Loved my facial with Mirna. She was great-knew what my skin needed, made appropriate recommendations, and was not just promoting products. I was happy with her extractions and willingness to do the job. Too many times I experience the opposite. I've made a second appointment for next month! One downside was that we started a bit late into the hour (10-12 min) but it ended up being great nonetheless.

First time here, I got a full set, acrylic and gel...

First time here, I got a full set, acrylic and gel polish done Feb 22nd, 3 days later my right hand, ring finger nail popped off. All I did was open a cabinet and it flung off. Following day, my gel nail polish peeled off. The whole thing. Today, my left hand thumb nail broke on the corner and my gel polish peeled completely. I ve had my nails done for 6 days. Never had this happen with a fresh full set. I always get my nails done this way at another place. So you could say I m pretty disappointed.

Don t let the dopey girls at the front desk scare you away. The hair and nail technicians are pretty good here. If you buy a discount card, the prices are reasonable. If you have any issue, talk to the owner, Joe, and avoid the girls and the on-site manager who are completely in the dark.

I had an appointment for a massage and facial, I was on time and waited 40 mins for my service to begin. My facial with Caroline was great! I would go back and recommend her. My massage was not as enjoyable, her technique was all over the place and the pressure applied was not even.

Rude employees who answer the phone. Horrible customer service in general. I found them via a Groupon offer. I called one morning to get a massage appt the same day and they said I had to call a day in advance. So the following week I call back a day before I wanted to come in and they said they were booked. That was a few weeks ago. I tried again this morning to get an appt for tomorrow and again they say they are booked. Not only that but all times I've called they never ask me to come in another day\time. At this point I am only going because I (stupidly) bought a 2-visit groupon deal. If you're someone like me who believes in good service, there is a strong competitor 5 miles away in Marlton that's fantastic with friendly people and excellent customer service.

I bought a Groupon for them and have been trying for the past month to schedule an appointment on a weekend or at night because I work during the day and have had the worst experience. I get different information every time I called (including appointments that were available a half hour earlier suddenly were "never actually available") and when I called today to try to schedule for for any weekend in the month of December, originally they had one available for me, but then I head talking in the background and the woman on the phone said that day actually doesn't have anything free. But there's an appointment in a month and a half if I want that one. Yea, because the salon is HONESTLY booked a month and a half in advance....

Bernards charged my 20-year-old daughter $725 for hair color correction and haircut! That is beyond a rip off, beyond any pricing on your site and beyond acceptable. Additionally, Eric of Marlton, commented that whoever colored my hair did a horrible job and called me crazy as her mother! That is how we were treated at Bernards. The Manager Christie, since my daughter had been there before she knew and agreed to being overcharged, which she did not. Eric mocked me personally while I tried to stand up for my daughter

As of just recently i have changed my opinion of the management of this establishment. My husband has for the last 5 yrs bought me their VIP card for massages and facials, which I loved to schedule together. Facials with Julia are as always wonderful, I also had my massages with Nicole. Recently I have tried to make appts for both and have been told there are no people in during afternoon for a massage until 4:30! That is very inconvenient for patrons that work in the evening or patrons who need to have late morning or early afternoon massages. I certainly hope that
Management may change their minds and offer people early afternoon appointments for massages during the week, please

I haven't been to Bernard's since 2015 and forgot ...

I haven't been to Bernard's since 2015 and forgot how great it was so I called to make an appointment. However, the receptionist was so unbelievably rude and unfriendly that I didn't even want to make an appointment with them anymore. The receptionist was not helpful at all and practically hung up on me. It's sad that Bernard's doesn't train their employees correctly and have nothing better to do than reply to bad reviews. Maybe if they have all that time, they should use their time wisely and think about how they can better themselves, a 3.9 rating salon. I would not recommend this salon because I highly doubt that they can make you look great and feel great.

The staff was friendly and readily tried to solve the issue however the overall experience was poor. My wife and I had scheduled two 90 minute massages at 3:15 on a Friday and were contacted three days prior to our appt asking to change to 5pm. We adjusted our plans and changed to 5pm however we received a call to a day before our appt to confirm 3:15 (our orig time). We changed our plans again and confirmed. To avoid confusion I had my wife call back and confirmed the day and time as well as two 90 minute massages. We arrived for our appt and taken to our rooms. My masseuse was friendly but rushed through my service. I felt as though she was ina hurry and I have to say it was the toughest non relaxing Swedish massage I have ever received. When our session was over, I dressed and went to the lobby to find I was only given an hour massage. The manager and staff were friendly and did their beat to accommodate me and made the situation correct. Unfortunately my wife s deep tissue massage was closer to a Swedish session even after asking for harder pressure. We both have had several massages and this clearly was not what we anticipated. Again everyone was very friendly and my wife s masseuse did everything to make my wife happy but overall the experience was just not up to par.

I have been here many many times. I have got highlights and hair hair cuts with krista. The last time I went and got a glaze it was awful!!!! I didn't have krista. My glaze came out with my hair black. We chose a blonde glaze. Then I went back to the place for them to wash it out. Was not treated with respect. Additionally, after they washed out my glaze my hair was 2 different colors on each side of my face. I will now never go back here.

Very unhappy went in for a balayge with a dark root and light brown for the bottom color and left with DARK hair with a few strands of highlighted Blonde pieces not at all what I wanted very disappointing

I was given a coupon ftom my daughter for 50% off. The receptionist was very accomadating. I explained how I messed up my hair by trying to do it myself, she scheduled an appointment for me the very next day. I only payed half price for a cut, stle, and blow dry bu Chi Chi. The cor specialist were very kind and professional. I did not have my hair coloured, however. I will in the future.
I had a wonderful experience with a very professional hair stylist with 15 uears of experience there. She only talked when not busy so she could pay attention. She was very friendly, informative, and make recommendations for conditioning and recomended that I should take Biotine to help grow my hair thicker and stronger. I was reated very polite upon checkout. I tipped Chi Chi almost half of what I paid because she did such a lovely job in the Holly Ravine Plaza on Springdale Road in the Cherry Hill location. I will be a returning customer. You get what you pay for and even complimentary coffee tea, bagels, cream cheese, etc. The manager Fran is very kind as well.
