Europes shittiest aiport?. Slow handling and poor maintenance. Like noone cares about customers....

The strangest Airport on the planet who charges people stating its a private station when you exit from SJ railway. Horrible and most unfriendly people at the Arlanda Centralstation entrance from SJ railway exit.

A pleasure to check in and board the flight. You never get stressed

I was able to do the self check-in without any problems, security was fast and there is enough space for everyone in the waiting area at the gate.

Friendly workers in the airport. Will easily able to find whereabout if we asked. However, would be good if there is airport map display in English so that we don't alway have to ask...

Good airport with all the usual facilities. It can be very cramped and busy, however and has a poor layout.

A fairly clear-cut airport surrounded by forests with lots of restaurants, plenty of seating, easy access to Stockholm (Central Station - T-Centralen) with Arlanda Express (high speed train, travel time 20 minutes), quite expensive, unless you book online well in advance.

Good and medium airport that has everything you need!

Very big airport, easy to mess up with the gates and miss your flight by going through security twice, buses for conecting flights downstairs are confusing as it takes quite a long way to get to them.

Quick easy and friendly no stupid cues to get through security boarding very easy and quick duty free had brilliant deals.. T5 arlanda has everything spot on.

Pretty neat airport with clear signs and supportive staff.
Just that once you are through immigration there arent many food options or things to do(shops). So in case you are early for your flight, do not go through immigration too early. Suggest to get meal before immigration.
They have good wifi and enough charging points if in case you passed through immigration early.

If the commuter trains fail, only the expensive Arlanda Express will work. No rail replacement traffic.

Is an airport that is friendly, comfortable when inbound. No need to write / fill out any documents. Only the staff Slough. Ask them. Where can I see a plane ticket to stay and where to go? During this pandemic most business's and restaurants on the Swedish side of the terminal building seem to be closed.

Totally okay, good beer but the buffet is poorly replenished. The restaurants in Terminal 2 are worthless so this option is very good!

The world's worst and worst luggage handler.
Never has luggage been released on the band within a reasonable time.

It is being rebuilt and with that, there is a lot of error and confusion. The staff tried to help people find the right one but it was difficult for them.

Waited 1h and 15min for security with a bunch of people crammed together during corona time a week ago because only one security lane was working. I fail to see how this is epidemic correct. After one hour two new crews returned from lunch and we passed through in 10min. Can nothing be done with organisation?

Signage is not clear especially in the exit towards Arlanda train station, had to ask people else would have missed the train.

It takes a spell of hours for the immigration and transfer. Almost missed my flight.

They have rebuilt since I was here last. There are several places and if you go further in it is very quiet. A lot to choose from at the buffet depending on whether it is breakfast or lunch one is after. Nice staff who cleaned all the time so we were completely satisfied.

Do not check in luggage if you fly home to Arlanda. The luggage strap is a sensibly designed crash test back straight into a wall that tests your luggage lifetime into the last.

Really confusing airport, not clear where to go for the car rental

At the INFORMATION you get the Stockholm Card, with which there are many free entries and reductions!

This is a calm and less crowded airport though most of the europian airport s are less crowded

I will from now on try to avoid Arlanda when connecting here, especially when it comes to international to domestic flights. They obviously don t bother letting airlines know about their operations and the majority of the staff are useless, clueless and does not want to bother going the extra mile. As a passenger traveling with an infant I had to drag the information out of them on where to go and what to do and also I had to walk between two terminals not once, not twice but three times because no one knew what they were doing or was willing to help to look it up.

Bad with parking, difficult to know how to get to Arrival, not well signposted as you build on the area.

Domestic and in Europe area in terminal five was excellent. It had lots of shops and restaurants and other facilities too. However international(outside Europe) area in terminal five was pathetic.No shops, only ten gates and two immigration counters. And security check and immigration are not to at same area. Really disappointed with international terminal.

Dark and outdated terminal 5. Stone chair that you freeze if you sit on.
They are stingy do not spend money at the terminal.

Unacceptable personnel in the passport and hand baggage check

Signaling could be better, if you have a connecting flight it depends on what gates you come from to be able to see F gates. You have to walk a while until first warning, but by then you already to make choices right/left. No big deal unless you are in a hurry...
For the rest clean, nice and tidy. Smart. They are expanding its facilities to a better/bigger layout.

Don't understand why I have to exit the airport to change terminal and go through security check once again on inter european flight. Extremely lame

Very nice airport, like many others. Unfortunately, many shops and restaurants are currently closing very early or there is only a limited selection.

One of the worse international airports in Europe. Poorly planned and above all, baggage handling is completely useless. Having to wait sometimes up to an hour does not feel ok. Also has priority on luggage which they totally ignore.

Quiet, but very poor covid protection, almost all staff NOT wearing masks or gloves, even check in and security which is not clever. Most places to eat closed.

It is a big and good airport. Everything is very conveniently. The "Arlanda express" is just a miracle.

Lovely modern airport. Lots of shops and places to rest and sit whilst waiting. Has lots of clear signage, free WiFi, USB charing points, clean toilets. Really quick security check process with less than a few minutes queuing. It is a pretty airport and a nice one to spend time in.
