifically, the bartending staff who were working extremely hard to serve a full bar without any help from the managers who clearly were not busy. I would highly reccommend NOT going to this disturbing establishment.

Food was famous as usual. Service was great too. Food took about 30 minutes to come out. In their defense, they are looking to hire.

Other than the beyond Burger the rest of the menu will kill you before your 40.

Food was good, but not hot and the wait to get the food was way longer than it should have been.

I love Fridays! But this location was a horrible experience. The kid's pasta was like it had been sitting out all day. Cooked, but room temp, dried out and chewy. Luckily, my nephew wasn't bothered by it. I had to send my french onion soup back to be heated, as it came out at room temperature. I mean, the cheese had hardened back up. Like it also had been sitting out for quite sometime. It was brought out by someone other than our server and I sat there for close to 10 mins before he even came back for me to ask him to hear it up. Matt was very friendly, but would take forever to come back to the table, even when I was trying to pay. When I asked if I could get points credit, he said to just write my ph# on the bill for him. But, instead of waiting the 10 secs, he disappeared, for almost 10 mins. It took 1.5 hrs to have lunch, when it wasn't busy, was just me and my 5yr old nephew, AND all we ordered was pasta, soup and salad. I'm a patient person, but this was ridiculous. I certainly won't go back to this location.

Worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. I will never visit another TGI Fridays for the rest of my life based on the service we received from this location.

We showed up on a Saturday afternoon with 5 adults and 4 children and the restaurant was EMPTY. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, which was odd because there were very few people there, but we reluctantly agreed to wait. We watched no less than 4 different parties come into the restaurant and get seated immediately. When we asked the hostess what was going on we were told that because there we 9 (children are all under 5 years old) of us that there were only a few places we could sit! I'm still in shock! They could have easily pushed a couple tables together, like any other restaurant in the world, but they just looked at us like we were crazy. We ended up leaving after waiting for 30 minutes and went down the street to the 99. This restaurant was PACKED and they seated us within 5 minutes- go figure that they pushed a couple tables together for us. TGI Fridays has lost a customer! Poor establishment and the franchise should be ashamed.

The food is garage! Sent my food back because it was cold got it back, and it was still cold but the manager brought it back how didn't she know? I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

Want to have a nice light dinner with my family and my meal was suppose to be a nice crispy chicken sandwich....when I got my food the chicken was burnt and a big ass soft piece of advocado on top. I ask to speak to the manager and heard she was in the office on the phone...,needless to say I never got to speak to the manager was offered something else but declined that's the last time I will go to that location.

Horrible Service, at the end of the night the manager kick you out like you where in a club. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Place is sooo ghetto. Staff is rude. I make it a point not to tip when I go.

Wait for table was a half hour in half empty restaurant. Waitress was prompt, friendly and efficient. Mac and cheese hamburger was dry and bland. Buffalo burger was missing pickles and mayo and also dry. Brussel sprout app and nachos were good.

Service was ok, I was asked if i wanted to sit at a high top table. I replied no as I had someone else's 5 y/o (no! Not on my watch.) Then she proceeded to the closest booth, next to the bathroom. Nope, no thanx... she moved us with sighing and grumbling. Not my problem, I'm paying for what I believe is a half decent meal and that's all it was.

If I could have give a no star rating I would have.. I've been 3 times to this particular restaurant all 3 times has been awful to TERRIBLE service to wrong food and to wait to be seated for 20 mins which would have been fine ahead someone even acknowledge us standing there. Needless to say walked out without a meal which seemed to be a saving grace went down the road to find a SMOKEY BONES amazing service atmosphere and staff and not one problem with out food .

Definitely my last time ordering from this restaurant chain. I thought it was one location that sucked but apparently both of the ones near my home do. The majority of my order came cold I thought my steak was fine but the more I ate the more I realize it was undercooked and cold like the rest of my order.

It was so great! Staff was excellent and provided great suggestions on what to try.

Went to celebrate my son's 16th bday waited close to ten minutes waiting for my waitress wasn't busy , once she came didn't apologize for the wait didn't offer any suggestions towards the end of the meall could not find her but when it was time for the check she was nice smh

Went in for lunch. Place looked dead, was dead. Yet the wait staff still managed to ignore us for vast portions of the meal while the owner/manager tried to get them to do their jobs.

Went there early in the morning around 11:45 after leaving Jordan's my grandson had a kid's meal chicken and fries the fries was over cook sent them back and came out with more over cook fries will not be going there any time soon......

Hostess was young inexperienced and had no customer service sat us down at a small table i said may we have a booth please she said none are available all i seen was dirty tables everywhere no waitress or waiter ever approached our table i told the hostess i will wait for a booth because the table was very uncomfortable she said it would be a couple minutes i said no problem four people came in after us and were sat at a booth so i said to the hostess what is going on this is supposed to be first come first serve she said it will just be a minute finally i just lost my patience and walked out not even ten minutes im sitting in a much busier outback steakhouse sitting in a booth

Went here with my sisters for cocktails and nibbles after a spa day. What made it really special was our server. We ordered dessert and when I casually mentioned that it was a birthday celebration, she graced the floor crew and brought out a second dessert and sang the TGIF birthday song. It was a during end to a perfect day.
