Probably one of the best airports in Sweden. Skavsta is much better. And good location. The city is easily accessible. I took the bus, bought a ticket at the terminal. Pay by card, if I am not mistaken, the terminal did not accept cash.

Seems that the airport is clean and tidy usually very nice too. But today we had a really unpleasant person at check-in who started the morning screaming and complaining that you should check into the vending machine (although many said they did not work) that you are wrong etc. Everyone was treated in an unpleasant aggressive way too bad not to took up her name! Such people should not work with service f hope she gets to go!

Such a dirty and chaotic place, where the customer is fully ignored and abandoned to himself by a bunch of very bad dependants. One of the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life

I love Sweden becuase of many reasons and one of the is that swedish people have a common sense with covid issue, which i believe is a political propaganda. Well done Anders Tegnell!

Only airport I go to where personnel in security check does not and refuse to ware gloves. Very unpleasant and unhygienic. Being touched all over by sweaty hands is unfortunately mandatory if you have a knee prosthesis - it is absolutely not ok.
And not only that, In modern airports they do not only have gloves, they also have equipment so that they only touch you in "trouble zones" - but they do not have that in Arlanda either. And this is supposed to be the worlds most modern country ???????

This airport has terminals 1-5, first of all there is no uniform guidance display for confirming which terminal yourself is, there is only guide display per terminal, so be careful. Also, even if there is a connecting flight, once you leave the arrival gate, you will again be subject to baggage inspection etc, and you need actions with time to spare. There are trains, buses, express buses, taxis to Stockholm city, buses are common and cheap.

Individual kiosks are available at the kiosk, while duty-free shops provide 5- / 10-puck towers.
In general, quite a comfortable lentil, although perhaps not the best in the world. Priced according to the Nordic model.
Helsinki-Vantaa has a corner where you can sleep and here the implementation of the same idea would be in place. I have to go to the bench to hang out tonight.

Good airport. Plenty of shopping and dining possibilities, friendly staff. A bit far from the city center, but well connected with high speed trains and buses.

Gents toilets have room for only one person at a time. Hopeless.

Nice Airport with a good logic of signs showing where to go. The train to Stockholm is very well organized.

Modern, sleek, clean and sterile. But not much in the way of amenities. I could not find a water fountain anywhere (dying of thirst).

Some flights that have a jetway gate nonetheless appear to require boarding a shuttle bus, which caused a travel companion to miss a connecting flight even though they were at the gate 15 minutes prior to departure.

Sweden is a very lax airport. Customs and security are a breeze, as they don't hassle you too much. They could do better in the food department.

Terminal 2 is appalling. Only 3 'food' outlets in the whole terminal, 2 of which are more like cafes (Starbucks being one) which don't serve proper food. We had a flight at 9.30pm and arrived at the airport at 7.30pm expecting to get an evening meal before our flight, however by the time we got through security it had gone past 8.00pm and O'Leary's (the only bar/restaurant) had closed its kitchen! Starbucks also shut at 8.00pm so there was only one cafe which served food past 8.00pm. The vegetarian choices in the cafe were abysmal as well - they only had one sandwich and one wrap! All in all, for an international airport I would expect a lot better!!

Very nice and clean airport. There is so much here to do during your layover. The staff is super friendly. It is very clean and well kept. The food options are nice as well the shopping this place provides. It is not a busy airport so it does not feel crowded or overwhelming. If you are stuck here I would explore all it has to offer. Very nice airport compared to the ones in America.

Quite pleasing airport, you could get free WIFI for quite some time as well.
Little expensive when it comes to getting any foods out there. Otherwise its all superb.

Flight deck looks like the inside of my caprice classic 1989, maybe a little more instrumental than my janker although you can retrofit a little more watches

I've been only in Terminal 5, where I found free internet (for 3 hours or till 100 Mb) and available plugs. All I needed for my short layover.

Since I was there late at night no shop was open and most of them started opening at around 4-5 am.

Good airport. Not super busy, very clean, only a little far off from the Stockholm city center.

I've been there 16 times in total if you count on the return trip and love the airport because it's so big.

The airport is convenient. Arrive to the train to the city bus. If you fly between Europe, you will have a self check in. Then pass the bag to the bag drop department between terminal5 and other stations. The access point will have a shop and restaurant. Thai people do not buy in duty. Free here is better than expensive and cheated as well. We will pay full before the software and then return to the global tax free, which it will deduct us 10kr is the service I bought outside. Airport tax return 19% (think rolex Standard price but get 19% return. Thai people like to buy a rolex, here. Tram line 7 Shop Name nymans Closed Sunday.) I think chocolate. The price tag is the same as Europe, but at the Swiss time to pay a discount at 10-50% (do not know the price really), but here pay full price. I do not have a lot of expensive liquor if compared to Swiss, it is much more expensive to make a 20% discount coupon with a receipt to buy more than 100kr. To use next time I have a coupon this lower the alcohol price and also more expensive than the Swiss should not buy alcohol. And chocolate here. I will fly back to Thailand. Can not help it. But the price is good. Some sell as Lotus. Why are you back?

Completely useless baggage handling on arrival. One can wait for hours and when the bags come well one might hope that they have been careful and hence the time but no. The bags are equally shattered anyway. Even very badly planned airport

Every plane to/from this airport has been late during the last several weeks during which I flew about 10 times. Not once landed or left on schedule and no apparent weather warning .

Could have better food. The luggage delivery is slow. No free Internet.

Making people pay a fee to enter the airport like it's a theme park is way over-the-top in my opinion. Let it be as luxurious as it may, but an airport is supposed to be a public place.
Furthermore it's difficult to find your way around this big airport due to a lack of signs.

Almost missed my connecting flight because everything is very badly indicated. The departure board said Terminal 5 gate 5A. There was no sign of that anywhere.
I asked a total of 5 staff members before someone actually helped me.
When i finally arrived in the right area they were announcing last call for my flight and i had to sprint through the entire terminal. Barely made it.

Quite nice and everyone is very friendly. I had a pleasant time waiting for my flight.

Right now during Corona times, the airport is almost deserted.
Many restaurants, cafes and shops are closed.

This airport is very organized, despite the large number of explanatory signs in English in addition to the tourist information service.
Clean bathrooms, as well as the entire terminal, which is full of facilities, such as currency exchange, cash machines, and several Dutty free shops.

I was very surprised, the treatment was very bad for the first time I was asked to put makeup products in very small bags that are not enough to put a box or two, and the rest is thrown in the garbage, although I used to put all my cosmetics in a plastic bag for my liquids and cosmetics, and I I used the same bag on all my previous trips.

Literally the worst airport I have had the misfortune of using in a long time & this comes from a international commuter.

I understand the you do have extremely high pay & little to no productivity from your staff members but the operation method you have decided on is not effective at all & extremely stressful for all commuters.

You also have a extreme lack of lifts etc to aid disabled persons who need to use your airport.

Your airport is a embarrassment to the aviation industry. I hope you will see a huge dip in your tourism numbers to force you to address this.

I travel Sweden for the first time and I was surprised how clean, neat this small airport is. People are friendly and helpful anytime you want. Great police officers and very kind when ask question. WiFi is supper fast compare to other European airports.

Long distances between terminals, difficult to walk, otherwise clean and fresh

Usually Arlanda Airport is perfectly okay even when there are too many people, but right now during the pandemic it seems very careless.

There are signs urging you to use mouth guards, but very many do not use it, nor do many from the staff.

We had to wait almost an hour inside the plane when we landed, captain had to call few times the airport before they were able to put the brigade and open the gate. Very slow!

Another great European airport, easy to reach by train. Facilities are on the go, easy location of check-in, boarding, disembarking areas.

No serving or kiosk in terminal 3. Urusally! Late travel without getting anything in itself.

Toilet is one of the most important things for passengers at the airport. They make it available and clean here.

We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening and we would have to wait for 6 hours to change flight. During that time, we could not even find a coffee shop. The prices of the products are quite pricked. A sandwich and a bottle of water cost me 8.11 British pounds.

You might not want to buy souvenirs at the airport. It's for sale, but it's for sale. It is safe to think that it will be enough to compensate for forgetting to buy.
