Bought the prepaid maintenance agreement for my 2019 Corolla. Go in for my very first use after the Toyota 25,000 service is up at 30,000 miles. I bought a $20,000 plus car, a $1,700 prepaid maintenance agreement and the service rep wants me to pay $25 to get a nail out of my tire. My Tacoma will never enter this dealership again and the moment the prepaid maintenance agreement is completed my Corolla will be taken somewhere else.
