My family LOVED this resort. The corner loft rooms are spacious, the food is excellent. The activities, are endless.

We had issues with our door in our room and within minutes we had our roo switched and upgraded without any argument or additional cost.

We had a group of 37 enjoying aquatopia. Amazing place. Will be visiting again.

Dirty, over-priced, unhelpful staff. We arrived to our small, dark, dirty room to find hair in 2 of the beds & in the shower, dirty sheets, unmade beds, rubber bands from someone's braces on the floor, weird stains on the wall in the bathroom and on the door. Plus the washing line in the bathroom didn't work so there wasn't anywhere to hang wet suits, towels etc. We were promised that the room would be given a complete cleaning - but we came back to find nothing had changed. After multiple requests they eventually changed the sheets but never cleaned the room. We even had the manager come up to the room to see all the issues and he promised to take care of it but they NEVER cleaned the room. We ended up leaving a day early. 2 days later 2 of us were sick with fevers, sinus infections, headaches. So it seems the water parks are filthy too, not surprising. This place is disgusting & outrageously expensive. Avoid it!

Great water park, the staff keeps the place very clean with the amount of guests that are there. The only drawback is the options for sit down dining. Limited menu however I did not eat dinner at the buffet room.

It was so fun! Would recommend snow tubing times a million! It was really cold on the day that I went so wear heavy clothes and thick hats and gloves (made that mistake) you can either go alone double, or chain your tube going down. Again, would recommend.

Waited on line for food for over 45 min n another 36 min for adult beverage they NEED to improve this asap

Excellent place to bring the kids. The staff is very friendly and the Tiki Bar is awesome. Looking forward to return soon!

The room was amazing, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were great. There was so much for my kids to do in the hotel. The waterpark was a lot of fun!

This place is fantastic. An indoor waterpark keep the kids busy for hours and it s open late at night so they never feel pressured to stay too long. Room keys are in the wristband which makes traveling back-and-forth to the room is very easy. Excellent spa, creeped out to her adventures including zip lining, Mountain top dinners, coasters, slides, our kids, restaurants, and more.

Great place. Best of both worlds in the winter. You can ski during the day and use the water park at night. Will definitely go back.

Always enjoyed skiing this resort for many years. They are always trying to improve the resort and upkeep the slopes. I will still continue to visit Camelback Ski Resort!

We stayed at camelback during the opening week. The place has potential , but definitely needs time to work out the kinks of operating. The staff is very nice just undertrained so you can't blame them. They were probably as frustrated with all the issues they didn't know how to fix as the guests were. We were given $80 back for the room bc most of the major attractions in the water park were not opened due to construction not being finished, and they also gave us breakfast on the house. Do I think they should have let the guests know how much work still needed to be done and let us make the decision of coming or not absolutely. Would I come back...yes in about a year.

Go on Groupon and get a 4 pack for $79. Great deal, big savings. Good for the galactic tubing. It's an awesome light show for tubing. Lines move fast. A toasty bonfire. Light fare to eat outside. Prices $$

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACE TO ATTEND, THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVES IT, GREAT FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN.

Clean rooms, kid friendly, multiple restaurants, great water park for kids.

They were absolutely amazing... their slopes, lodge and staff..

If you are allowed to use the property at 12:30 than staff needs to be available to allow people to use the property. It took 4 hours to get checked in and get your "free tickets". Staff was frustrated and said it was all management. Don't ever stay here. Stayed here since they have opened and it only gets worse.

Snowboarding is hard, but super fun! The waterparks is great as well! Would totally recommend it to anyone .

Great place for midwinter vacation with the kids!! Ton of fun stuff to do, from snow tubing, water park, arcades, and more...

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Camelback so much that we'll definitely be back! There is so much to do for families we didn't have enough time to try everything.

The indoor waterpark was clean, not too crowded (went on a Monday and Tuesday), lots to do for different age groups, plenty of seating. Lockers were a little pricey and you only get 1 small towel per person, so I suggest bringing your own as well.

We also did the galactic snowtubing and had a fun time. They had to shut down one of the conveyor belts that brings you to the top of the hill so double tubes were not available but we could chain 2 single tubes together. The wait was not very long for a turn, probably less than 10 minutes.

We ate lunch and got take out from Trails End Pub in the hotel and our family was very impressed with how accommodating they were for my son's food allergies! Definitely recommend eating there!

All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful! The only disappointment was that the resort shut down the mountain coaster less than a week before our stay (due to staffing) and we were really looking forward to it!

Overall definitely recommend this place for families, lots of activities to do to make everyone happy!

Also- outlets for shopping less than a mile away and several restaurants, a grocery store and hospital only a few minutes down the road in Bartonsville.

There's a lot to do at this resort. You can ski/snowboard/snow tube of course, but also there's an indoor water park, bowling, an arcade, mini golf and laser tag. Great to bring kids especially.

Camelback Lodge & Indoor Water park is a great resort, the view of the mountains is beautiful! The rooms are nice and clean and the service is great. My favorite part of the resort is the outdoor waterpark, there is so much to do!

This is a ski resort that has it all. We came for the slopes, but were pleased with all of the amenities that we were not expecting

Really fun. But I didn't expect it to be so structured or to have to wait in such long lines.

Rooms were reasonably clean. We had a family fun pack which included some arcade games and 4 rides on the adventure side of the resort. Pricing seemed inline with what other places charge. I would say an about average experience overall.

My son and I had a great time. We didn't wait more then 2 minutes for any slide.

Overall it's a nice resort, pretty clean and lots to do. But, I feel customer service is lacking. Most staff wasn't friendly. They seem to do just what they have to do. They don't smile much, and a couple had unpleasant attitudes.

Went Here In August 2016, And It Was Amazing! It Looked Even More Amazing In 2019! They Took Out The "Gem Mining" Activity They Had There, Which Made My Heart Break. If You Came Here In 2015/16 And Did The Gem Mining Activity (You Buy A Bag Of Dirt, And Sift Through It With A "Sluicebox" To Find Gems), You Won't Find It Next Summer. Besides That, The Waterpark And Arcade Was Fun. Also, Make Sure To Bring Tons Of Cash, Because Food And Camelback Merchandise Is Gonna Be Expensive!

Well appointed clean rooms. Pleasant professional staff. Dining is acceptable. More for families with young children. Snow tubing is organized and fun. The water park is small, in my opinion.

Well we went snowtubing and had a fabulous time. Well-maintained equipment and snowtubing Lanes. The only negative was totally out of their control and that was how cold it was that day. As it began to get dark they turned on music and colored lights and that looked like such fun but we were just way too cold by then to stay and enjoy it. But we will be back and this time I'm bringing people with me.

Water park was really fun, crowds were manageable, food was great, room was pretty good. Would have given 5 stars, but food service at Neptune restaurant first night there was incredibly slow, and they mixed up food after 1 hour + wait.

Was the best hotel I have ever been to. The Water park was AMAZING, the trails were great, And the food is simply some of the best food in the North Eastern United States!! Definitely a must-go for families looking for the best vacation possible at a hotel in the North Eastern United States!!!

Slopes were ok, not too well groomed. Prices are increasing everytime I come here.
