Bad with Toilets at Terminal 5 on many departures....
Bad with Toilets at Terminal 5 on many departures. Otherwise okay.
Bad with Toilets at Terminal 5 on many departures. Otherwise okay.
Not a bad airport. Bags are a bit slow to get when you land but other than that it's Ok.
Eat very well, all protocols work. It is very badly signposted
It's a good Airport, it is big a a comfortable. Maybe there isn't enough chair on the gates for the people that wait the plane.
A bit small, but there is a place to eat, to read, and the toilets were clean.
Wish the check-in for IcelandAir was more prominently displayed. We didn t have to remove shoes at security but we did have to put our carry-on bag in a tray.
standard issue airport with insane prices for everything. It could use a reno as it looks worn down like she needs fresh makeup. The departures area / baggage check in needs more signs. Nice to see they have ticket machines for the various trains and buses before you even pick up your baggage though.
It is the largest airport in Stockholm. Very nice and equipped. It has a fast connection to the city, with buses going near the train station, right in the center of Stockholm.
Very nice airport. 5 Terminals very well connected and designed in every little detail. They make the children's play areas crazy. Bars & toilets also available near the gate. Among the best airports in which I have passed.
Nice Airport, lot of chances to recharge your phone...
I found a hamburger that didnt cost an arm and a leg.
Very well managed travel from stockholm to Doha and to India through Qatar Airways
Clean organized airport, and easy access via the Arlanda Express for about 15 round trip If we take in advance
Compared to many other airport in the world, this one is pretty ok. Good restaurants, good hotels and easy to move around between gates and terminals.
Few people when we came home from Greece late last night but still it took a very long time before luggage arrived. Much longer than in Greece, although we should be better organized
Very kind and helpful staff. Service perfect, just all organised to help you waiting your flight. I absolutely loved the books in entertaining corner near the bar!
One of the better airports if I m thinking about European countries. It is a decent size with lots of shops and a few food places. Spacious and also waiting areas and tables are lined with sockets and charging areas. Relatively clean and not too much of a distance to get to gate. Some of their toilets are hidden around the corner of more obvious ones too. So have a look out for those if in a hurry.
Nice, clean airport with a lot of activity, especially in terminal 5. I landed from London in T2, but made the 15 minute walk to T5 for lunch. The time spent was worth it for the better selection of resteraunts & bars. I eat at the brasserie on the top floor located next to the Radisson hotel.
They took off at 4.50 am from terminal 5. We spent the night at the airport, so as not to go there in the middle of the night. There are no night flights, but the airport is open. Only cleaners, inspection and passport control work.
You can register your luggage yourself - there are a lot of terminals in the hall.
In the toilet room in each booth has its own sink, there is a liquid soap and a paper towel.
I don't like self service check in and long queues. We are travelling passengers, not cattle.
Large airport with express trains to central Stockholm & guided tours including the control tower.
Over an hour and a half wait to clear customs and baggage collect on arrival. Allow plenty of time if you need to pass through here, seems the staff might all be half asleep or just not enough of them
Must be one of the finest facilities in Sweden. Absolutely wonderful and far away from town. Love Sky City and the spacious spaces
I have never seen such an ugly situation with toilets in any other airport in the world. There are 2-3 cabins in the toilets, and they are common. There are queues everywhere. The business lounge is small, there is nowhere to sit. (Terminal 5)
No where to park. No where to drop off or pickup passengers, the worst airport in the the world, and I have traveled a lot and seen many airports.
Since I live in sweden - I've been there a lot. It's a clean airport with many coffee shops including Joe And The Juice and Starbucks Coffee. The service is okay and the Duty-Free shop is big. In my opinion, this airport is very nice.
your account has been expired? I have to pay for internet?
i had a second flight after many hours and again the same message appeared in both phones I had.
very good. I traveled from Alicante to here in Norewian Airlines. The airport is nice and has a nice parquet floor, the only thing was the taxi system to go out in which you have to make a long line, otherwise everything is fine.
Be very careful with taxis here. We exited the airport where a "taxi" was parked out the front with the driver asking us if we needed a ride. The meter started at 1,000 krone. When a taxi to the centre costs 525.
Called the police and they said we had to pay the fare. Beware of these dodgy operators!
Make sure to be at the airport 3h early if you're going with SAS, especially during prime time... The queue is ridiculous, can take over an hour.
Older yet well mantained and easy to orient airport with all necessary services and amenitites.
The airport waiting lounge was quite good, but the check in counter agent for Norwegian airlines was extremely rude. How do I make a complaint?
Nice enough airport, but gets very busy near the gates as they are in the same space as the shops.
Not at all traveler friendly. Every airports allows taking some liquids in carry on. Here it's only allowed to take a very small plastic bag (I think 400 ml total). They threw everything else out. I don't know why they are deviating so much from the rest of the world. Also, after security, basically no place to sit (8 chairs per gate). Few (incredibly expensive) shops. Luckily it was not very busy. On the positive side: quick and good transfer to the city.
Attention of using a taxi. Taxis calling out near the exit are flickering licenses with private taxis. The amount is general, but actually it is within a certain area, and beyond that it will be claimed twice as much More
getting there are multiple options available depending on budget and pick up is easy and not necessary to pay for park, just wait at the exit, if you don t need to surprise them at the arrival hall! The tax free shops are many and expensive but good quality, restrooms clean and available at every corner! the staff friendly and respectful and charging stations at the gate waiting area! can be confusing with gates and checking but the staff and sign helps a lot!
Yeah ... a very decent and decent airport ... Everywhere are good: logistics, comfort, friendly atmosphere and tranquility (so necessary, while traveling). The whole interior, the air harbor, is unique and charming (one laminate flooring, what it costs ...). And almost a copy of the "Lenin library", next to the gates, is also impressive (and how much it brings benefit, modern-equipped passengers, equipped various gadgets and devices, beyond words ...). Maybe .. - and there are shortcomings and cons. But the overall picture, from Arlanda, is certainly qualitative and positive ...!
Never seen such a bad service. Closing a check in stands, leaving just a couple, when there are still people in the cue with little kids, who were there for one and half hours. Wait is unbelievably long. Than not allowing the stroller to take on board eventhough it fit inside the checking cage . Then giving a brocken stroller instead.
Small and efficient airport. Low number of facilities.
The Arlanda train express is expensive but works really good. It's 20 minutes to central Stockholm.
Very pleasant arrival, in a very warm terminal 5 with its wooden floors.
One of the worst organized airports I visited. Very long lines, slow services. Limited number of self services - only for SAS customers. Expect long lines everywhere. Tax free shops are more expensive than downtown Stockholm shops and if you travel vithin EU you cannot even buy alcohol.
Old airport, star alliance lounge not locate in the gate. The worst airport in Scandinavia country
Clean restrooms and no foul odors. Seems to be conscious about service which is nice. Great trip, always packed, arrive early is best advice.
Really Good Airport . Its Easy To get from one to another points.
Man it was so funny when I was flying with a domestic flight and you put me on the foreign flight terminal so that when I had to change to my next flight I had to run from terminal 5 to terminal 4 because you couldn't be bothered to add a bus. Barely made it, thanks for the morning workout! (Guys I don't know if you got it but I was being sarcastic I'm not actually thankful)
A great airport with many shops and restaurants but expensive
Unpleasant staff at check-in, long queues for security check, Tax-free shops without staff, long queues for checkout
Do not know immediately what the plan is with the airport when almost everything is closed down and only becomes seats in different constellations.
Longer to walk to the Gate. Could have been organized differently in these times
An airport among many others. Plenty of eating places to choose from and an ok selection of shops.
A nice, clean, well-organized airport with a helpful staff. To get to the center of Stockholm, take the Arlanda Express train, which will take you to the city in 20 minutes.
It is cheap if you take an airport bus when you go to the city. 35 minutes to the central station ..
I have been to Arlanda Airport twice from 2017 and 2018.
If you are thirsty or hungry at Arlanda and you are on an international flight, good luck because they offer you no food or drink options and do not care about their international travelers.
Desolate place like this in Covid-19times. There is nothing to eat or drink at all, everything is closed at night.
It would be good if at least there were vending machines. There are only two in the entire area, both in the Arrivals Hall before the luggage straps. Badly.
Arlanda airport is the biggest airport in the capital of Stockholm in Sweden.
A beautifully horrendous airport on earth. One of the staff who examined passengers' passports to make sure they are allowed CONFUSED Croatian stamp(H) with Dutch stamp(NL) LOOOOOOL. Because of that, i was detained for 30 mins. This airport doesn't even deserve one star rate. It's zero. I strongly recommend senior workers there educate the juniors one more.
So the airport is clean. At about 4-5.15am there aren't many places open like most small airports around Europe. However I don't feel very safe as I got through all the airport up to gate without even showing my passport. As they have a self check in that doesn't check my passport! The lady officer scanning the bags wasnt even looking at the screen but instead held a paper airplane in her hand and was having a girlie chat with her friend.
If you were to go to Cyprus a tiny island with 1/10th population u see army everywhere and police and many passport checks before you even get in. Very disappointing indeed.
The airport is about 40 km outside of Stockholm. It is well signposted, but has long ways between each terminal. There are probably 5 of them. The rental cars are also located far outside at the long-term parking lots. Everything is very well connected by the free bus. After Stockholm I recommend the Arlanda Express to the main station if you want to go to the center.
Great airport, not too big and not too small, just perfekt. it's also very very easy to navigate inside the terminals and to the gates.
