Poorly signposted driveways there. Inside the terminal, it is difficult to find the toilets, also poorly signposted. You basically have to go straight to them to see the sign.

Worst airport I have ever entered !! Never again!!!

Pleasant and modern airport, beautiful nature during approach and landing, fast transfer between gates. Free and frequent shuttle buses to the car rental, which is a short walk next to the airport and has a solid selection of cars, right next to the airport on the highway you can see and visit the 747mi ka arranged as a hotel and cafe.

Not a single seat to wait (terminal 5) !!! Poor amenities. But many shops. Basically you need to pay to be seated.

Everything works fine. A bit far from the city, so the connections to Stockholm centre could be expensive. If you decide to take a taxi to Stockholm, be careful when choosing the right one. Some will take a double charge, but the prices should be informed and clearly visible. The Arlanda express train is probably the easiest and fastest way to get to the city.

Clean and efficient. Took literally 5 min from arriving to the airport and passing through security. Not many options to buy after the security check, but that s fine.

I ve called the customer service for a baggage claim issue. I talked the customer service explaining the problem and I was then redirected back to the initial automatic machine without any further help. After a moment of confusion I chose again from the automatic machine the possibility to talk to someone and at this point someone manually redirected my call 8 consecutive times again to the initial automatic machine without ever speaking. The last time the call was kept ringing for more than 2 minutes until someone picked up and dropped the call.

When I called back after the call was again dropped.

This can be at best defined as unprofessional behaviour, if not just plain rude.

Is this "customer service"?

Well not quite as good as you could expect from as fine city as Stockholm. Still easy to navigate. Duty free had very nice staff and reasonable prices.

Between landed on Arlanda and you have to go through the security check again, really !! This day it was ice-cold so we had to wait almost 20 minutes before we got to get off the plane so it would be sandy and beyond the plane the plane was 30 minutes delayed so we had to run from terminal 2 to terminal 5. In security check is a girl rather than to do their job chatting with the particular men and thus blocking through the execution of the control. To top it all, it became a map control and it took several minutes to do. When we point it out and say we are really stressed, she only replies that map control is a priority. I can understand that but not to control when people wait to go through is unacceptable. When we finally get through, my husband and I tell you to think about passengers who are going to make a plan they do not want to miss and I get the answer to be a bit more respectful! Very outrageous comment when she just did not show any respect! This was a very sad response and maybe she should change jobs with that attitude.

A big and spacious airport. Lots of space to sleep during waiting time for your next flight. Clean toilets and lots of sockets to charge your electronics. Free wifi but only for 3 hours. Water fountains to refill your bottles. Unfortunately no shops or restaurants are open late at night.

No social distance measures whatsoever! Long queues and poor management! Worst airport in Europe by far

An airport like an airport, very good communication with the city, especially thanks to Arlanda Express. Quite a large queue at the security check, but controlled by the airport staff, there is nothing to fault

One of the finest staff and airport, usually anyone of these is ok and the other one is pathetic. Security and Immigration services are fast and friendly. Just one complain from my friend, it took 2 hours to check in on British Airways, because some issues on baggage departure, and not enough airline staff. Nice and not to big. Train and bus tickets available on Information Desk. Beautiful experience, people and country.

It is an airport terminal that is easy to transfer.

Coffee 40 kr, water 35 kr ... what is this? Therefore, one should remove monopoly. One should not take a sip of their water bottle at Kontrol and then take it with them. Are there no limits on how much you get paid?
This can be counted on lurking people.

Not good this trip immigration queue even for Swedes

It has good shop, like Joe's. If I have to wait for a long time for my next flight, there would be no complaints, you can definitely find some cozy spots. I just had a bad experience with Alfredo's restaurant and bistro. Not good food.

Expensive with food if you want to eat something other than burgers.

The good is that there is free WiFi in the airport. It is also a newer, clean, and well maintained airport. The bad is that 3/4 of the self check-in machines do not work. The baggage drop counter is probably the slowest and least efficient I have ever seen. The airport is far outside the city and is more expensive to get into and out of than most European airports.

This is not the biggest airport in Europe and also not the smallest. Commutation can be via cab, bus or train to this airport. Even normal bus via SL pass is available but the frequency is less. People in site will help you in self check in before going for bag drop. Since this airport is automated, the things move faster compare to other airport. Inside there is a tax free shop and restaurants to pass ur transit time. For an flight traveling outside Europe, there will Visa check separately after the security check.

Always busy in making it better. So they do a good job. It looks alright in some parts of the airport.

We are standing inside the airport bus waiting for the doors to open and nothing has happened for the last 15 minutes, this is ridiculous.

Stockholm Arlanda has efficent transport links to the city ,Arlanda Express,Direct Bus Services and a cheaper alternative Public Bus & train option via Marstra Station.The airport is about 40km from the centre of Stockholm.There are a range of food & beverage options available however they are relatively expensive. If you have a long layover with SAS it may be worthwhile paying the access the SAS lounge.The security and immigration services are fairly efficent.Friday afternoons are very busy particularly during the summer period.

Very easy access from Downtown 2x trains, high speed 20 mins 30 E and normal much cheaper. Term 5 for Dub.

I travel a lot and this is the worst airport I've ever had the misfortune of using. The women working at the security area were unbelievably rude and incompetent, this is the kind of service you would expect in a third world country.

Convenient and small airport. Good connections with bus, trains and taxis. Only little shops.

Spacious, cozy and clean airport. All the staff is welcoming and ready to help. Not all the airport communications are straightforward.

It's quite a nice airport. Clean, some shops, a complete lounge with bar for economy class passengers and the instructions are clear (In Swedish and English) From my experience the crew is pretty kind and patient and understanding. The airport isn't that big tho. If you are flying to or from Sweden I would definitely recommend it.

Clear airport with the Arlanda Express has a very good public transport connections to the city center.

It's not a terrible airport but Sweden dropped the ball on that one, not very friendly staff, at least some of them, some are nice, shops close early, you can't enter the gates area earlier than 3 hours before the flight, so if you are waiting at night and you get thirsty good luck finding water, well there's 7-11 that overcharges you so much. And the wifi is not free, it's actually quite expensive, the seats are not comfortable, it's just disappointing, i'd do my best to not go through Arlanda airport if i ever visit Stockholm again.

It should be mentioned that I can only rate Terminal 5. What I really really like is that you can fill your own bottle of water in the safety area at the Ankunpft and Abflugsberreich free of charge with water. Very exemplary. The waiting time for luggage is low. There are (FErn) and shuttle buses in the center of Stockhom as well as the Arlanda Express. Even taxis are reasonably priced thanks to fixed prices, 50-60 euros to the center. At the security check there are bags for liquids for hand luggage for free. Very exemplary. The waiting times are quite short. The airport is very clean and makes a modern impression. Only as LH Passangier you have to check in your own luggage. The seats at the gates are very comfortable.
It lacks in some places on a few more toilets.

New termal has very little services but it looks nice and it has a lot of space

Seldom seen such a beautiful, modern and clear airport. I loved spending time here. Everything went well organized and quickly. There are enough food options. Almost every seat has sockets and USB ports for charging.
Here you don't notice any hectic pace (in February). Gladly again :)

Lost my way twice, navigation signs are misleading ... I like the SAS electronic bag drop anyway ...

Everything is beyond expensive, many prices are double their normal rates. Arrivals lobby is confusing. Leaving the airport is also extremely expensive.

This one is for the security personnel: I have not encountered more polite abd professional people anywhere else. Only wonderful experiences at this airport: actively helpful and courtious people.

We had three flight delayed in the airport (not their fault) but we then discovered than they provide wifi only for 3 hours max for free and then it's 5 /hour.

After an unsuccessful search for all terminals at least one person on the information is not realistic, it's a feeling that after 23:30 the airport does not include people, they do not have to work, nothing works! Died out! I'll go now by car from Norway or the county countries, I did not expect this from Stockholm! AFTER 23:30, NOTHING WORKS! NO TAX FRI, NO INFORMATION, NO PACKAGING OF CHIMODANS, NICHREN DOES NOT WORK !!! CHOOSE AFTER 23:30. VERY LOW FOR SWEDEN, I'm disappointed, with the prices for tourists who leave here not small money, it was possible at least one person to put the whole airport on information !!

Sweden's biggest airport!
Lack of of information signs, specially for transfers between domestic terminal and international terminals. Many restaurants and shops with weirdly high prices. Free internet for 3 hours or 100mb (wtf?). Good ground handling.

It is very correct and functional. Be careful with the connections.

Outdated systems and unable to cope with the number of travelers! Desperately needs a redoing of the check in/bag drop area!

Beautiful modern and clean airport, easily understandable display boards and routes. Connected to the city center directly and in just 20 minutes with Arlanda Express. Only negative things: long queue at security gates and expensive shops.

The airport is normal, but not good for Sweden. Somehow you expect more. The first nail is AFTER AFTER APPROACHING FOR THE PASSPORT CONTROL OF HOURS. One window for EU citizens and everyone else. Bus stops, etc. easy to find, there are exchangers, cafes, vending machines for buying all sorts of tickets (so cheaper). Although there is a nonsense-electronic turn in tur.spravku True arrival was in the afternoon about 12. And the SECOND NAIL - I had a night flight back at 3 am. By the way, at night you can get to the airport only by taxi. I arrived in advance on one of the last buses, which have no clear timetable. After half an hour at the airport, I ponchla - all hospitality went to sleep ((((. Tax free at 22-00 is no longer working, there are cafes on the 1st floor, and one person on security control in the hall of the 2nd floor ...... and attention there are ONLY STONE BENCHMARKS WITHOUT BOOKS And so you have to wait for that moment until you are allowed to enter the waiting room in 1.5 hours .. There are a lot of people in the cafeteria almost everywhere ..... and I do not want to go to a cafe. people flying night flights .... bad, like us and not very people.Very not enough for some microphone waiting room for 50 places and 5-10 outlets. o friends "nightbound" ... prepare for surprises in advance.

Long queue at the security check. It went well. The plane had to wait because people did not get through on time. Queue time when there was no pressure 13 min.

Airports are rarely the most exciting places. However, every time, the insanely high prices of perfectly ordinary food and drink at Arlanda are fought. Like being in Norway, in Sweden.

Nice and clean not so busy, fast tran, busses and taxis available (expensive though). Good information and sign boards for directions.

Not happy with security check. Passed many times with my liquids and they gave me a deeper check and forced to throw away some things. Search was somewhat violent and disrespectful. Weird. I didn't like.

If everything is on time: good. If not, you are left alone. Food is Scandinavian very expensive.

Great Customer services + facilities and easy access to Train networks

The difficulty of going from international to domestic and sour staff means that this airport will never be a good airport. I myself avoid this airport.

Small but nice airport. It is undergoing reforms and it's a little chaotic to find things that were easy before. Seems (terminals 2/3) to be usually not so packed so you don't have to come with a lot of time before the departure.

You have free WiFi but limited to 3 hours or 100mb, whatever happens firsts.

Been here 4 Times, and although it's about 40 kilometres from the city, I still love this airport. Pretty nice and comfortable, Easy to navigate. Love it

Arlanda is nice airport. You find your way in and out pretty easily. Bit crowded at times yet okay.
