This place is centrally located business hotel. Indian Prime Minister also stayed here during his RSA Visit.

Very convenient place to pick up rental cars. Right next to the Rosebank malls

A very well maintained hotel, with great service (staff) l in the best location!

Went to the Amani Spa at the Hyatt Hotel in Rosebank. Went specifically for the steam room which turned out to be broken, as they weren't able to fix it while I was there and was there for not able to use the facility that I went there for so they apologised and they didn't charge me for the session. I landed up using the Jacuzzi, the sauna and pretty awesome shower. Will return

An oasis in the city of Johannesburg. Located in the convenient district of Rosebank the hotel caters as a business and leisure hotel. Tranquil outdoor area with Koi pond and trees. Professional customer service in Hyatt Style

Drink rooibos tea there. But ask that the one coming with the tea leaves not the the bags.

I would say it was ok. Room was basic and did not have a directory of services. One bar one restaurant. All very functional but bland and lacking any atmosphere. Pricing was good. Reception and concierge staff not inspiring. Not usual Hyatt standard

Great location next to the Rosebank Mall and very quiet and serene. The service though professional is not very friendly. Well-equipped gym and a pool on the 6th floor.

Excellent Conference facilities. Good for capacities below 300 people.

Adequate facilities and decor. Food was great for the business breakfast organised for the M2M MTN IoT presentations.

The service at the bar could be a little bit faster, other than that, the breakfast is the best I ever had! I will definitely keep this breakfast Menu

Just had a drink at the bar in the gardens. Beautiful gardens, excellent to relax and forget you are in the hustle und bustle of the city.

Some food luke warm. Table at which we sat to eat had bird droppings on which was not cleaned. Veg korma and chicken kebabs delicious.

It was excellent I can't wait to get back there service was up-to-date

Convenient location. Near a huge number of restaurants and cafes, as well as a large shopping center. For breakfast, the choice is not very big but everything is of high quality and tasty.

No where to park if you visiting or dropping goods off for people staying there

I love everything about Rosebank...I ve traveled to Johannesburg 4 times in 5 years. The Hyatt Regency is most certainly 1 of my favorite hotels...they do everything well, even cheese!

Very good customer service, large menu choices and close proximity to shopping malls

Awful service. Middle of the day with very few tables occupied and still had to get up and ask for service each time. Used to be so much better.

I was there for a breakfast function. Food was good. The conference area is becoming a bit jaded.

Now this is a place to find tour self in Rose bank. A full hotel service and more, the rooms are perfect and the the hose keeping is of a good standard. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and the kitchen has the best chefs a meal could ask for.

Very reluactant to post a single star.. the service for a walkin breakfast was appalling. The waitress had no smile, no greeting, did not get the order right.. then after 30 min returned with a half order as they did not have bread to serve toast.. unbelievable. Took pics of table presentation .. tea served in chipped crockery so much for a five star experience. Second time round.. the order is still not right.. eish

For muslims it's only good for tea and coffee.
They doesn't serve halal food & they doesn't have any certifications for halal.
They do serves alcohol.
I had bad experience. me and wife there for our anniversary night dinner as don't serve Halal food.

Looks like a nice hotel. Doesn't scream exclusive though. Probably 4 star like my rating.

Good hotel in a high development area with more potential for shops and food. Club level guests get access to the club lounge for free food and drinks, however breakfast is not the greatest as there is no hot food eg. Eggs, beans, bacon, sausages etc...if this was included then it would be a true 5 star stay. There is a health club as well, though the swimming pool is a bit on the small side. For similar stay prices better bet would the first check out the hotels in Sandton where you get more action going around

Pretty awesome conference venue, parking is a problem

This is one of the best hotels i've been in. The food & catering for events is always on point. The concierge are so helpful. The conference centre is fully equipped to handle presentations from multiple different device types. I recommend.

It has a good atmosphere and everything is so professional

Place looks awesome and classy, quite cozy and ambient. Good for romantic dinner and family outings. Prices might be a little unfriendly but the assistants are.

Service is non-existant. Waited 35 minutes for a menu. Eventually left. Came back a few days later for some champagne, again no service and we left after 20 minutes.

It was business conference ....I had pleasure stay staff was very friendly ..n off course be alert during night u might end up with escort who will after you for money

I have attended many events and stayed in the hotel a couple of times. The standard is very high and I am never disappointed.
