We saw the reviews & were not sure but went ahead & placed order for delivery with Nicolet who was AWESOME taking our order. We ordered 25pc wing extra crispy (they were not extra crispy) & wet (they gave us 2 tubs which were enough to be wet as requested) with Blue Cheese (No Blue Cheese came with order) , Lasagna (AMAZING) Cesar salad ( Not impressive), No problem paying 10% + Delivery fee $3.00 + $3.00 to the delivery man who was nice Russian. Then when I texted the nice delivery man to let him know what was missing he did not reply his cell which he had a bit before had used to call me on to let me know that he could not get thru security. I also called restaurant back before 10:30pm and no answer. I just called back store asked for a manager to advise of issue & was told no manager in restaurant. I explained my concerns to a pleasant female employee who answered the phone & she just apologized & said thank you. This is not a good way to retain clients if customer service, following instructions & follow up is lacking in any business. Issues that can be resolved with proper follow up, Good Luck !
