Manager was extremely flexible and quickly refunded my money. It's unfortunate that not all employees at Capital are as honest and straight forward as him. I'll look to give them another chance in the future as this was likely an isolated incident.

Lied to multiple times. Paid for service that was never even done. Was told to come back and they would handle it when their "more experienced" technician was on duty. Returned 3x, never was able to fix it. Tried to get a refund, waited multiple weeks for it to show up. Never did. Eventually contacted the manager of the service department to get that refund finally sent out.

Possibly the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I spent over 3 months trying to get a job done that was handled within 2 hours at a local mechanic's shop.

Never again, Capital. Never again.
