We ordered a Europa motorized awning through Costco during a promotion this spring.
The awning arrived within promised 3-5 weeks and the delivery guys carried up to the deck we were installing it on for for us.
The packaging was great, everything was secure and neatly packaged.
I read the instructions over several times before even Pulling the awning out of the tube.
I Would consider my handyman skills about average so I was a bit nervous about getting the installation done right.
As per the instructions, I took my time and measured everything out a couple of times.
I decided to use a zip tool to remove some siding to locate the studs. No problem at all.
I used a laser level to mark my lines and Over a couple of evenings I had everything marked out and the brackets installed by myself with no issues.
When the time came to hang the awning my wife and I pulled it from the tube and set it on two stepladders near the brackets. We then stood on 2 step stools and simply lifted the awning up and slid it into the brackets. Insert the lock pins and connect the cord for the motor and that s it. Everything worked perfectly.
We bought a burgundy fabric with black hardware and it looks fantastic. An unused space on our deck instantly became our favorite spot for morning coffee or a late night cocktail.
After the installation I sent an email requesting a PDF copy of the instructions as I like to keep electronic versions on my computer. It was the Friday evening of a long weekend and Robert sent a copy within hours! That is customer service.
The construction and fabric quality look excellent and the price was right. I believe we will get many years of service from it.
I wish we had purchased it sooner.

Big disappointment with the product. An awning paid almost $ 2,000, the threads of which fell apart like cotton wool after the second summer. We contacted the after sales service but it was 1 year warranty. Nothing is offered to us even if it is really evidence of a poor quality of raw material on their side, because awning used outside less than 8 months in 2 summers. All this is not normal! 1 year warranty ... it confirms that they themselves do not believe in their products. Big disappointment in addition to finding myself with nothing to make me enjoy my terrace sheltered from the rain and the sun.

Our awnings came about 2 weeks after our order and they were packaged very well and installed easily. However, I had ordered the wrong brackets as we decided later to hang them from the soffits. I contacted Noella at Multiples and she went into action, getting us the new brackets in only a few days. Her professionalism was exemplary and she followed up perfectly with a refund when I returned the old brackets we did not use. I would highly recommend this company for a very high quality product and the best customer service you could expect. Thank you!

My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. Not recommended whatsoever. Sent me an awning that was assembled backwards in the factory and left me hanging for 3 weeks to figure out how to change it. I had order a wall mountable awning and instead sent me a soffit style. They were not prepared to ship out a correct one but instead sent me a video on how to take it apart and change it. So that was accomplished and the awning is now mounted however the end covers didn't fit anymore and needed to be replaced. So after 4 emails to different reps with no replies i am writing this review. Complete let down in the customer service aspect. Spend 2k on awning and this is what you get. You also getting a bad yelp review!

Never again, we redid a canvas for our shelter that sank in the first year, several calls to their company, answer from them, wait for the canvas to be placed, in summary it flowed more and more, the original canvas lasted 10 years, they passed us a low quality product the second time surely to save money. After a $ 2000 investment for only the roof we do it again at a competitor after only 4 seasons. We had received a survey from them for a glimpse of our satisfaction, I explained our situation but no news afterwards.

It is Multiple Awnings customer service, quality in materials and design that I feel 5 stars are earned. The slim design looks great when closed. Installation was easy. We did take their suggestion and rented a material lift to help the ease with installation. We want to buy another Multiple Awning. It is so much better than the Sunsetter brand!

After an 8 week backorder and 3 weeks to deliver, ...
After an 8 week backorder and 3 weeks to deliver, the solar shade arrived damaged due to clumsy couriers and poor packaging. Item was dropped in its package from a truck with a 4ft lift gate. After contacting Multiple awnings I was told I would receive a replacement in weeks not months. It took a total of another 8 weeks to take receipt of a new shade which the package arrived damaged but the shade was in working order. During this I had to provide multiple awnings with a PO from Costco for them to release the replacement shade. Didn't bother Costco on their own to obtain the required paperwork. I had to also self coordinate the pickup of the damaged unit to ensure that the new unit would be delivered and the damaged unit would be removed by the same truck. Suggestion... After an abnormally long backorder and damaged goods, try to treat the customer with a little more respect for the challenge in obtaining your product. Not good for business when you don't have any customer satisfaction skills.
