Jamie is an absolute pleasure to work with on on site photo shoots. He is always willing to play it by ear as to when the shoot can happen. In an industry where 3rd parties and the weather rule everything it's great to have someone on board who is so flexible.

Came to PURE to hire a tripod and batteries under their 'Auckland Camera Hire' name for a music video shoot I was doing. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS, how I was treated as a customer. Very UNRELIABLE, would STAY AWAY: I was told I could pick up the gear at 7am. When I arrived, the person there did not know about my order and the gear was not ready. He called up the manager who came running in after 10 minutes, saying he'd forgotten about me. Now being 20 minutes late, I told him I was unhappy about the service. For this he accused me of 'acting smart' and then would not allow me to rent the equipment telling me to leave. I was left to fractically find other equipment for the day.

The guys at Pure Productions are amazing - we have used them for several video shoots and they have been awesome. Nothing is ever a problem, they listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered even more. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality video provider but not only that a company who are professional in every aspect of their work. I contacted Pure Productions on behalf of MYOB with an urgent customer video job that needed to be done within a very tight deadline. Also it needed to be done remotely due to covid travel restrictions as I was unable to travel to NZ from Australia. Pure Productions ensured that everything went smoothly on the day and even dialled me in so I could check in on filming day, not that I needed to as they ensured my client was relaxed and comfortable! They captured all the footage that was needed and the post production process was incredibly efficient with any edits coming back in minutes.
