We frequent this place but on our latest visit the service was really bad... we had to wait a long time for everything. We had to ask 3x before they took our orders. The bill also took forever to arrive so I had to go the counter to pay. Overall though it's a nice place to go with a great selecion of cakes, coffees and food to choose from. Love the ambiance too.

Came for.coffee and dessert. Instagrammable food and spaces using Asian decor (fabrics feom.Laos, Cambodia, Thai, Nepal etc). Colorful and lively ambiance. Accessible to older persons. Would have love to taste the fresh spring rolls and the bun cha that the other diners ordered. Plan to try them next time I visit Tagaytay.

Arrived on a Sunday evening and were impressed even before we entered. Christmas decorations and external lighting made the place appear enchanted.
No wait. We were warmly welcomed and got to choose where we sat. The interior decor and ambiance was great. Open, airy and colorful.
Menu selection was staggering. European, American and Pinoy favorites. I went Italian and enjoyed some of the best pesto I have ever experienced. My companions enjoyed their Asian salad and Kare Kare. No complaints. Staff were very accommodating and even a little playful.
I wish we had more time and bigger bellies because it all looked so good. We will make an effort to return soon.

It was a perfecf night I thought...The food experience is very good for 1st timer like us although serving food is very slow. I ate dinner with family when suddenly a glass of service water on our table fell out & broken into pieces which is by accident by the way. The waiter immediately responded and clean the mess. .I thought everything will be alright then when the bill came in with additional receipt for to the broken glass (actually I anticipated that I might pay the broken glass and did not think it is expensive..) but It was kind surprising when I saw the bill how much the broken glass cost, it's P850?! I told the waiter that it is an accident and I can actually pay but I was really surprise how expensive the glass is, the waiter told me that he will be the 1 to pay If he didnt charge me. I tried talked to Manager to request to waive since it is our first time on this restaurant but there was no sign of hope, the manager insisted that it need to be paid, it is made in Thailand which actually cost more than the charged bill. I told him that they/the restaurant/management should reconsider a cheaper glass to use/serve so any unintended incident of broken glass will not be a burden on customer side who go and eat to relax and have happy moments with family. There should be reminders posted also that customers especially kids must be careful not to break anything inside. Bottomline is, I paid the bill and got the dinner bill receipt but I noticed that they did not give back the receipt for P850 charge for broken glass. They keep on telling me that I have the receipt already but I clarified to them that I have the receipt before and give it back to cashier together with the dinner receipt when I send my card to pay all. I asked them to review the CCTVs to confirm who misplaced the receipt and they just all went back hiding on the kitchen and heard laughing for some reason and for sure I know what they are talking about. I want to keep my cool since it had been a stressful day for me in work. It is passed 10pm last night and It took a while waiting for long time and I asked the waiter to call the manager since they all disappeared and keep me waiting (while my family is waiting too in the car with my baby). The manager appeared and told me that they are reviewing the CCTVs but I asked him that he could just simply give me a new receipt if they misplaced it instead of having me waiting and wasting time and everybodies time. He told me that it is ORd already and cannot make a new one. Then after a while, the manager just gave me a new receipt and did not explain why the original receipt was lost and he just walked away. Are they just waiting for me to leave?

The 2 underlying reasons why I need the broken glass receipt is (1) I plan to send a formal letter to the owner of the restaurant which is a friend of one of my former boss and do recommend improvements related to customer relations and crew/mgt services to attract more customers (2) I wonder why the broken glass receipt disappeared with no reason or alteast formal explanation fr the manager to comfot tge customer. Given they had minimtg that kept me waited for so long and wasted my time. I dont want to speculate but something is not right and smells fishy if they have this regular modus. I observed that a lot of service water glasses is being served and all over the table for group diners.
What if most of the customer who broked glasses didnt get their receipts? Do mgt audit the ORs? I think the owner knows what I mean... just to make sure there is internal arrangement being done by the crews and manager.

Anyway, Happy Holidays!

Bad service. Enter the kitchen with good manners. Do not cook because there must be love when cooking.
"Just order it, share it"
Hahahah instead of enjoying, you are bored. We are just on the other side. It's ok to be pricey if good service. The next cafe and view will be a little better. Project ruins

The place had good but not great food and the portions small and expensive for what you get. Had there signature Phad Thai with 3 shrimp, lol! I do have to say the deserts are great though. Expect a mandatory 10% added service charge whether the service was good or not. Something I don t like.

Been here twice. Ambiance is cozy with a Vietnamese twist. Instagrammable. Food was delicious. Loved their coffee. The Black sticky rice with mango was yummy. One particular waiter was so good to us. Shout out to you Sir. Very accommodating.

The ambience of the place was wonderful and the staff was great! The menu has a lot of variety so there's something for everyone though it can get confusing as the variation in cuisine is a bit odd (thai, italian, filipino, vietnamese). The dishes are also a bit pricey for the serving size. All-in-all, it was still a great experience!

Absolutely lovely place. Perfect for any meal, romantic dinner dates, family dinners, or just nights out with the boys/girls. Absolutely worth the trip up the mountain. It's also conveniently near Tagaytay Highlands for a quick bite after a game of golf. Highly recommended.

Located in Tagaytay, Philippines, it's naturally cool so it was open to the outside. The food and drinks are really good as well as the desserts. I had the massamun back ribs and my wife had the pad Thai. I couldn't eat all of my meal because it was very rich but the flavor was great.

The service is first class an be they were very attentive. The decor is definitely a blend between Thai and Filipino Needless to say, those is a first class joint since it's at the gates of a first class hotel.

Let me put it this way we have never ordered anything that we didn t like. The steak was good the one we ordered came with 3 bottles of free red wine. Try the Pad Thai which was authentic. The adobo was great so was the salmon and the fish and chips. Even the salad was very good. I m really a fan of this restaurant.

For the lack of choice.

For the lack of choice.
Service is long, food was OK but not extra ordinary for steeply priced menu.

Perfect ambiance, awesome food.

Perfect ambiance, awesome food.
Located not far from tagaytay city proper, this place offers a quiet and peaceful ambiance to satisfy your inner self. A variety of choices to choose from. from local and international coffee variants to juices, shakes and other hot beverages.
Prices, not so cheap but if you can afford, this is the place to be if you're in Tagaytay.

Ambiance - 10/10
Food and beverages - 10/10
Price - 8/10 (not so cheap)

Nice rustic ambiance, paired with the windiness of Tagaytay, and the scent of the pine trees of Crosswinds, dining here is really relaxing. Although a little pricey, the taste and presentation make the price worth it.
