A very good place to share with the family
I recommend it

Room is excellent. The water park is clean and the lines are reasonable. The food options are good, although the quick shop in the park is average. The water bars are a lot of fun and drinks are fairly priced.

It's not that great here. Everything is overpriced and it seems a little crowded to me. The food was just mediocre, and I know it's going to be expensive at a place like this. I don't think I'll come back here for the cost, I would rather just spend my time in nature of I'm coming to the Poconos again.

Everything is pretty good for a 5+ yr old. Not all rides can accommodate smaller children but they do have limits things they can do. Food is fine. Overall decent place.

We had a lot of fun night tubing. We had tried snowboarding/skiing earlier in the day and it was a waste of money. I don't know why I even attempt to go on the East Coast, it's all ice and man made. However, this tubing place saved the day. A lot of good memories were made.

Absolutely amazing went for my girlfriend's birthday stayed over 1 night water park they have a hot tub that goes from inside to outside must experience highly recommend

Had my son's birthday party here and we had a blast. Price was worth it.

I have very good time in water park aquatopia. A lot of fun and activities for whole family. Will definitely recommend to everyone visit PA's best fun place.

Overall our family had a great time. Lines weren't long and the rides/slides were very fun. The food available to purchase inside aquatopia itself was mixed. Good fries and chicken fingers, but terrible sandwiches. Also, I kid you not, our room had A ladybug problem. There were at least 50 of them. Housekeeping cleaned them out but the next day there were already another 25+ on the walls and ceiling.

Make sure you have all the details ironed out. Get all the times for tubing/skiing and/or the water park.

It was our very first time. The best part was the Lazy River.

Visited for the day to go skiing. Place seemed awesome for family with young children, large arcade area and indoor waterpark. Would be nice if the restaurant bar area was a bit bigger or had an outdoors section besides just seating.

Hotel and amenities are nice. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I felt that the staff was not friendly or responsive and was disappointed that we were not allowed to bring snacks to the pool.

Me and my family had a great time at the resort, we just got home yesterday, we enjoy the indoor waterpark, the rooms were nice and clean, however some staff were not so friendly.. overall nice and would go back again...

Overall nice stay. Check in and check out process was disorganized and understaffed. Very aggravating.

Awesome place. Staff is a little rude, seems like they don't really want to be doing what they're doing. Super expensive but worth it.

Didn't like the fact that you pay 2 stay its not cheap and then have 2 pay for the other attractions, i didn't mind paying for the arcades.

Such a fun place to visit! The water park is so fun and it is good for all ages! Personally my favorite water park resort I have been to yet!

Water rided are fun for preteen to teen. Enjoyable for the whole family. Rooms are very clean and nice.

Mlk weekend was extremely busy and crowded, unexperienced staff. Rooms were cleaned on time. Massive production low customer service.

Great fun. Arrived for the 8-10pm galactic experience for snow tubing. Did not purchase tickets ahead of time and got the last available tickets. Buy ahead of time if possible. The experience started off slow do to it being crowded but the pace got better as the night went on. Able to get in 5 rides maybe 7 if we stayed till 10.

A bit on the pricey side, But it is all well worth it. My cousin and I loved the slides and my little brother enjoyed the kiddie area

Awesome place to stay. Kids loved the indoor water park and I got to ski.

This is my first time play in the game room in the resort, after I put a lots of money in the machine and playing, nobody come to reminds me they gonna close, if they tell me, I will stop playing, but nobody even say a word, the manage just turn off my machine's power, when I fell so upset and try to ask why? She is yelling to me, she seems so angry, and try to kick me out of there, if u didn't say anything, how can I know u r going close? U really have to do like that to your customer? It makes me so upset, this kind of service is really disappointed me.

Went snow tubing. Tickets were not available for the amount of people that were there.

Gr8 family place.. gr8 staff, gr8 hospitality. White shirt morning supervisor, she is awesum and very professional. Kids had a gr8 time. Will come back soon!

Became very noisy do not visit during holydays need to clean the room better

Wost experience ever.. I was so sad for my child. There was no staff on duty in the Jacuzzi and this lady address my child like he was an animal. Needless to say I had to step in. She was crazy and there was nobody to help.... the minute these people left all the children in the Jacuzzi were jumping and bouncing and playing.

Easy to get to with a great room overlooking the mountain from our balcony. The only down side is that the outdoor water park wasn't open for the weekdays yet and the indoor park closes at 9 when the schedule says 10. Plenty of dining options in the park and close by. We will be back again.

Going up the slopes was really fun. The food was delicious and didn't take very long.

Great place to ski or snowboard. Has so many trails and features. The lifts are fast and the trails are well groomed. What more can you ask for.

We enjoyed our stay here. Indoor water park had a lot to offer to all ages. The staff was very nice and willing to help in anyway they could. Over all cleanliness was very good in all areas of the hotel. We ate at two of the hotel restaurants, Horizons and Trail Pub. Horizons is a buffet with many options and good food for buffet food; my expectation was not high but I was pleasantly surprised and left full. The Pub had mostly burgers that were good. Had drinks at Neptune's, but be advised they close at 10pm. Bring your own drinks for your room, you will be paying resort prices ($3 for water). The rooms are a bit dated but how much time are you really staying in the room? The only downside were the walls a little thin and the kids above and beside us were loud (hotel can not control that) and would be nice if people had more respect for others around them. All in all we will return for another visit.

Would definitely not go back. Nasty service and all about the money. Not very personable. And definitely not about family. Twice the cost of great wolf lodge and nothing is without a greatly inflated cost. Arcade games are $2 and above. Lifeguards all walk around with sticks harrassing the guests. Just not a fun filled family oriented place as falsely portrayed. Water was cold and showers only had cold water in the aquatopia park. Also no real theme. Just piece meal theme like their services.

Haven't been to a lot of indoor watermarks but this place is awesome. I would have gave it 5 stars but the lazy river was closed for some reason

This is a great place to get away for a weekend, so much to do from skiing to the indoor water park. Great for families!

Half of the water slides were closed.. Extremely long wait for food and at the bar!! And to top it off... water park prices went up $40... Not a good experience at all!!!! At least the kids had fun

Guest services are extremely slow if they have to bring anything to your room. During the stay we found 3-4 separate things that guest services were called for (no bedding/pillows for sleeper sofa, enough towels for the number of people the room was booked for, room service, etc). And each of those guest service calls they claimed someone would be down in 10/15 mins (for 2 of the calls), but it was usually an hour or more longer than the quoted time and 2 follow up calls later before service came. Also the newer CamelBeach is not a very well integrated experience. To get passes included with the room you have to go to a small office outside Aquatopia and wait in line there, if you get to CamelBeach (i.e. via the shuttle) they have no capacity to scan the lodge/room/Aquatopia armband or print the free/discount tickets that are apparently only available in the small office. And nobody mentioned that during check-in/shuttle boarding/etc until we had 3 young kids waiting "patiently" to get into a waterpark.

Its a lot of fun for the kids and adults! So much to do and the staff is great. Nice little area for sights and lots of stuff to do.

Drove from Toronto...found this Gem off Route 80. Great Setup & Staff!! Had a tire leak & they had a portable air machine. So Grateful! Will Definitely Return next drive from Toronto for sure!!

I love going here. I've been here with my family over 5 times and counting.

Rooms are great! Waterpark is great fun but floor is slimy. Staff mostly appear unfriendly.

Loved it here, the outdoor hot tub in the winter was the BEST!!!

2nd time going and definitely not the last. So many things to do in the resort or even around the area. 10/10 recommend

Great place to go during weekday or non-holiday time, the crowd is less than half the weekend crowd

Was there for 2 nights and it was great. We had the 3 bedroom condo which was perfect for the 3 families that went. Guest services was very accommodating and took care of anything that arose. Not that there were any issues. Just minor things such as needing more tissues and such. In the end, we will definitely be back with our kids.

Resort was fantastic. They have something for anytime of the year.

I was here for a SkillsUSA event, and the food was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. The water park was also alot of fun with alot of options.

Great place. Lots of activities. Definitely will go back again.

Hubby and I skied all day while the kids did remote schooling in their room and then we hit the Waterpark in the evening!

Wow loved my family trip here. Kids enjoyed a lot at water park . Room's are decent and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of food options .

The indoor water park entry is free with your one night stay. You can enjoy water park for both days check in and check out. Also they give the ice tubbing free with your stay.
Prefer to book on phone and don't forget to ask for discounts I got 15% off compare to online price.
Carry water proof case for your phone so you can take photos while enjoying rides and relaxing in wave pool.

My grand had a lovely birthday. Suite was clean the place was cozy and clean. However the buffett need to serve some beef and turkey items on the breakfast menu.

Camelback Lodge is a great place! We are here for the Fall Festival! So much to do for all ages! There is pumpkin painting, sand art, Apple chunking, tee shirt painting, AND a great line of SCARES as well!!

Good snowtubing and a cool scene. Lots of staff to help. Lodge looks very nice, but the water park looks smaller than great wolf lodge. Plan to go back to ski next time.

I had a wonderful time with family and friends. The different water parks is worth the experience.
