High prices and nickel and dime you for everything. $80 installation fee and then a $60 fee to downgrade my services. Do not use them for cable unless absolutely necessary.

Worst internet service ever! Been out to my house twice and my internet still doing the same thing and then they told me it was nothing else they could do. I don t recommend them for no one!

If I could rate this internet service a 0 star I would. They are the only internet provider in CAMDEN and if there were another I would switch to it. I was baited by the 150 Mbps so I went for it. I've done multiple speed test and right about when everyone got off work 5-6pm the speed would drop below 5% of the output advertised for the rest of the night. You would think you might get at least a 1/4 if not 1/2 of the speed you paid for all the time.
