Chelsea is the best waitress. My family and I took a very long time to eat and drink and she was always attentive and friendly and never overbearing. The food was great and if you come here ask for Chelsea!

my favorite place to eat/drink in philly!! the outdoor patio addition last year took it to a whole new level. right off the broad street line so its the perfect place to pre game for philly sports events!!!
BEST HAPPY HOUR IN SOUTH PHILLY. $15 Margarita pitcher that are full of tequila!! Edwin is a great, personable bartender that never let's your glass go empty.
if you're looking for good Mexican food GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 1 example of their food is that the enchiladas are made with tomato sauce. also the service was very slow.
Excellent service. The hostess in particular is consistently really great. This is probably the most popular restaurant in East Passyunk. They have a great outdoor space when it is nice out. They usually have good beer. The drinks are good but definitely not the best. The food is pretty good, but you might think its a little expensive for what it is. I recommend the mushroom quesadillas, the wings, chicken tacos, and enchiladas.
Kind of a weird review here...went to lunch and we had 3 things: Shrimp Ceviche (a special), Chicken Quesadilla, and Fajitas. Hands down the worst "ceviche"I've ever had - all salt, ZERO lime (and I've traveled all over Central America and the Caribbean and had it many different ways). Can't call it ceviche if there is no citrus in it! The chicken for the quesadilla was stewed and smelled amazing, but almost too salty to eat...but on the other hand the Fajitas were insane and the El Dorado Margarita was amazing. Would definitely go back to give it a second chance because the vibe (and the staff) is great.
Delicious food! Having come from Texas, I can say that this is pretty true to the TexMex style and flavor. It is a little pricey though and the plates are on the smaller side. Great happy hour options. Parking in this area is horrendous.
Love this place, margs are great and $6. For food, I've gotten the Carnitas burrito and it puts Chipotle to shame, delicious. In the summer time, they open up a really nice outdoor section as well.
Food was okay and the drinks where okay. Nothing special in my opinion. The ethic Mexican food further down the street near little Italy taste much better.
Overall nice cozy place for drinks and socializing.
Great little restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere, great margarita pitchers during happy hour for an even better price and with other specials. The food is also very tasty
Decided to eat out and try a new place. . Spent the next 3 days with diarrhea and throwing up... food was ok going down, horrible coming back up... seriously chipotle is better...
Not horrible... Not great. Service was non-engaging and reactive (as opposed to proactive) when available. There were up charges for literally everything, but the food was good and timely. Nothing to write home about.
Had a good lunch experience here. My goat dish was delicious, drinks were good. We were seated outside on their nice patio area, but the seating itself was very crowded together, which was uncomfortable when anyone had to get up. Overall, good experience and I would go back.
I ordered a vegan beef burrito and they gave me something that tasted like vegan chorizo. I did not like the vegan beef-chorizo or the wet burrito at all. My partner did not like his either. The loaded nachos were meh. Overall very expensive for -in my opinion- untasty food. Also, the nachos and burritos did not have frijoles refritos, which is a bummer. The place is nice and cozy.
Quality food, good service, good vibes. A bit loud and dark for my taste (I must be getting old), but a good time. If esquites is on the specials menu (Mexican corn off the cob, cheesy, buttery goodness) order it.
Always awesome. Love the margarita selection. The servers are all very friendly. My friends had chicken tacos-solid, I had the goat entree- really delicious.
Really want to love this place, but the people working here have an absolutely horrible attitude. I ve tried to give it a second chance, living a few blocks away, but the employees never fail to disappoint.
excellent service, decent tacos al pastor, carnitas and platano Macho . they also have open bar if you want have a alcohol drink, the only downside is the AC (bit cold for me.)
The food was good and my friend and I liked it. There is an outdoor seating area but we were turned away due to potential rain. I don't know why but it was really loud in there only with the volume of people talking. The music wasn't playing that loudly but for some reason it was hard to talk to/hear my friend. The waiter was really good and attentive for it being busy coming by to check on how our meals were going.
delicious food with great vegan options! our server had a great personality (I think her name was elaina too). we got some delicious passion fruit margaritas too. we will definitely be back.
