Great experience eating wings with my boys out on the deck!

Rip off. Weigh your crab. We have pictures on the scale they sell a pound but deliver 8 ounces. We have PROOF.

They also forgot to give us our pizza and then refused to deliver it to us and we are less than 1 mile away.

NEVER GO THERE. they used to be great now they are awful. Ive been going there for 10 years and now they suck.

Calamari was delicious but pizza NOT Chicago style. "Deep dish" is just a thick crust, not the actual deep dish from Chicago where the toppings are inside the pizza.

One of the few places you can get a real Chicago-style pizza. The rest of the menu is also well prepared and tasty. Atmosphere is fun and is an enjoyable place to go to.

The view outside is beautiful and the games are so much fun!!! Best bar ever!!

First time here. Had a couple sketchy revues, but brought here by a local that swears by the place.
Bridgett and Jasmine were friendly, beautiful, professional and polite. Drinks are strong and Grouper Sandwhice was the best fish sandwich I've had in years.
Not cheap, but we'll worth every dollar.

From out of town, we decided to give this place a try. Looks like a cool atmosphere. I order the Mexican pizza - Chicago style- for 20.00 and a 30 minute wait because of Chicago style. No problem. I ask for no jalepenos. Also no problem. The waitress brings it, 30 min later, with jalepenos. I don t complain. I take a few bites and try to power through. My lips are burning, even with removing them. I don t do well with spicy food. I try to trade my husband pizzas. It s even too spicy for him, which is saying something. I apologetically tell the waitress that we can t eat this pizza and she can please take it. She says I m sorry, I don t know why they put those on there. Would you like me to box it up for you? Umm, no thanks- we can t eat it or I would be eating it here?! She doesn t offer me anything else, and I don t ask, which is fine. I share my husbands 20.00 pizza. The bill comes, I don t expect the charge to be on there....but it is. Waitress comes back, I ask kindly if there is anyway to remove this charge since we didn t eat it. (I usually make up well in tip when something like this happens). She says let me talk to the manager. Comes back and says we are under new management and he removed two dollars . I know my chin hit the ground. The pizza was terrible on top of it. I would NOT recommend. What happened to good old customer service?!

The owner/manager is extremely rude and disrespectful does not listen to the customer what so ever! Went for dinner with 7 of us and we all ended up with food poisoning I called about 2 hours later to speak with him and first he hung up on me I had to call back and he said no way could we get food poisoning that fast which is total BS. My daughter ordered a raspberry tea and she spilled it so I asked for another one and they had the nerve to charge me for two at $3.50 a piece making it $7 for a kids drink. We were there for over 3 hours waiting for our food we got our bill which had the gratuity included which is fine but they put a stamp on the receipt saying gratuity not included trying to get one over on people but what gets me the most is how extremely unprofessional the owner is and doesn t care to hear what the customer has to say! Don t eat there you will be sick!!!

Local bar that I will go out of my way to not go to. They have an awesome location next to LeTub and across from Margaritaville, but have some of the rudest employees.. i guess they don't like getting tipped... Maybe that's Chicago style?? As a local, I don't like this place and would not recommend

First time in my life I tipped 0 !!! Waited 30 mins for our pizza ( no big deal ) recieve wrong pizza , have to wait and flag them down to let them know this and told just a few mins ... 40 mins later I flag him down again he says just a few more mins to my " is that my pizza sitting there for 5 mins " it was .... still wrong but I eat because I'm starving .... no apology... bill comes our $19.00 large meat lovers is now $26.00 because we asked for white sauce instead of red .... guess the ricotta on both our pizzas we never asked for and they messed up is expensive

I never have a bad time at Capone's! I hadn't been since they changed up the place a little bit but most of it was still the same. The pizza was amazing, as per usual. I tried the Epic Navel, which seemed a little overpriced, but then again most places right off the beach are. It was alright, just not worth 10 bucks to me. All in all, would definitely go again; just wouldn't have the same cocktail.

The environment is really nice on the water with the boats passing amazing eatery just needs better and quicker service!!

Called this restaurant at 7:16 and placed our order but drinks and the lady said let me have the delivery guy call u back and get your drinks because I am working in the bar. Well 20 mins went by so I called back. They guy put me on hold for about 10 mins so I hung up and tried to call back and no answer. Very horrible customer service.

Good atmosphere especially because there is good food and good attention from your waiters good place I recommend it

I love this place. Great place for family, dates and friends. The port view is something to witness as the boats pass by.

The good: it is near the beach. The bad: it doesn't really take advantage of this with seating near the water. And, the food is overpriced.....continued after a second and last visit... The food is overpriced, service excruciatingly slow, and music wretched. In two words loud and mediocre.

Horrrible Service from begging to end! Our server was one of the MANAGERS JUSTIN " believe or not we should have gotten a great service" but in all actually was not a good service at all. SERVER JUSTIN took forever to get order and was rude and quick to get order without asking much. By the time all order was placed ,second round of drinks was forgotten. Once half of main Entrees arrived JUSTIN THE SO CALLED WAITER AND MANAGER DROPPED OFF HALF OF FOOD WITH NO QUESTIONS ASK WITH NO SILVERWARE NAPKINS and such. AFTER 10 minutes as food are getting cold we get up and went to a shelf to get our own silverware and thats after we asked for a manager to another waiter " coming to find out our waiter was one of manager" As second part of order of main entrees arrived on table JUSTIN didn't even ask if we needed anything. Once I complained and said everything was not ok. He walked away with an attitude. He then brought silverware and made a nasty comment like" next time you ask for a manager, you should just ask for silverware". I went to complain to another manager JOE which he didnt seen to care much about my concerns. Long story short we ended up going to the same shelf that we got the silverware and got our own to go box and bag. I packed my cold food that I never ate. I did pay my bill and Did not leave a Tip. We felt disrespected as a costumer to attitude were given ad a costumer. I Do not recommend this place. If managers can be nasty to clients imagine what staff can be.

Management has no clue what they are doing. Waiters can't split a bill. This place is in serious need of help it felt like a kitchen nightmares episode. The menu has over 30 items it's ridiculous I can't imagine how nasty their kitchen is. Don't go eat here please save yourself the dissapointed. First time in years where I have not left a tip the wait staff was so slow that I had to pay the sorry excuse of a manager a bill he should of taken care off took 35 min to get the bill I watched her struggle at the computer with no help from anyone. Won't be surprised if you guys go out of business soon.

Terrible customer service! Came for the first time last night by default! Ordered $50 worth of food to go and got yelled at by a bartender because I asked for my salad that I paid for!! Luckily my husband was sick and I had to go or would have asked for a refund!! But lesson learned!! Buyer beware!!!

This place is amazing! Staff is so nice,drinks area soo good! And the food! Ughh! Sooo good!!!! Gotta try Popeyes killer! And the bartender to go to is Nicolette!! She is amazing!!!!!! You gotta catch her!!!

Gud food late night meal after being on a standby flight from NY for 17 hours

We saw the reviews & were not sure but went ahead & placed order for delivery with Nicolet who was AWESOME taking our order. We ordered 25pc wing extra crispy (they were not extra crispy) & wet (they gave us 2 tubs which were enough to be wet as requested) with Blue Cheese (No Blue Cheese came with order) , Lasagna (AMAZING) Cesar salad ( Not impressive), No problem paying 10% + Delivery fee $3.00 + $3.00 to the delivery man who was nice Russian. Then when I texted the nice delivery man to let him know what was missing he did not reply his cell which he had a bit before had used to call me on to let me know that he could not get thru security. I also called restaurant back before 10:30pm and no answer. I just called back store asked for a manager to advise of issue & was told no manager in restaurant. I explained my concerns to a pleasant female employee who answered the phone & she just apologized & said thank you. This is not a good way to retain clients if customer service, following instructions & follow up is lacking in any business. Issues that can be resolved with proper follow up, Good Luck !

Really great Italian restaurant with a beautiful view of the intercoastal. I had the stuffed shells and loved every bite! I also got to try some of the pasta with Italian gravy. Delicious! Going to get a full plate the next time I go.

Nice keeping it a real local spot for all family's n 21 n up , #localnightlifeishardtofind....Great Pizza , special Italian dishes, Premium made appetizers such as Lobster Poppers, Shrimp n Scallop poppers, and more. Delish ! This restaurant is disgusting!!! Service was horrible the plates were dirty, rust inside the Parmesan shaker, soda is not brand name as the server stated they are off soda brand, they charge 18% gratuity which was not what she deserved!!! will not recommend this (place) to my worst enemy... Food was no good

Escargot was pretty good. Huge menu. Very pretty views of the water. Our waitress disappeared and we had to snag someone else, but other than that everything was good.

Believe all the negative reviews on here. Do not dine here! My friend and I visited Jul 6, 2019 close to 3 PM. We are both locals. We both ordered the Keto Burger but substituted chicken breast instead of the beef and they allowed it because it was the same price. However, the food arrived unusually quick; legit under 10 minutes after we ordered. That's not the issue though. The side of chicharonnes that dish came with were completely stale and the avocado on my main dish was mostly brown and mushy. We told our waitress about the stale chicharonnes and asked for a solution. Her attitude became nasty, disrespectful and condescending at the drop of a dime. She argued that the chicharonnes were not stale and that they were made to order. Then, I asked her why the avocado under my bun was rotten brown and without advising us what she was going to do she took both our plates away from us and bolted to the kitchen. My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief at the nasty attitude we just received (little did we know what was coming next). I really didn't even want to eat there at that point so my friend and I started to leave but my friend wanted to talk to our waitress before leaving. Our waitress started yelling at my friend in the middle of the dining room! I cannot make this up. Two cooks were standing by the kitchen door watching and the manager was there who did not want to get involved. I asked for a business card and names of both the owner and our screaming disrespectful waitress . The cook that was standing by the register falsified her name I suppose for her protection and I never received a business card. I had to take a to-go menu to write down the name of the owner, Rick Capone and later our waitress came and gave some more attitude along with her name. Our waitress was Casey. My friend and I left dumbfounded at what happened. We have never seen anything like this in our lives. I was going to contact the owner to talk about this but reading his responses on here I don't even think I will bother. I took a picture of the rotten avocado so I will be contacting health and safety instead. I will never return and I will steer everyone I know from visiting this place. This was insane and spoiled our afternoon.

I like the atmosphere here. The food was quality. There is a nice view of the ICW from outside and inside the bar.

The Flicker light is the last of the Hollywood originals my grandfather, grandmother, father,mother and I have been (wife too) going there and will continue to go there.

Really nice spot not on beach its affordable and not super busy and again responsibly priced great atmosphere with billiard tables and great music I suggest this place if your in the area good food bar food and even better pizza

I am picky with pizza and they have top 3 in life Chicago pizza. The mahi mahi was so good I ate the tarter sauce with my rice!

Worst place horrible food and service we had Kayla and she was all over the place she messed up my order forgot to bring my sisters salad and had the nerve of charging me 10 dollars for a tip automatically added to my bill which I wasn t aware of and with horrible service like kayla s She didn t deserve one in my opinion lesson learned I will never go back here it shouldn t have gotten 1 star horrible horrible service.

Epic and storied and famous pizza. And the family is related to the Al Capone. Come by car or boat. Cheap drinks, laid back vibe, good stuff!

Went to this resturant just 2 days ago. Horrible! service was ridiculous - I never right reviews but this time I must. I even asked the waitress how large the Lobster was, her answer - regular size. Everyone seemed to just be putting up with us. The place seemed dirty as well. Food was just ok, all in all I do not recommend this place. Been is south florida for 30 years and have been to hundreds of great restaurants - This was was a great disappointment!

The food was not as good as it used to be and the service was mediocre at best. Very disappointing, as this used to be a cool place to go for a late night meal. The bar was the only saving grace as the bartender definitely knew how to make a good drink!

By far the the most pathetic service and welcoming ever. Entered bar on a Sunday because was told they have Sunday ticket. The grumpy old man behind the bar greeted us with what game are you here to watch. Upon telling him, he basically all but said to go sit at table in corner because all tv's by bar will have DA BEARS on them and place will be packed with Bears fans. No biggie, just turned our stools towards other tv. Then waited about 45 for our first pizza that was completely wrong, and upon telling Mr Grumpy didn't get apology or nothing. Waited another 45 for other pizza was still wrong not to mention also overcharged for it. Left that pathetic atmosphere at halftime and literally only 6 people in the supposedly going to be packed bar. Obviously they cater to the few peeps that were there. Stay away from this place if looking for great service and atmosphere. "DA BUST"

Its open until 4 am with the full kitchen.....so hell yeah. Pizza is a 7 out of 10. Calamari is 6 out of 10. Southwest egg rolls are 7 out of 10. Nachos are 8 out of 10. Place has a good vibe. All staff was awesome.

Large food portions, cheap beers, and karaoke Saturday night. They have a beautiful deck overlooking the bay.
