Capone's Flicker Lite Review

Normally they have very good delivery service and food but not tonight. Ordered mini burgers they were delivered cold and tasted like cardboard. When I call them to discuss my dilemma. The person said just heat them up in the oven. I don t pay 35 dollars for burgers and then have to do the labor to get them hot. I am a regular customer but after this experience I will never eat here again. Not to mention in the initial call the person said they are not to busy so deliver wouldn t be to long it ended up being 1 hour and 20 minutes. What a mess.

This place had absolutely no service.. took 20 minutes to get anyone's attention. Sat ourselves and after 30 minutes of waiting left. I wish I didn't have to even leave one star.

Service is horrible!! Last 2 times we visited Capones within one month, it was a bad experience. We decided to give it another try this past Sunday, and what a disappointment. It took forever for someone to greet us and at least take our drink order. We ordered the kids food with the drinks so it can come out first, but it took a 1/2 hour to come out. Our food arrived 5 mins later... AND our order was completely wrong! The waiter had the nerve to give me an attitude and tell me that he cannot control the kitchen and how fast the food is cooked. I have waited on tables before and yes, sometimes it's not the servers fault, but being rude is not the way too handle the situation. I wish I would have gotten his name... we were sitting outside. The place has a great waterfront view and the food is good quality, but the service is terrible. We probably will not being going back.

Food and services excellent. Always very consistent. It was Sunday night and football TV's were way too loud. Couldn't hear each other talk. That was my only complaint

I'm very easy to please but Jesus... The pizza was both bland and had a very sweet aftertaste. The Greek salad was tasteless. The service non-existant. Pass guys. Sorry.

Fun, great prices, casual, crazy bur sliders and mozzarella sticks are great, staff very friendly

FOOD is great, STAFF is horrible! Never in my life have I went out to eat and when discussing menu items with the server, she points out certain things NOT to get because the kitchen staff sucks? And they re too slow? Wow okay great team! The wait staff all talk to each other like they hate each other and their language is very foul, especially when socializing with patrons. Place is a run down dump!

The beer was cold and the pizza and wings were awesome....location was perfect with parking and valet on-site

Richard is amazing and they always have such impeccable food along with a great vibe. I always feel safe because valet and staff ensure you get a safe ride home along with following up. The best part, you can dock right up on your boat and grab a bite to eat on the intracoastal. Three thumbs up!!!

Poor service. Wait staff ignore you. Could not get a refill on my water. Food took sooooo long to come out. Pizza was greasy and disgusting. Wanted to charge for a pickle on a burger.

Great food! Great drinks! Beautiful waterfront seating! And it's a Chicago Bears bar! #BearDown!

Good place near the beach to enjoy, eat and share ... the people who serve very attentive.

Only 3 stars bc the service is poor. But the pizza is dynamite, so it s worth the long wait to get just about anything you need

First of all this place is been here many many many years ever since I was a kid I ve been here many times but not in the last 15 years so it was three in the morning and I decided I was hungry so we get to the place and it s very crowded outside with people drinking on the patio we go inside and sit down and the guy tells us they re closed but we ll see what he could do and ask the pizza chef at Phil make us a pizza the pizza guys as well yes what do you want so we asked for a vegetable pizza and then a pitcher of beer and with in 20 minutes the pizza was out it was delicious and the beer was cold they have many beers on tap s and an assorted menu but since we were justComing in late at three in the morning we asked for the pizza and that was it it was delicious give this place a try it s probably been there for 40 years it s waiting for you

Attention not bad, very bad, we take 3 hours to eat and we asked as soon as we entered, girls without wanting to attend, the only employee who cared about giving good attention is the bearded guy who makes the pizzas. I would never go back and I do not recommend it for anyone, I think they take advantage of that they are one of the few places where you can go to eat late. Disastrous. The acceptable pizza.

Very bad service and Managers don't care about that. If you're receiving bad service and ask for Manager... they don't go to see what happens. I went to see him and he didn't care about it. Horrible time with my friends.

Came with my family on Saturday night to have a dinner when we were tald that they're short of employees and desided to close the place early, so we were refused the service all together.

Favorite pizza in South Florida. Eat right on the intercoastal.

Food sucked. I ordered the fried shrimp and it was soooo over-fried. Another person in my party ordered chicken parm. It was thick and greasy and the sauce tasted like Ragu. The bathroom was so disgusting, which I think reflects the establishment as a whole. Don t go. There are better options.

It doesn't look like much from the front, but it's amazing when you get in. The grouper fish and chips are the best ever.

WORST PIZZA EVER! Sauce too sweet, pizza was BURNT! Waited over an hour and even added to the disappointment. Meatballs were spicy and tasted like dog food! Staff rude and should be fired. Rating really a ZERO but I must choose one star in order to enter this review.

This an embarrassment to call it Chicago style pizza! Horrible food but a great place to buy your drugs!
