Extremely bad service, called many times no responses while they continued to bill me. No one knows what to do or took ownership. Promised to call back but after 2 weeks nothing done. Was already very clear with my communications and calls.

Terminated my another address in error yet tried to cover up and told me i have a new account number due to a service interruption. Which service interruption causes change in account number?

The place is large and sometimes looking for a counter may be confusing since there are plenty. Should avoid lunch hours or after work hours if you are in a rush. The staffs are helpful and are informative of their products which is a plus

Nice setting. Spacious and nicely lit. Good offerings displayed to entice even the most uninitiated. Overall, service was good, as the staff was personally introduced by an employee who happened to be a friend. Had gotten all the requested services approved and enforced. The staff was also very helpful when tye process hits a snag due to technicalities. Overall, it's a pleasant place to be.

Really appalling services from the Home Fiber team, be extremely careful when using their services. They terminated my relatives line in error and went to the wrong house. Please beware. No one returns your call even with a case number. They messed up his account numbers as well.

Called service centre yesterday as fibre internet was down, they said they ll investigate and arrange to check on it. Nothing happened. Called again today and they said still investigating. All this while I m still paying broadband subscription.
Still 10 months left to the contract, I should really terminate this on grounds of breach of contract (no service) but it s too much hassle.
Please improve. Waste of time Maxis.

Comfortable spacious place. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Iam maxis customer for many years since (2001) but, recently i have some issue with maxis so i walk-in to maxis centre, the customer service at plaza metro Kajang is totaly useless the staff who attend my case play phone while attending my case & answer very rude totaly disappointed there are alot other telco provider so i give up maxis bye.
