I loved the California Science Center --- my friends and our five kids were honored by the awe and wonder created by the masterminds who make up the California Science Center. There is no entrance fee, but, remember parking is $12 if you cannot find street parking.

Great place to go if you have children, but it's definitely a circus!! Seeing the King Tut exhibit was awesome but milling around the hundreds while trying to do it made me feel like cattle being herded and being pushed, shoved, and breathed upon definitely added to the Disneyland effect. Perhaps next time I will aim for a weekday.

Love it

It was nice. The King Tut exhibit was really cool, but the young people who work there are pretty clueless. It's as if they really dont wanna be there. Paid to see the IMAX film and they literally just stand there like machines a d di nothing. Some seats were available, but they weren't bright enough to ask people to scoot down so people wouldn't have to sit on the steps/floor, which I imagine is a fire hazard. I guess I just expected a higher level of customer service oriented staff.

There is something for everyone.

It was fun but a little ghetto. Lots of broken stuff. Poorly designed experiments. The space shuttle was cool. Cool enough for kids. And it's a donation so you can do it on the cheap. Pricey parking though.

I just can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed seeing the Endeavor space shuttle. Everybody should see that exhibit. The whole place was busy with King Tut and everything else going on it was an absolutely wonderful time and you should make this part of your regular scheduled programming.

You will really enjoy it if you are science geek. There are lot of activities which the kids would enjoy. They will definitely learn a lot. The main exhibit is the NASA Endeavour. There is an entry fee for that.

Science museum is great, they have some cool exhibits, but it feels like a lot of unused space, and so many more exhibits they could have regularly. Its a great place to take the kinds for the day, but I do wish they would add more exhibits and more interactive exhibits. Overall, great place to spend a few hours doing something productive

Museum interactive to learn playing with a lot of experiences that make complex concepts in play. It has a fantastic aquarium and the big attraction is the space shuttle Endeavor. It is worth reserving at least 4 hours to enjoy the visit. If you have available, there are other fantastic museums in the same park (Africa Natural History).

This is a very entertaining and educating museum for visitors of all ages.
I enjoyed the spaceships, machinery, human body and environment as well as many other things.
I was surprised to find that admission is free.

Pretty good place to visit, especially if you or your kids are into science and learning. The star exhibit is without a doubt the Endeavor Space Shuttle Orbiter. The admission to the general area is free, with nominal charges for special exhibits.

Science center is a bit disorganized. I have been coming here since a little girl they have done great improvements and added great food and displays. Love that this place is still around just the customer service when purchasing is really bad. Disappointing, very rude and they seem annoyed of their jobs. I know I can be hard to deal with children and some adults but I went on a slow day. JESSE was the worst arrogant and very rude.

Love the variety of exhibits you can go to. Especially cool to see the Endeavor, and currently there's the Pixar exhibit that's really interactive and educational (only going through April!). Parking is a bit expensive at $12, be sure to reserve a time slot for Pixar and Endeavor ahead of time!

This place has great exhibits of the U.S. space program. One of the original space shuttles are housed here. There are old planes and spacecraft from the moon landings. There are also other visiting exhibits. We saw one of Pompeii cast molds. The movies and extra exhibits cost money, but the normal ones are free. Parking is easy.

This was a great experience to see Endevour. The staff was knowledgeable and interesting. The Space Shuttle history was fantastic. Also the rest of the museum was great. It was an educating time for sure with lots of interactive stuff for children too.
