Love this hotel cant wait to have my wedding here staff are lovely and very helpful
Lovely modern hotel. The food in the bistro was a bit pricy but other than that, we really enjoyed it. We were only there for the day but would love to stay over
As always excellent serviceand great food, so convenient when flying from Dublin
Great Location for a Conference or any work related event needing a venue. The rooms are in pristine condition and the food Selection and quality is amazing all in all a great venue.
The food was magnificent and was perfectly cooked.
Staff couldn t have been more friendly and helpful.
Hot rooms and cold food.
The Room
When we checked in we were warned by a female front desk staff that the thermostats only went to 17 Celsius. My husband and I thought this would be fine as a room at 17 would be average and comfortable. This was not to be the case. It is true that the thermostat could only be set to 17 but the room itself never fell below 22. All night. At times it was as high as 24. When I complained the next morning a male member of staff laughed at me and told me that if I did not know how to use the thermostat I should have asked. I did understand the device. The vent did blow cool air. Just not nearly cool enough nor with enough force to make the room habitable. It was misery. None of us slept well and we faced an 11 hour flight the next day. My three year old son developed a cough from having a dry throat all night and may I remind you that this was met with snide and derisive comments from staff. Even when I opened the door into the hallway to try to cool the room it was futile as the halls were also excessively warm. Clearly this is an ongoing issue as demonstrated by the warning from the lady who checked us in.
The Restaurant
Guests were invited to seat themselves (I asked) so we did. And we waited. And we waited. And we waited. Finally my husband asked a passing server for a menu and was brushed off saying our server should have already brought one. And we waited. Again we asked and this time got the menus while being told it was not her job and our server should have done this already. When the server shoed up we ordered our food. And we waited. And we waited. And we waited. A considerable time later is arrived rather tepid. We had been driving all day and just wanted to eat and sleep. I must say that if the food had arrived in a timelier manner it would probably have been pretty good. Shame. During our protracted stay we witnessed a confused staff wander around with a tray of food with no idea where it should go and several other tables having to get up and find someone for service or to get the check.
Overall I can say I will never stay here again.
Food cold and soggy, why people have occasions there is beyond me.
Room a bit musty. Gym is way too small. TV reception is terrible plus there's no menu to change the settings. Place needs a facelift....at least some lipstick
Stayed here for Slane 2019. My visit was enjoyable. Lovely room and nice food . Included bus ride to venue was handy.
Excellent stay in the city north hotel. Sam the receptionist was very friendly. The food in the bar area was excellent and the hotel room was superb. Many thanks for an lovely stay.
Nice place for a bit of Sunday grub. Resonable Prices
Good hotel, near airport but far from downtown. They would have to invest a little in maintenance
Nice hotel, junction 7 going south off the motorway. Good restaurant, nice breakfast. Ideally placed for the airport.
The hotel facilities are good and the staff quite friendly. The only problem is that it is far from Dublin, and although there is a regional bus service that stops in the same establishment, commuting is a discomfort.
We have had no response from the hotel about our complaint or request for a refund.
From the moment we arrived until we left, our experience was horrible. Had we known that there was going to be a raucous children's event that consumed the entire hotel, we would not have booked. However, we were unaware of this and were surprised upon arrival at the hundreds of children screeching around the hotel unsupervised, playing around on the various floors and lifts until at least 9pm. The music was so loud coming from the lounge that we could hear it from 4 floors above. After traveling all day, we just wanted a place to eat a meal and rest. It took several hours for a table in the restaurant to even clear, and at least an hour before getting our meal delivered to the table, in a room that resembled more of a county fair than a dining establishment. As annoying and upsetting as all this was, even more problematic was the fact that later in the evening, all of the water ceased to work in our room. We were unable to flush the toilet, shower, brush our teeth, or even wash our hands. This complete lack of running water continued into the following morning, and we therefore had to leave the hotel unclean and unable to even do so much as brush our teeth before catching an 8-hour international flight home.
Brillant desk staff particularly the lady from Egypt
A very fine Hotel with a lovely restaurant with very good Food
The restaurant was dirty and the service was really slow
Awful... We were on a bus tour... They marched out with coffee and a bun.. Cost 5 EURO each... Very expensive.. I didn't ask fore tea /coffee and a bun. But was told I should pay up like you didn't have a choice.... I walked out discussed feeling cheated.... If on another tour.. I'm sitting out side... So I don't get taken fore a mug
Friendly staff and good facilities in an excellent location from the N1

Great facilities for small business meetings or larger conferences alike. Food is delicious. Location is very convenient close to M1 motorway, M50 and Dublin Airport.
Nice room service..Lovely breakfast. Enjoyed my attention.
Nice modern hotel. Friendly staff and nice restaurant. Twenty minutes drive from Dublin.
Really warm inside with nice showers and great food
We stayed in the foyer while waiting in between basketball matches being held in the Franciscan College nearby and it was lovely, modern and comfortable
Lovely place, very modern, staff are very nice, lovely for a meal or even just a cup of coffee with friends.
Very nice breakfast.....
meals in the resturant are top class with huge proportions = family deal = 4 people 2 course meal 50 euro....
Bar, restaurant and lobby areas look refurbished as do hallways but rooms are very run down on the plus side bathroom was clean...
Definitely value for money with tayto park zoo deal all depending on how long you book in advance of course...
It has a shuttle bus to the airport and being on the M1 it has a lot of N Ireland vacationers filling the car park to return too after holidays .
Fantastic venue, the bar, restaurant, staff, value for money , 5 stars
Don't like it here. Staff are just rude and pretty useless at waiting too . 45mins waiting after I ordered food and still no sign. And then they say they are finished serving. Cheers alwayy the same guy at check in and to be fair he is not very pleasant for check in person. Rooms are grand. You must get your own tea and coffee from a flask in the morning though. Yuk
It is a lovely hotel great staff very kind and nice food. Rooms in good condition
Nice enough place to stay and staff were nice but beds were so uncomfortable , I would stay again but only as a stop over

This is a lovely hotel close to the M1 motorway. There is a great bus service to Dublin every hour. Recommend this hotel to anyone.
We stayed on the 6th floor. The room was amazing, it came with 2 beds, tv, and floor by floor wifi. We took dessert in the lounge and it was delicious. The staff was accommodating and we will definitely consider staying there again if we are ever in the area.
Didn't stay, but attended a briefing here. Easy to get to and ample parking. Facilities were good.
One of the best i have been in,comfy room, good size, breakfast was good, staff very helpfull and coach parking was good
Great for us leaving car and getting taken to and picked up from airport
A really modern place with great services and close to the airport. The rooms are very good, spacious, clean, and confortables. A new way for road hotels.
26March 2019
Nearly five months since my last visit, appox 13:45 The same CHEF was on duty today won't stay for lunch as he was serving can't ignore previous encounters. SORRY
10th Sept 2019
Return to hotel on 10th Sept for lunch, end of serving area passage closed off (no signage).
I could not understand why this was closed off.
During my lunch at 14:45 I heard a loud noise of building works. This was adjacent to the eating area and the serving areas. To my horror the food area was not protected against dust or any objects. Why is the HASOP and EHO standard of hygiene not adhered too in this area. Managers watching working men condoning and facilitating their progress. No barrier preventing dust on the hot meats exposed.
I had to visit the toilets beside the main reception , the smell of urtine overpowering.
Very surprised at this drop in standards for the hotel.
15th Sept 2019
Please see below photograph of my Sunday dinner. No management contact.
Really easy to find at J7 off M1. Staff not massively helpful. Big clean but impersonal space and rooms. Nothing much nearby. Good carparking. You can walk to Stamullen village through a laneway beside Circle K garage. You can buy food items and sit in garage too for cheaper alternative. You can get a matthews bus into city centre or to drogheda or dundalk. Again for all these you have to ask and not all staff can provide information.
