Nice place! Lots of activities, video games, indoor waterpark and even more outside.

Great place to go for a family trip! And the room...just amazing!! Loved it. And they have great staff who help you with everything.

Went swimming had breakfast cleaned bed and went swimming

I loved this place it was lots of fun to be there in the water park the food has great proportions for the prices but things outside the water park like the arcade is very overpriced.

It was the first time that I saw snow and I want snow tubing it was awesome and I went back the next year

Cold water pools trash expensive food and ladybugs everywhere In My room couldn t call tell tell anyone cause our phone was broken

This place is amazing . Heads down , the best indoor water park I ve ever been to and it s free (!!!) for the people who staying in the hotel. After a day of snowboarding it is amazing to relax at such a resort . The environment is new and beautiful, hotel rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly and overall cool warming place. Highly recommend

Good place to visit for a weekend with family and frds

I wish the check in time wasn't so late and check out wasn't so early you paid to stay less than 12 hours is kind of not fair . But besides that i will definitely go back. Friendly staff.

Fun place! Good prices for the snowtubing area and the perfect place to come with family/friends.

They won t accept an unsigned credit cards or debit (Not to mention the credit card companies say not to sign them) They also threatened to call the cops when I tried to sign the card in front of them and refused to let me speak to a manager. They where just rude.

Went for a short family vacation with my husband, our teenage boys, and our toddler daughter. Had a great time! Went during the week, and it wasn't as busy. Everyone was nice! The boys loved the arcade, and our daughter loved the kids area in Aquatopia! Something for everyone!

Good food, clean rooms, good service. A great experience!

Camelback review... president week 2020.
We have been to Camelback resort before with our family and had a great time with basically no snags, everything was great. So, of course we decided to go back, but our second experience was not nearly as good and we even had a better room than the first time, it had 2 fireplaces and a balcony, but none of that made up for the incompetence of the management. First of all, it's Presidents week, so we expected there to be a lot of people and for it to be crowded. What we didn't expect was for Camelback to be short staffed, especially because this is a week where the prices are some highest they are the whole yea!! About the staff situ., For example, There was only one person operating a cash register at the only place you can eat with kids in the waterpark, I should mention there were 3 registers that could have been used. We waited on a long line and among other things we ordered, we ordered pretzels and nachos and charged all of it to the room. When we got to the part of the counter that you pick up your food, after 15-20 minutes or so, we were informed that they had no more pretzels and that it would take another 25 minutes to make them. Then they also told us that they had nacho chips but no cheese and they had to heat it up which would take "a while". At that point I asked for a refund and they struggled to find a manager that could authorize that. In the end, we couldn't wait(we had little kids with us) and I dont think we were ever refunded. The next day, we decided to eat there again, we went a little earlier the second day because we wanted to beat the crowd and not have to wait on a very long line with one cash register. We did beat the line which was good and we ordered hot dogs and French fries, we wanted chips (which we had purchased at the same place the day before) when we asked about the chips the girl at the register rolled her eyes at us and said "No". So we didn't get chips and waited for the fries and hot dogs. When we finally got them after about 10 minutes, besides the fact that the buns were rock hard and crumbling, they had no ketchup!!!! They ran out! On Tuesday of Presidents week. I told them I wanted to return the food because my kids only will eat fries and a hot dog with ketchup. Again they mentioned needing to find a manager, but they did not. I ended up leaving the kids with their dad, walking outside of the waterpark to their pizza place and they gave me their last 5 ketchup packets. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the only reason we went back to that god awful and poorly stocked and staffed eatery was because my kids really wanted an Icee drink which they really look forward to on vacation, but of course the machine was broken and they said it would not be fixed that day. Another part of this experience I should mention is that they have a wonderful candy and ice cream store with self serve loose candy. We took our girls there to get them candy they are 2, 3, 4 and 5 years old, only to be told that they had no more bags for candy so they couldn't sell us candy. Are you kidding me?! There was no way I was leaving without candy, so I took it upon myself to give each girl a napkin and helped them choose some candy to put in it. The young man at the register just kept saying he couldn't do anything about it. Anyway he was surprised when I insisted that he weigh the candy in the 4 napkins, the good news was that he did it and we did leave with candy and no crying children. There were so many little things that were not good, there were many games in the arcade that did not work. Also, on our first day We were less than 5 minutes late to their donut decorating which occurs every morning between 9 and 10. We are arrived at about 10:05, And even though the entire set up was still there and I showed up with 4 eager children, the nasty staff said that it was closed and they wouldn't give my children donuts. I do realize that it closed at 10:00 a.m. and we were there at 10:05, but the stuff was still out, in my opinion it was really mean to do to children.

Nasty!!!!!! the room was never cleaned and the sheets were never changed, Poop on the walls of the bathroom, hair all over the room in the sinks, tub, couch and under the sheets, on the bed the pillow. It was the worst experience ever and they only 10% discount and a clean up. SMH my family and I will never return.

The Skiing/Snowboarding was fantastic! We stayed at Camelback Lodge and Aquatopia in late January. I would happily give 5 stars for the design of the lodge, the food, and the waterpark, but I was really annoyed by their ticketing process, the lack of service from both hotel staff (except Rebecca in the tickets office, she was awesome!) and food service staff. Most of all I'm downgrading them to 3 stars for all of their ridiculous rules. No your child can't go tubing in your lap, no it doesn't matter how good of a swimmer your child is, they have to have a life jacket on in the wave pool, no drinks or food on the pool deck, no kids near the bar in the pool area, one person per tube in the wavepool. Between that and being told by the staff at the entrance of the ride my son was tall enough, and then waiting in line for an hour to be sent back down by the staff at the top of the ride saying he wasn't tall enough... I'm pretty pissed at the staff. Not sure if we'll be going back. Hire a new Customer Service Manager and check your rulebook before you piss more people off.

Excellent park of ice slides ... very fun ... the attention was very good

Went there for snow tubing and it was sooo much fun. Would love to experience the night tubing with the neon lights. Definitely worth it!

Great place. The kids love it. Clean, well organized and good safety rules. Good rooms and very polite and helpful staff. Easy access to restaurants too. We go every year.

Love it, one our favorite places to visit in the winter.

Visited to scout out next vacation spot with the kids. Looks great.

Wonderful looking place! Very modern design even in comparison to nearby competitors like Kalahari

Lots of stuff for my 4 year old to do. Room was very nice, staff was very pleasant. Arcade was super expensive and prized were really not worth it. Felt like we took a bath on that. Only reason it didn't get a 5th star. Felt super ripped off.

Just stopped by to check it out. Looks nice. Balloon artist in lobby was nice.

Great time hands down. Lot to do. Probably one night stay is good enough if just coming for water park. If coming to ski or snow tube which may come complimentary then you would need 2 days recommended. We did everything with just one night stay so o hi r sch was packed

When we arrived in our room there was hair on the wall and on the faucet in the bathtub. Around 8pm we called front desk for extra blankets for the kids and 10pm came around and still no extra blankets I would have went to the desk and got them myself but the baby was sleeping and I did not dare leave him by himself with two 7 year olds finally after calling a second time they came at 1040. Then upon check in we were encouraged to participate In the scavenger hunt which we did and came I first place the kids were so excited that we won they could not wait to see the prize they earned! When we got to the front desk at 10:03 we were informed the boys prize was to decorate donuts for free but it ended at ten so in the words of the front desk receptionist "I guess you should have come down earlier". So now my boys faces were disappointed and a little bummed they worked to win for something and no one even tried to accommodate them with something little. The staff seems bothered and annoyed whenever I ask something I would rather just to great wolf lodge next time.

They overbooked and didn t have any rooms available. I didn t book with another company. I booked with camel back. Then we had to stay at a old busted resort near by then the next day we had to wait until after three for an available room, instead of just giving us the first room that becomes available. Because they inconvenienced us they should at least offer us that. Nothing extra was offered to us. We came all the way from New York so we just waited until they had something available. Very disappointed with Camelback.

Nice mountain for beginners but there's always too many people, too long of lift lines and too many trails closed

Hotel is outdated and over priced I stayed for two nights the remote control for my television was dead went to the front desk they didn't have any batteries and did not assist me so I just spent two days without television

The indoor waterpark was the absolute best ive ever seen on the east side. Just beautiful and Im obsessed

Park and front desk service was very good rooms were clean. Buffet was delicious. The wait staff was slow, in the cabana area, twice had to wait over 40 minutes for fries and mozzarella sticks. And the concessions stand was horrible. We had a birthday party and there were no candles on the cake and they did not sing happy birthday.

Very good service a lot of Wi-Fi close to other water parks and kids go to sleep faster after pool time

Ok, not lot to do on indoor water park. Flow riders is awesome

Paying for parking is 1 of them

Fantastic indoor waterpark! The rooms aren't as stylized for kids as competitors, but the amount and quality of the indoor and outdoor activities can't be beat.

Water park was a 5. Rooms were decent. Better food options would have been great.

Did not let us know that the resorts water park closed the night before! They sent no text messages or called beforehand to let us know and we drove all the way to the resort only to find out all the arcades and water park was closed, thought they did claim to be "open" just had the water park closed. Will never go back, go to Kalahari or Great Wolf instead of camelback.

Had a great time at the indoor waterpark. Went on a random Friday in November and it was great because there wasn't a ton of people there until later in the evening. Didn't have to wait in any lines. Enjoyed the slides, wave pool, and hot tub. Would definitely consider going back again.

Still clean as always, although they should fix the many rusty area on the structures in the water park. The kids otherwise loved it. Just wish they had electric vehicle charging onsite

Best water park ever! But there were 6 flies we found in one night... almost gave it 4 :/
