From out of town, we decided to give this place a try. Looks like a cool atmosphere. I order the Mexican pizza - Chicago style- for 20.00 and a 30 minute wait because of Chicago style. No problem. I ask for no jalepenos. Also no problem. The waitress brings it, 30 min later, with jalepenos. I don t complain. I take a few bites and try to power through. My lips are burning, even with removing them. I don t do well with spicy food. I try to trade my husband pizzas. It s even too spicy for him, which is saying something. I apologetically tell the waitress that we can t eat this pizza and she can please take it. She says I m sorry, I don t know why they put those on there. Would you like me to box it up for you? Umm, no thanks- we can t eat it or I would be eating it here?! She doesn t offer me anything else, and I don t ask, which is fine. I share my husbands 20.00 pizza. The bill comes, I don t expect the charge to be on there....but it is. Waitress comes back, I ask kindly if there is anyway to remove this charge since we didn t eat it. (I usually make up well in tip when something like this happens). She says let me talk to the manager. Comes back and says we are under new management and he removed two dollars . I know my chin hit the ground. The pizza was terrible on top of it. I would NOT recommend. What happened to good old customer service?!
